Calamari from Rainbow King See the resemblance of Burger King onion rings!!!!

Hi business owner Weirong, So you consider Chopstix of forest hill, Md a Asian American quality of calamari. How could make it better when you prefer to have "traditional asian recipe" yes everyone has different taste. However, I wouldn't be the only one being not a fan of calamari from you guys rainbow king.

I think this is the best sushi spot in Bel Air 2024, now that I have gone to all of them. FOOD In appetizers, I tried the takoyaki, edamame, karaage, and ground chicken lettuce wrap things. They were all decent but nothing stood out nearly as well as the dinosaur eggs (which are not eggs, but a sushi thing), and so I strongly recommend those. Nice to see something unique and tasty! In terms of the other food, my friend gets various rolls and everything I have tried has been tasty. But I'm a big sashimi fan, especially as I can tell the quality of the fish after I've had it. And this is pretty good quality! That quality is a part of what sets this place apart from the other sushi spots in Bel Aid. SERVICE I've had the same woman serve us every time I went by coincidence, but she's always been very polite and well attentive without being pushy. Really liked her. AMBIANCE It's a casual and family friendly spot but also good for dates. There are booths that are decently well separated from other people so you do feel like you can get some hint of privacy here. Lighting and music were pleasant.

The service here was quick and easy. They make the food in efficient timing. The inside of this place is really nice. I had ordered a California roll and a Dragon roll. I was not super crazy about what I ordered, maybe it was not what I was expecting. It tasted good it just wasn't my favorite. Next time I will have to order other things because their menu does look really good and I have only heard good things from here so far. Also ordering on the website, yelp and over the phone all have different pricing. So I was a little confused.

Why did I stop ordering delivery from places like Rainbow King? First, it wasn't because the food was bad. It was not. I enjoyed it a great deal. However, I felt like they took advantage of people who want delivery, and I'll tell you exactly how. 1. Higher prices on the delivery menu than for the what is on the in-house menu. 2. Delivery fee of $4.99. 3. Service fee that is a percentage of your orders total. For example: An order costing $52.50 has a service fee of $7.88. 4. Then of course you should tip your driver as well.

This place is my go-to sushi spot and Rainbow king never disappoints! Tried the rainbow king dragon roll because I wanted to branch out from my usually orders and it is my new favorite now.

    Soft shell crab tempura
    Lilli M.

This sushi/Asian restaurant has pretty good variety. It's located right in the middle of a big plaza and easy to drive right by. We like the soft shell crab tempura as an appetizer which is fairly large in size. The eel over rice was also tasty and it comes with a bit of seaweed salad, which was nice. The rolls were average in price and size but above average in terms of freshness. The sashimi also tastes very fresh. I ventured to try the ramen, which wasn't bad but the broth just wasn't as rich and flavorful as one would like. I'll stick with the soft shell tempura, sashimi and possibly the rolls but I probably wouldn't come here for ramen.

    Chef's Special-#13- Roll Boat

I've visited Rainbow King a few times now and tried them when they first opened. Great to see they have been discovered in the area and gaining popularity. We've ordered the Chef's Special #13-Rowboat. The presentation of the food is unique but the star of the show is the Sushi. All the rolls were excellent! This is enough food for 4. They do have an extensive menu and we've tried a few dishes- the Grilled Green Pepper Steak, Lo Mein Noodles, Special Fried rice, Crab Rangoon & Spring Rolls which were all excellent.

    27. Fried Chicken Wings (2pc)
    Sincere J.

The food wasn't what I expected. I ordered 3 items from the menu. The fried wings had a weird wet/dry dusted seasoning; not to mention there were only 2 wings! They should put the amount of wings in the description; that way ppl will not be bamboozled! I will say, the fried oysters were good but they were soggy. My pad Thai was missing the rest of the seafood that I ordered.., very disappointing!

I placed a catering/pickup order at 8:30 AM for my friend's birthday, with a scheduled pickup time of 12:30 PM. When I arrived to pick up the order, I was told that everything I had ordered was sold out. The frustrating part was that I was never notified ahead of time, so I had no opportunity to make another selection before arriving. Since my friend doesn't eat chicken, I had to find another seafood option on the spot. Once I found something that would work, I had to pay an additional $15 and then wait another 20 minutes for the new order. I normally go to the Locust Point location and have never really had issues there, so I don't want this experience to give the impression that I think Ekiben is bad overall. This was genuinely just one bad experience. The food itself is still AMAZING. I'm obsessed with the Tacklebox, the tempura broccoli is , and the chili noodles are an absolute SMASH. I'll definitely still be back because I genuinely love Ekiben -- I just hope there's better communication when an item from a scheduled order is no longer available.

We're not too hungry but hungry enough for some app and a roll. We're decided on crab Rangoon, calamari, tuna tataki and titanic roll. Everything was great, we finished it all. The calamari, while it's not the breaded crispy, its crispy and stir fried with red green pepper and red onions. Loved this too. Crab Rangoon, it's good but not a fan of the dipping sauce that came with it. It's overly sweet and thick in the consistency... this one could definitely be improved. We ended up eating it with the sauce that came with the calamari. Now onto the titanic, nothing but good thing. Fresh and love give it has a black caviar on top. Last but not least, we had to finish with mango sticky rice. The rice came out so warm which was a very nice touch. Ate every bits of it. Service was great attentive and dining area is clean and pretty. There's a seating area on the side where you basically sit in the floor. Would love to come back and experience that another time.

It has the look and feeling that you are in Japan and not in a cheap, tourist way. The location is really neat, clean, and sanitary. Additionally, they went the next step as we were seated in a table with chairs but the chairs all had soft, pillow cushions, providing extra comfort while dining. I love that you can see the kitchen while they cook as the aromas of the delicious ramen are being prepared. If you see the bathroom there, do not be alarmed to see that their toilet has a bidet set-up. They also have toilet paper if you have never used a bidet before. Now to the best part, the food! There are two dishes I highly recommend: Bulgogi Ramen and the chicken Katsu with the bulgogi rice bowl a good follow-up. The ramen is delicious with the meat being tender, flavorful and the sweet bulgogi taste seeps into the broth, adding extra flavor. The noodles taste fresh and hand-made as well! The kimchi provides a nice counterbalance to the sweetness of the meat and broth. The bulgogi rice bowl is good too for you do not want ramen for the day. However, the chicken katsu is delicious!!!! The chicken is so crispy that you can hear the crunch sound as you bite into it. It is cooked to perfect, thin, and uniform throughout. The rice is piping hot, cooked to perfection, and a lot is provided. The cabbage provided is a nice, refreshing counterbalance to the richness of the katsu and rice. Lastly, get a boba tea drink. The flavors are delicious like the lychee and the boba is not chewy that you will have to bite and bite. One bite and it dissolves in your mouth and is in your stomach. Lastly, the service. Gabriel was phenomenal! He was attentive, gave great recommendations, and made my family and I feel welcomed like we were eating at his house. He was funny, interactive, and accommodating. Overall, great server. Kevin (the host ) was phenomenal as well. He was so humble to come by and serve us our food. He never left us unattended. Last but not least, John (the owner) is hands down one of the best owners of a restaurant I have seen. He is kind, funny, compassionate, and took his time to interact with and talk to all the patrons. He made you feel like family, asking my family and I our names and making great small talk. He was open to talking about himself and his inspiration about his restaurant even when the place was about to close. Owners who stay late near closing time on a Sunday evening, not many do that. Living in Virginia, I will miss this place. Their food is one of the best that I have had and I will be counting down the days I can come back to Rohoboth Beach to bathe in their ramen and chomp into the katsu once again!

We were captivated by the magnitude of terrific reviews Miyagi got, so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant was unassuming, located in a small plaza next-door to the Safeway grocery store. We were seated at a cozy booth. We started with an order of the purple, sweet potato fries, and they were delicious--hot and fresh, tempura style. Each of us ordered a different Ramen bowl. The portions were healthy. The bowls were like a picture in a magazine, so colorful and varied. Unable to finish our entire bowls, we asked for takeout containers. When the server returned, he clearly directed us to separate the noodles and the broth. His attention and concern was impressive. Miyagi is a must in Rehoboth Beach.
