I have some plumbing issues. I called twice and left 2 voicemails few months ago, they never returned my call.

Radisic Plumbing has a real good scam going on with my condo building. If you need the water turned off for any reason you either pay Radisic $300 to turn off the water or you can have another company do it and be held for responsible for any future issues with the boiler. A few months ago they were trying to locate a leak in my upstairs neighbors apartment which required 5 holes being cut into the drywall outside my apartment. I've used Radasic many times in the past for my condo plumbing issues and repairs. They are professional, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. This last time was a HOA mainline replacement which had to break my newly installed tiles. Manny at Radasic, was so professional, on time, and listened to my concerns. He worked hard to minimize damage and saved me lots of repair costs. Even the woman that answered the phone to book the appointment was pleasant and patient. She left a great first impression. I don't know what kind of nepo- relationship my HOA has with Radisic Plumbing, but they were rude and expensive. The guy came into my house like he was doing me a favor and that alone cost a $195. He didn't carry a water meter to check for damage. Unfortunately, I didn't have Google translate to translate 'dick-speak' so I think a lot was lost in translation. He didn't diagnose and told me just to monitor. When I called the next day to talk to someone about his rudeness and that there was no diagnosis, the guy told me there was a diagnosis and then just asked for my email to send the invoice. I asked, did he use a moisture meter? He said, no, that's not on the invoice and then asked for my email again. It would have been nice if that person just asked me what happened. Or, "I'm sorry you had that experience, what was said?" There just all Dicks! And now I have to smudge and sage my house to get rid of whatever evil that plumber emitted. They came out 3 times and snaked and found nothing. They referred us to contact the HOA and address a mainline issue. I was charged $187 for their referrals and they did NOTHING to fix my issue. I forgot to mention it took over a week to get them out. Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Find someone else. There are TONS of reputable, reliable, trustworthy plumbers out there. read more

What went well? start to finish, everything. Beginning with an estimate for a complete repipe of my home with PEX, within a few days we received a fair proposal for service. Scheduling was flexible and an estimated time period for completion was agreed upon. Day one of install, representative/Plumber Mike arrived on time motivated to begin the project, he verbally covered what the job entailed and was patient with my questions. As the repipe with PEX ended late on the second day, Mike was in constant motion and updated me with the project ... always very courteous, professional, and even removed his boots when needing to enter the house. I have hired a few different plumbers over many years, this experience tops all that ... Radisic is now my go-to. read more

This is a water filter for a refrigerator. My friend's mom and client Marti is 84 years old. This company sent over their plumber and an assistant to fix a pipe under the sink. While the assistant went to the truck for a gasket Marti asked Ray to install that water filter. They charged $95 to install it (a one minute process which I just did again). She called to complain about the $320 bill for the gasket and installing the water filter and was offered a partial refund last June, 2023. It is Jan, 2024 and Marti has called 6 times, has not been called back and has had no refund. Poor communication and service from Jennifer. They are not trustworthy or reliable. read more

Actually, you are right Ms. Jennifer Radisic. It is the property manager and owner of above property who messed up and delayed the process of fixing it because they could had hired any professional plumber that is specialist in rooter to unclog it. After you came, they kept on changing their contractors that did not do the right job and let it leaked for a long time by neglecting to fix it even I kept on texting and emailing them to fix their bathtub leaks. Still you could have made contract with them to restore below unit since your company opened it which I actually appreciated it at first because it prevents injury to my tenants. The owner and property manager of above unit changed their contractors so many times that screwed up and in the end, they hired you back to fix what they couldn't. I hope your company learns a lesson to give contract before starting any job and give your customer a professional estimated papers what you need to do from start to end to fix their issues so no one will be affected by this kind of negligence by the property manager & owner. Besides, the plumbing problems were in their unit which above the ceiling of unit below. The unit below could have been restored on day 2, and everything else could had been continued and finished the job at their unit. It could have prevented more damages that way on below unit. Too many contractors that got in and out of below unit that damaged its bathtub, etc. They hired a new rooter later to unclog their bathtub then why they didn't do it earlier before it became worst and leaked to below unit instead of neglecting it? It is so unfair for below unit owners who never neglect to fix their unit to experience this negligence by above unit and damaged it. Well, the side walls were not actually fixed properly but too much stressful and so much sleepless night had been experienced by owner to give more stress to herself. The owner fixed their bathtub that damaged by many contractors who got in and out. This could have been prevented if you put back (restore) everything on day 2. read more

Raul the plumber came out to look at our unit for repair. He explained that the hot and cold side pipes need to be replaced and would let the HOA know a course of action. Little did we know the report Radisic gave was that we declined to get the leaking pipe capped. Why cap it when it's getting replaced anyway? Supposed to save time and money right? Radisic falsely reported my issue to the HOA and a week later... I still have leaking pipes with the addition of damaged drywall Thank you Raul from Radisic for being incompetent!!!! read more

Horribly disorganized and dishonest business...ended up overcharging me double claiming staff was at my unit for two hours and then the owner later verified that they were actually only at my unit for 58 minutes. Owner never reissued a corrected invoice, cashed the check payment that was sent to them and then ghosted both me and my property management company. read more

We had an communication issue with plumber sent to us by our HOA after hour. But Ms. Jennifer Radisic (Owner of business) called me to fix misunderstanding faithfully and honestly. She spared time to talk to me almost an hour. We didn't come to complete agreement but I appreciate her approach. Facts are: * Plumber did a good work coming out after business hour. * Flex pipe the plumber replaced was not charged. * Their minimum after hour charge is flat $395 even if they just come and did nothing. (as of today) * Even though I asked how much the work was going to be before plumber started to work, I didn't get the answer until 5 minutes after work was completed. * They are still trying to collect $395 either from me or HOA because that is what they deserve, and I still don't agree to pay full $395 because the plumber should have been trained to inform customer that information when they were asked. We lost water pressure when someone broke the main valve that fed my condo and all the units surrounding it. Dina (sorry if I didn't spell that right) dispatched the on-call and Bob was there in less than an hour. He did a survey and discovered the problem valve, also in less than an hour. I expected red tape and push back from the HOA but he just went in and fixed it! We were only down for about 5 hours. Dina and Bob were very professional and friendly. CHARLATANS! I awoke one morning to a hissing noise under my kitchen sink, however the area and wall was dry. I immediately notified our HOA management, who contacted Radisic Plumbing. The plumber immediately surmised that it was a pipe in the wall and tore open the wall under my kitchen sink. After opening the wall, he didn't find a leaking pipe, so then he turned off the valve to the water line of my refrigerator (water/ice dispenser) -- which is located UNDER the sink, NOT inside the wall -- which resolved the leak. Now, because of his error, I have to have the wall completely repaired (too large to patch). The plumber then removed the baseplate to my dishwasher and exposed the damage to the flooring under the dishwasher due to the leak. I was charged $225 by Radisic for one hour of work -- which would've been only a few minutes had the plumber first turned off the valve prior to breaking open the wall. Because the damage was due to the Radisic plumber's ineptness, I didn't feel that it is my financial responsibility to repair the wall, and I contacted Radisic. Two weeks later I hadn't heard back, so I emailed again. Radisic's owner's reply was, "If the problem were straight forward, it would not have been reported as a pin hole leak in the wall in the first place. According to plumber due to the conditions under your sink, it was not obvious where the leak was coming from. The wall was very deteriorated in the area of the opening you have pictured." First of all, I'm NOT a plumber, so I only reported what I thought was the problem. The "experienced" Radisic plumber should've been knowledgeable and inspected first before tearing a large whole in my wall. Second, the "deterioration" to the wall the owner was referring to was from an issue in 1994, proven by the sheet of newspaper shoved into the wall during the original repair that the Radisic plumber found. Bottom line, you'd think that an experienced plumber would check UNDER the sink first and turn off any valves that may be the issue. Then, if that doesn't resolve the issue, you'd move onto the more evasive resolution. Radisic went for the expensive resolution first. WARNING: Do not get duped my this charlatan! I'm going to make certain that the 79 other owners in our HOA are aware of the ineptitude of Radisic plumbing. read more

Bob came out to my unit on 7/9/20 for a leak caused by a toilet in one of my bathrooms. I also mentioned the toilet had to be flushed more than once to drain which was a concern. After a $285 bill for cabling the sewer line and another $175 for installing a new p-trap I didn't even authorize in my master bathroom sink I'm still having the same issue with that toilet two months later!! Requires more than one flush. They are unprofessional. This man took it upon himself to do work on my home without consulting me first. He just gave me a long winded explanation of why the new p trap needed to be replaced and why he did it. Which had nothing to do with the issue I called them out for. I agreed to pay without even complaining to Jennifer, the owner of Radisic, because I had multiple issues going on with my home (unrelated to plumbing) at that time that it was the least of my worries. The worst part of all is I still have the same issue with the toilet. Which is why I called them out for in the first place!! I had another issue later on were my unit was not getting hot water so I called my HOA and they had radisic come out. Another employee was sent out, I didnt catch his name, but yet another display of their unprofessionalism. I was without hot water for about 2 hours when out of the blue appears the Radasic employee at my door telling me to run hot water because he fixed the issue. I walked to the nearest faucet and turned on the hot water. I counted 30 seconds and still no hot water. So I asked him how long it should take and he just replied "I fixed it so it should work" and walked away. I'm not sure why my HOA does business with this company. I see their van out here once every two weeks and it makes me wonder if the units truly have this many issues, or it's them coming out multiple times to fix the problem they didn't fix the first time around. Because they must have a contract with my HOA, and my current problem is HOA responsibility, I spend a day waiting for them to show up. That's a day off work. I really like this company. The workers are polite and very eager to get the job done. They do work here in our condo complex. We have had a lot of wall leaks and they do a great job. They are clean and make sure they pick up their mess. And their prices are very good. It's hard to find good workers that show up on time and don't cost a lot. I called Radisic on recommendation of property mgmt. My problem was fixed within 2 hours from initial phone call to Alex walking out the door. Jennifer, Your plumber showed up unannounced and barged into our home. He claimed that a neighbor had a leak, but it was our pipe so he had to fix it from our unit, even though he already opened the neighbor's wall and could access the pipe through there. The first time that happened he cut a hole in our wall and made it so that two strangers, who happen to share a wall, could see and hear into each other's bathrooms. He said to my face that they were shutting off only the cold water to our sink, but once I agreed, he shut off the water to our toilet as well. A drain pipe leaked into our unit. He looked at it and told us the temporary solution, yet, "it was a two man job," so he left without telling us instead of getting a second man out to do the job. Based on my experiences, Radisic Plumbing (or at least one plumber representing you) is unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest, and has a total disregard for the owners if going through the association. read more

The worst customer service. It's a joke. No disrespect to the plumbers because they're the ones doing the work. It's whoever is sitting behind a computer dispatching these plumbers. They will tell you, " a plumber will be there in the morning." Your waiting all morning. You'll call, get sent to voicemail. After the forth time calling someone else picks up and saids "oh you talked to someone else that wasn't me, I'll get some one out the next day." I rarely post negative reviews, unless I am truly offended by a product or service. As you read this, keep in mind I am a loyal, repeat customer. During the past several years I have paid Radisic Plumbing around $4,000 for plumbing work and have always enjoyed dealing with them. I recently hired Radisic to do a job in Palos Verdes we have been talking about for many months. The job was to be $1,295 to de-scale a sewer line extension using a specialized cutting machine with an integrated camera. They had warned me that if this project failed, I would be faced with a job that would cost at least $6,000 and perhaps considerably more. So Radisic knew it was important this job be done well. I scheduled Radisic a week in advance. I called the day before to make sure everything was set since I had to drive down to Palos Verdes from Los Angeles. The job was set to start sometime between 10-12 but once I was down in PV they pushed it back to between 1-2, frustrating but OK. At 2:00 they called to tell me their "technician" was already at the house. But when I got to the house no one was there. I kept waiting. At 2:30 I called Radisic and told them no one had ever arrived. I noticed there was an unmarked truck down the street with two guys sitting in it and just to be sure I asked Radisic if their plumber would be in a "Radisic" truck and they said he would be. They said they would call their technician and find out what had gone wrong and let me know. We joked about how it was too much money to be paying someone who couldn't find a street address. But they never even called me back. By 3:00 no one had ever arrived. Just when I was going to call Radisic to tell them I was going to give up and drive back to LA, a guy from that truck walked up the street and asked "do you need a plumber?" The way he asked wasn't like a professional, it was more like the guys who pull up beside you at a stop sign and ask if you want your fender dents removed. I asked him why he was there and he mumbled "Rich [from Radisic] sent me." I asked him if he was an employee of Radisic. He hemmed and hawed and answered "no." I called Radisic to tell them how furious I was. The "technicians" obviously didn't want to work and I wasn't about to use them. I can't possibly imagine why they sat there for an hour and what kind of conversations they had with Radisic in the meantime. All I know is Radisic never asked me whether it would be OK to sub out this work; sent someone who was 100% unprofessional, derelict, and probably uninsured; attempted to mislead me into believing it was being done by a Radisic employee; and strung me along all day long with incredibly poor communication. All of this for a loyal customer where they knew the job needed to be done especially carefully. Bottom line, if Radisic had called apologetically to say they were totally buried and would have to re-schedule, I would have understood. I've given them ample time to follow up with me and they never have, so I can only conclude they're fine with this level of professionalism. Before writing this I spoke to the realtor who originally recommended Radisic to me and to a prominent PV handyman who often refers work to plumbers, both of whom assured me they find this equally troubling and bizarre. I hope the time I spent writing this helps other customers avoid having similar problems with Radisic Plumbing. read more

My garbage disposal was leaking, and my first call was to Radisic Plumbing in Lomita. They had done major work years ago when I had pipes that needed rerouting, and they did an exceptional job! As soon as I called about my leak, I was next in line for on call. Dave arrived early in the morning and was wonderful. He was kind, respectful, professional, and efficient. They inspected the home, fixed the leak and the bill was spot on accurate and low! So how should one review a plumber?
