Wait was slightly longer than expected. I was pushed really hard to get SNS even though I didn't want it. Other than that the service was fine; Vibe was your average nail salon in NC. One thing that did bother me - they didn't paint all the way to the bottom of my nail. I got these done this weekend and my nails already look grown out. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. As the owner of the business, Stacey should know better and accommodate customers who have appointments first. Instead, she prioritizes getting all the seats filled and we waited over an hour to even begin the pedicure that was a scheduled appointment. I don't have three hours to wait on the day of the rehearsal for my daughter's wedding. This demonstrated lack of respect and care for a loyal customer. I hate seeing bad reviews for this place! My mom and I have been going for years now and I've never had a bad experience there. I even drive from Raleigh to come back here! Very reasonable prices. They really have mastered SNS and have a huge collection of colors (even though my pics mostly reflect neutrals). Make an appointment and ask for Staci or Hannah. While visiting family in NC I decided to take my 8yr old niece here for pedicures while the guys hung out. We got there about 1ish on a Tuesday afternoon, were told to pick a color and go sit in chair #'s.... 10 min after we were seated someone came by and turned my water on but not my nieces, when she came back to turn my water off I asked her to fill my nieces and asked if she could have a panda behind her. She filled water but no panda. At this time 12 people including us were waiting for a pedicure, only one girl was doing them. 3 hours later we were walking out. Very under staffed and definitely not worth $58 for 2 basic pedicures with no designs. read more

I got my nails done two weeks ago shellac and a pedicure just painted not the whole shebang. My manicure has held up for two weeks they were so nice! He told me to come back if anything chips or messes up within two weeks I've never had anybody say that and this is the longest my shellac has lasted ! It is the nicest looking nail place that I have been to no cheap looking decorations and fake plants very sophisticated looking. I opted out using a free manicure coupon that I had from a place that rushed me and my shellac came off two days later I'm very happy to find a place that is really nice with good quality work. I have been getting my nails done by Ty, Heather, and all of the other staff members for about 5 years now. Each and every staff member is courteous, professional, funny and a pleasure to be around. Unfortunately for them, I typically ruin at least one nail before I leave.  Never have they complained about needing to fix it. The staff is always very friendly. They are up to date on all the latest techniques...so when you come be prepared for the best. The facility has been completely remodeled and is beautiful. Visited yesterday and disappointed. While I was a walk in, they immediately directed me to any chair for my pedicure and started water. One hour later I still am sitting there with feet in water that is now cold. Finally 15-30 minutes later my pedicure was started, which only lasted 20 minutes. No apology, no offer of beverage. I cannot say enough good things about Stacy and her staff. The salon is always clean, and you are always greeted and acknowledged with a smile. They have truly mastered SNS, as I drive 30 minutes, one way, for Stacy to do my nails. The collection of SNS colors is huge! I always make appointments, and Stacy always goes out of her way to work around my difficult work schedule. Although they are always busy, Stacy always takes her time on my nails, and makes sure I'm completely happy with the finished product. I do not recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing day at the salon. When I got my pedicure here the young girl doing it was very rude and short with me. She also didn't ask if the water temperature was fine or even how I was doing. She then told me the nail color I got would not look good and then picked out the same color I had before on my nails. I am astonished that this nail salon hasn't had more people write bad reviews. I've been going here for 4 years on and off. I walked in and had my nails done by a worker in there (I can't recal her name but she's rude and needs to fix her attitude). My acrylics came out lumpy and I asked for stiletto and got a round almond nail. I told her to fix them twice and she didn't fix them at all. I spent over $100 that day and did not enjoy my services at all. I went home and woke up to swollen and red fingers because of the acrylic they are using. I told the owner HEATHER that I wanted my money back and I wanted them removed. She told me that I would get a refund if I got them soaked off and I agreed. She called the credit card company and got me a refund and continued to state " we cannot touch your fingers if you got a refund already". They wouldn't even remove them for me even though she stated that she would have to if I wanted a refund. Very unprofessional. She also took pictures of my nails on her phone which she should post on her business page to show the horrible work they do here. Unacceptable. I had my nails removed at another salon and had better service with them and I was a new client. These people are rude and so overpriced for what they do. Also I got a pedicure and the woman bleached by black blouse with bleach and ruined my clothes and didn't think twice about it. Go to the one across the street next to granny's donut they do better work and are much cheaper. read more

La Nails in Oak Ridge, NC is absolutely the best and I would give them more than 5 stars if Yelp would let me!!! I'm a huge fan of SNS and no one does it better than La Nails!!! Their product never ever yellows unlike other places I've been to in the past (before finding La Nails). I get the perfect nails each and every time. They are amazing artists creating perfect nails!!! The staff is extremely friendly, personable and beyond helpful. The store is always very clean. At one point I considered them the "nail doctors". I had a nasty fall and lost my thumb nail. I didn't think they could help me but to my surprise they did!!! There is absolutely nothing they can't do. I refuse to go anywhere else for my nails!!! This is the worst place! If you make an appointment they don't honor it, this has happened 3 times to me. The man that works there made sure my friends young daughter and I sat our feet in water for an hour and kept sitting other people who got taken care of right away! Upon entering La Nails I was greeted with a friendly hello. Once I picked out my nail polish color I was quickly seated into a massage chair. Only the message chair was broken. I told the girl it was broken and causing pain. She said she would get me a pillow to block the pain. There was not an offer to move me to a new chair. So I declined the pillow and completed my pedicure without a massage (which is my favorite part). The girl (never telling me her name) was friendly. I felt she rushed the pedicure. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out was 30 minutes. I am use to having an hour to an hour and a half pedicure @Hollywood Nails on Battleground. I will not be going back to LA Nails. If you are looking for a quick and cheap nail place this would be the place for you. If you are looking for a relaxed time with a beverage served to you at no cost, go to Hollywood Nails, they care! read more

So I went to LA because my regular salon was closed. I'm a single mom and don't get much time for myself. I got SNS and a pedicure. Can I say it was probably the worst experience I had in a salon. During my pedicure the massage chair was weak. There was no point in even keeping it on cause I could not feel it. Also while she was hurting me, just by clipping my toe nails (going way shorter than she should have) she kept trying to get me to get a wax and ignoring I was in pain. Then she tried to dig out an ingrown toe nail. She was so rough. My usual nail salon never hurts me but can get it out. Also my toe nails ended up being uneven and rough. Then when I got my SNS I ended up leaving with all my fingers covered in the SNS pre bonding stuff. It had dried to my finger. The lady said she couldn't get it off cause it'd make my fingers bleed to get it off. Then after about 5 min of drying they rushed me out the door. Now my toe nail polish is messed up and I'm at home trying to get this crap off my fingers. I still paid. Worse $65 without tip I ever spent. Oh and they gave me a hateful look when they didn't like the tip amount. Very unhappy. Will not be returning. read more
