He even came to the door to help carry boxes out of my car. The security guard at the front was also incredibly helpful, giving me advice about parking and making things easier. Mina was warm and welcoming at checkout with a big smile and a genuinely pleasant attitude. All three made me feel comfortable and genuinely valued. These shoes spoke to me as a vintage lover and the leather used is incredibly soft. The worker was very nice and polite and I tried on 4 pairs before deciding on which pair I wanted to opt for. He mentioned how these shoes are often used in Hollywood TV/movies for both vintage period pieces as well as modern media. He also mentioned that their shoes are often purchased by dancers for their ease of use and comfort and I got them for their comfort so I can absolutely see someone dancing the night away in these!

They were in perfect condition -- no marks, no dirt, no damage at all. I brought the receipt, the box, and everything needed, all within two weeks of purchase. Despite this, Wilbert refused to accept the return, saying it was against their policy. Honestly, this felt completely unfair and unprofessional. If shoes that are practically new cannot be returned, then what's the point of having a return policy? I will think twice before shopping at WSS again.

But over the last 4 years they have gone terribly downhill. As a seller there are massive associated fees now which didn't exist before ~10% more than listed on my last cashout. In addition to this they changed onboarding software twice in the last 4 years. The staff has always been aloof, which they could afford to be when they were the only game in town. However now they also treat you like you are going to steal something from the moment you walk in. The vibe is horrible and the shoes are overpriced from the buyer side. Luckily there are other shops willing to work with resellers in a more favorable fashion. If it weren't for the international market for luxury goods that now exists outside the US, I don't think FC would survive.
