Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

It looked worse than before the acid wash. I was told it would need to be emptied and scrubbed. The owner of Ocean Wave spent hours scrubbing my pool and it all came out without draining it! Excuse after excuse over a 6 week period. Originally, Mark was going to drain the pool, acid wash, and then clean the tile. 6 weeks later, still don't have the tile cleaned but now no excuses, just don't return phone calls or text messages. Then he got in the truck and drove off. Not sure if he is an employee of Viper Pools or not. If you go to the LA fitness on rio Salado in Mesa STAY SAFE, something definitely off with this guy, he looked like he was high off of something.
