I wanted Lavender and and a few other plants for my garden and they showed me where things were and answered all my questions. I love the things I bought there. The plants are in the ground now and very happy. The vase I got is so pretty. They have everything you need to make a stunning garden and they can suggest landscapers if you ask. I bought a lemon tree there some time ago and it is healthy and gives lots of lemons. I can't recall if I had it delivered or I had our truck with us, but I do think they will deliver the big trees. Parking is easy in their lot and the area is clean.

Our project consisted of pouring 2 concrete slabs (1 along the side of the house and a second in the backyard), planting a boarder trim, and installing sprinkler systems in our back and front yard. Joel and crew completed all parts of this project with attention to detail and communicated effectively throughout. First and foremost, I have to give a huge shout out to the team lead managing the concrete part of our project. His attention to detail in recommending ideal drain setups in the sections where water had pooled in the past are exactly why we went Joel - we want to do things right the first time. After chatting with Joel, we installed the recommended drains, preventing a potentially expensive fix down the road. The rest of the project was completed with professionalism and Joel was great in communicating and working with our needs. Our one constructive feedback is that we did not receive a mock-up of the project before work was underway. We had a few last minute changes (the width of the trim around the backyard and the size of the mulch area in the front yard), but Joel & team communicated effectively and worked with us to make sure our needs were taken care of. All in all, we are so happy with our completed project. BRING ON THE SUPER EL NINO!…read more Joel and Sons recently completed a much overdue project at our home. For years, our outside drains were clogged, and I found myself setting up pumps during the storms to get the pools of water away from our home. Every year, I would tell myself that I would get the drains cleared. Before the rains came this past winter, I hired a company to hydro jet the pipes. They tried to clear the drains, but because they were so clogged, their equipment failed. Again, I was setting up the pumps during the rain storm. So, I researched and found Joel and Sons. I met Joel and he examined our front/back yards. He gave an excellent and fair estimate that would fix the drainage problems. Throughought the entire project, Joel sent videos of the work being performed. He and the crew went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't have any future issues. I am so impressed by Joel and Sons, and I will call them again for future projects. More importantly, I will make referrals to my family and friends.

Getting a sales associate to help me with questions was a lengthy wait. Seemed like it was a skeleton crew the day I walked in. Calling store and asking questions would probably be a quicker method than walking in. I wasn't impressed with customer service but selection of patio furniture was nice.

The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. Don't buy Pokémon cards from here. They are resealing and selling them…read more So, I went in and got a Booster Bundle, slightly below scalper prices, but significantly above MSRP. The guy who brought the cards up, looked like he was mad at me for some reason, and was being very short, and asked for my signature, before even giving me the product. I didn't think much of it, but it felt like he just wanted to get me out, and on my way. My mistake was not looking at the product closely, and inspecting it. I just took it to my car, sat it on my seat and drove home, since it's ACE Hardware, a reputable store. When I got home, I already had 3 other bundles, that I had picked up from a few Pokémon Vending Machines over the last week or so. I noticed that the one from ACE Hardware had a significant thicker, and tighter seal wrap. It felt like a completely different material. I then opened the packs, and I noticed that almost every pack from the ACE bundle, had little openings in the top corners of the individual bags, which none of the other packs had. They also were significantly harder to open, compared to every other pack. Lastly, one of the packs from ACE had a Pokémon card that was near the middle of the pack, was warped. It was significantly bowed, while the other cards around it, we're perfectly straight. After searching online, and doing some research, these were all signs of being a resealed pack. I collect them for fun, and just started. So I just hope they aren't fake cards, and are just resealed "bad pulls" or whatever. I didn't expect to get any good cards, so I don't care too much. But, be warned.

The store was bustling with energy from all the Christmas shoppers, the store was a little messy but I loved maneuvering my way through the jungle of furniture, home decor, Christmas decorations etc.. I didn't want it to be ornate, no handles, just streamlined to make my decorative pieces stand out. My husband knows how much I like hearts, and he found one. It's large, beautiful teak wood! Just a gorgeous piece to add to an Oak end table. I also was looking for silk wire orchid plant which was our wedding flowers. My husband said what about this one and It has two branches with movement. ? It's perfect.! I absolutely love the two pieces. Since we have big dogs, we cannot skip the dog toy aisle. We searched for the red tip photina plants at Lowe's and Home Depot with no success. Found them here in the 5 gallon for $10 and 15 gallon for $30. They had help in all areas of the nursery.
