Went in on a Thursday afternoon looking fo catnip plant. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a…read morefriendly staff that ask me what I'm looking for today. I told her my need and she points out where I can find it. When I took the plant to the cashier, the cashier asked me what I plan to use it for and whether it's for a cat. I answered, yes. Then she went on telling me how some of her cat likes it dry and some of it like it the way it is. Since it was my first time using catnip for the cat I ask whether she knows at what age is suitable to feed it and how much to water, how often, and how to harvest . She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It's been almost two weeks and the catnip is healthy and growing very well. Can't wait to come here again for my next plant.

We ended up working with the manager, Rob Decker, and he was great, actually everybody we interacted with was great. I also loved that we were able to buy a set of patio furniture that was made locally. The prices were better than at other stores. The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. The guys that delivered it were terrific and we are really thrilled with our purchase. We're planning to go back and get another couple of umbrellas.

The store was bustling with energy from all the Christmas shoppers, the store was a little messy but I loved maneuvering my way through the jungle of furniture, home decor, Christmas decorations etc.. I didn't want it to be ornate, no handles, just streamlined to make my decorative pieces stand out. My husband knows how much I like hearts, and he found one. It's large, beautiful teak wood! Just a gorgeous piece to add to an Oak end table. I also was looking for silk wire orchid plant which was our wedding flowers. My husband said what about this one and It has two branches with movement. ? It's perfect.! I absolutely love the two pieces. Since we have big dogs, we cannot skip the dog toy aisle. Tammy, who was monitoring the self-checkout area, rudely told us, "We can't take the coupon. It has to be a real one, just like the one I have in my hand." After we completed our purchase, Tammy continued handing out new coupons to other customers but deliberately did not offer one to us. Feeling singled out, we went to the front desk to report the situation. The staff there reviewed the issue, honored our coupon, and provided us with the coupon that Tammy had refused to give us. We then approached Tammy and politely asked why she chose not to give us a coupon when she was giving them to everyone else. Her response was, "You already left." Of course, every customer leaves after paying, so that explanation made no sense. When we told her that we intended to report what we perceived as prejudicial and discriminatory treatment, she simply replied, "Go ahead." I was shocked by the rude and dismissive behavior. The front desk staff handled the situation professionally, but Tammy's conduct left a very negative impression. No customer should feel singled out or treated differently while simply trying to check out.
