I am 62 and retired needing to extract an existing baby tooth. Gentle Dentle told me I had to have braces as you cannot leave a space, could mess up the bone in the jaw. 30 months of braces and very complicated! I then saw a sign by the road advertising Radient Dental. I called them up, spoke to Dr. Sharma. Very nice on the phone and offered a free consultation along with a complimentary panaramic Xray! After seeing him, he recommended going with a bridge which is permanent across the front. I paid extra for 1 extra crown (part fo the 5 teeth bridge) which totally changed my smile for the better. The total cost with insurance was $3800 (the same as braces) but I'm done in 1 week rather than 30 months of hassle with braces! Dr. Sharma was very kind, personable and very good at what he does. All the staff were also kind and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. So glad I found them! UPDATE: I have also needed 6 more crowns, a tooth extraction with bone graft including a 3 tooth bridge. Much but not all this work has been done and I am amazed at how professional, kind, caring and flexible they are! Dr. Sharma when letting you know you need something done, will ask you if you wish to start right then (if he has the time) which I totally love about him. Who wants to come back in a week or two, why not just get it done? He has another dentist who works with him named Dr. Bharathi who is also very nice and kind. She has done very good work on me as well. Her extracting my tooth was no big deal at all. All in all, I really believe you are in for a very good experience at Radient Dental should you choose to go. You might think I was a plant getting paid for this review but they really are this good. Going to the dentist is hard. Especially if you've got major work to be done. Especially when you've waited years to finally get it together and get stuff done. It's also hard to find one you really like. The staff here is AWESOME!! They've always gotten me in right away when I need it. Very nice and empathetic on the phone. I have not had to wait nearly at all in the waiting room. Anya at the front desk was so super patient with me when I was frustrated about insurance stuff. Thank you, Anya! Dr. Bharathi is seriously THE BEST! Super sensitive to whatever I am feeling. Remembering details about our previous conversations, (like my upcoming wedding which is why I finally went to the dentist.) This is by far the best dental office around! I am 46 years old with some fairly serious periodontal disease. I have been to many different dentists over the years and have been referred to numerous specialists including, periodontists, endodontists, and oral surgeons. Dr. Bharathi is the most caring and competent dentist I've ever experienced. She is patient, kind and thorough. Her staff is top-notch and the dental hygienist is so gentle and sweet. The office is big, private and extremely clean. What makes Radiance Dental even better is the range of services offered. Instead of being referred out to specialists Dr. Bharathi has an experienced endodontist, Dr. Bassili, that is available to treat patients at Radiance Dental. Dr. Bharathi and Dr. Bassili worked together to create a treatment plan for me and both took the time to make sure I understood short and long term options and solutions with financial practicalities in mind. They are flexible with my appointments, They are the best. I looked around and did a diligent research , finally I found this place where the team and the dentists listen to You . I cannot say enough wonderful things about the new staff at Radiance Dental! I visited this clinic a few years ago when it was owned by a previous DDS and had a terrible experience. The new management has taken on a completely different approach to improve customer interactions, quality of services and overall professionalism. Dr Bharathi has done a fantastic job of selecting a staff of professionals that are not only great at what they do, they are great people! I had a double root canal performed and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Alexis and Melanie, the office staff broke down billing and explained every charge prior to the procedure. Lexi made me feel comfortable and the Dr. explained everything thoroughly. I was even given a pillow and blanket during the procedure and a hot scented towel after the procedure was complete. Dr. Bharathi at Radiance Dental is the best!!! I'm 18 years old and have always had extreme anxiety going to the dentist. I recently bit down on some hard candy and my tooth began to hurt. The dentist I was seeing before could not get me in for a couple of days so my grandparents recommended that I call their dentist, Dr. Bharathi. Dr. Bharathi fit me in her schedule within hours even though I wasn't an established patient. I could not believe how gentle, calm, and caring she was. She could tell I was anxious and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I have since been back several times for an exam, cleaning, and to fill some cavities. Every time I have felt more and more comfortable and last time I didn't have any anxiety at all. I chose Radiance Dental based on google reviews and I am glad I made this choice. I was impressed as I entered the office. This office has great relaxing ambience. This is the nicest office I have ever been to in my 65 years. The greeting I received from the front desk was friendly and professional. They answered all my questions regarding my insurance and kept everything transparent. Dr. Bharathi is friendly and very personable. She looks after you as if you were family. She is very reassuring and calm. She offered me Nitrous for all my fillings and cleaning as I am highly anxious about dental procedures. She did not even charge me for my laughing gas as that is not covered by my insurance. The hygienist is the best - gentle yet thorough. If your current dentist has presented you with a treatment plan that you are not sure about whether it be the price or the need for a complicated procedure -- I strongly encourage you to get a second opinion at Radiance Dental. I did and it was the smartest decision I have ever made concerning my teeth. They reviewed several options where as my previous dentist only recommended one option. They kept the discussion simple enough for me to understand and their prices were much more competitive with financing available too. Came down with a severe toothache on a Friday night and was leaving town on Monday. Remembered Radiance was open on Saturdays and called the next morning. Received an appointment for late Saturday afternoon. The dentist's initial assessment said it would require a root canal to save it. I agreed and she and one of the staff worked on it beyond an hour longer than the normal closing time. As soon as she put the temporary crown on the pain was gone and I was able to make the out of town trip Monday. She also called me at home on Saturday to make sure everything was OK. My experience at Radiance Dental was superb! I went in for several services - teeth cleaning, cementing a crown and replacing a crown. The cost was reasonable and the care was exceptional. I can't express enough praise for Dr. Bharathi Charugundla. Dental visits can be stressful, but she has a very calm, soothing manner combined with genuine care and concern for your well being.The staff was equally professional, pleasant and caring as well. To perform wisdom teeth extractions for my Wife who was in a great deal of pain. Dr. Bharathi and her staff were beyond kind, caring and compassionate. Radiance Dental is an great place for any kind of dental care. Dr. Bharathi and team are just awesome. My daughter is 3 year old and we had to fix some cavities. Pediatric anesthesiologist was called on-site and the treatment was handled so well my daughter did not feel any kind of discomfort. She was awake few minutes after the treatment and was completely normal. Dr. Bharathi was very nice and followed up several times to check how my daughter was doing. I have nothing but great praise for Dr. Bharathi and her office. My kids and I go here for our regular check ups. She's very kind and caring with all of us. My kids happen to like to go to the dentist, but she continues to encourage that feeling. The office is very spa-like, with beautiful decor, a water fountain, heated massage chairs etc. Very relaxing and an easy experience. Dr. Bharathi is very warm and caring for her patients. My first visit in Dec 2016 was for two cracked molars causing a bad toothache. I was able to get in to see Dr. Bharathi on short notice and she was very concerned with reducing my pain and making sure I was able to get my problem taken care of quickly. She followed up with calls at home to make sure I was doing okay. I ended up with 2 root canals done by the endodontist specialist and then Dr. Bharathi followed up with two crowns. She was very careful to make sure I was not in pain during the procedures. The staff was all very friendly, caring, and as relaxing as can be for a dental office. I highly recommend. read more

But my experience at Radiance Dental was awesome, so I want others to read because everyone deserves to be treated by the best provider. Dr. Bharathi has been my dentist for going on a decade. I've never had a problem with any of the dental work she's done and there has quite a bit. Not only does she seem to be a very skilled and experienced dentist, her team is great too and they all seem happy to be there. Brilliant Experience!! Dr. Jasmine Mangat and all her team members are spectacular. They are excellent in their work and very supportive in all ways. I went for scaling and 1 cavity fix but it turned out 7 cavities during examination. Dr. Jasmine Manget worked on all oh them on same day and same appointment and fixed each of them very beautifully. And after fixes, no pain and no irritating feel with my teeth. I am as good as before cavities fixes . I've been here two times already and have a third appointment coming up in a few weeks, and I couldn't be more pleased. There two ladies working the reception areas are an absolute delight, very professional and timely. The dental assistants seem very competent and skilled, and are pleasant to be around, always making sure I am okay and comfortable.
