Excellent sushi restaurant with an extensive list of rolls including an entire page of vegetarian options. We tried five rolls: the 99 roll, the butterfly roll, the lovely couple, the geisha and the diamond roll. The fish was extremely fresh and we liked the fact that many of the rolls had mango as an ingredient. We had the seaweed salad as an appetizer and it was delicious. The Pad Thai was bland and the spring egg rolls were horrible and tasted like they were frozen for a long time.

My go to is the Combo Lo Mein, but you cannot go wrong with any of the sushi choices either. Overall very solid chinese food restaurant.

I have high standards for sushi and this really is some of the best and freshest sushi around. My favorite rolls are the black pearl, ocean and number 99. Took my daughter there for lunch the first time, the presentation was amazing! The ambience is perfect, the service is humble, attentive and friendly; the place is clean. The food was not only delish but also tasted quality- not buffet type food which was so welcoming! I ordered green tea and water, my glasses were never less than half empty. I took my son the second time and the service was excellent again and so was the food. The staff is professional and really seem to care about your experience. I tried the spicy soup the first time (10/10) , then the Ramen beef soup the second time (9.5/10) only because I thought the spicy beef soup had a little more flavor to it. The ginger dressing they use in the salad is oh soo good. I will definitely be back, not overpriced. Beautifully decorated restaurant- great food- great friendly service. I've gone here twice first time I've ordered orange chicken I thought it was good sauce was bit spicy which it was fine like things hot my only complaint would be when they steam the broccoli it always very cold never no heat coming off of it which didn't like it let slide because the place was kinda new hasn't been open very long so went back last week been few months since went around January so was bit 30 minutes late missed the lunch special which was going to order general tso from lunch special which cost me $7.95 so was got dinner one which cost about $11 .95 then again the broccoli was still not hot plus they don't give a lot food for dinner menu as would get lunch special which I don't understand biggest paying more money get less food read more

Had dinner here last night with seven people, everyone raved about the food and service. The roll boat is fantastic and prepared with attention to detail. Some had curry and teriyaki which was also delicious as were the seaweed salad and edamame. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will return here on a regular basis. We were here last week. Sushi is ok, lots of imitation crab used in rolls. Staff tried to start a conversation, but kind of ocquard. Overall good, not the best sushi I've had. Not sure if it's a do over for us but if you like sushi, it's worth trying. read more

We had high hopes based on the reviews but sadly it was not a good experience. Sat. 02/23/19, 5PM. Service was OK. 1st, they were out of the sake I ordered. We started with the fried calamari which was incinerated. The only noticeable substance left was the very deep fried batter, and a shred inside. My sushi No99 was good & well rolled. Small (as in a thimble tip) of wasabi, had to request more. The true problem was my husbands beef curry. It arrived bubbling, as in if it had touched his skin, 2nd degree burns would of most likely happened. In spite of him trying to dose it down with rice & mix it up, it was inedible for most of the mealtime. When he was able to eat it, the vegetables were mush and the meat was tough because of the extended cook time. The meal was a total waste of money, we will not be back. read more

My tea tasted like lemon pledge and food was not great. We ordered a lot because the yelp & menu photos looked good but each item was more "meh" than the last. Sorry. I wanted to like it more. If you like overpriced, greasy, bland Americanized Chinese food, this is for you. Avoid the sushi. Small portions and tasted wrong. General Tso's chicken had a thick breading and fluorescent red goop posing as a sauce. The meat was the quality of Hormel. The cheapest frozen dinner from the supermarket is a step up for this place. Never have I felt like sushi was "dry" nor did I even know that was a possible thing to complain about when it comes to sushi, but it really was. The rice they use to make the sushi had absolutely no flavor and was barely sticking together. My daughter loves sushi and we decided to try this place based on other yelp reviews, and maybe we caught them on an off night, but seriously - what sushi place can't make decent rice? Ambiance was pretty basic/normal sushi place - certainly not a date night kind of place to go. Really nothing special. Thought I would try this restaurant. Will not be back. Got carryout. They were friendly enough. Ordered Kung pao chicken and shrimp egg rolls. The food was in plastic containers instead of boxes. The soy sauce they gave me was in plastic condiment cups and was sushi soy sauce not regular soy sauce. The mustard was in plastic condiment containers. She said it was homemade mustard. It tasted like honey mustard out of a Frenchs bottle. Not hot Chinese mustard. The egg rolls were soggy and seemed old and reheated. The Kung Pao chicken wasn't Kung pao chicken at all. It was chicken and vegetables in brown sauce with peanuts and hot pepper flakes sprinkled on top. I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 because the chicken didn't taste bad. Very disappointed. read more

The food was ok. Prices were on the high side. The appetizer came after we started our meal. The menu was confusing, my wire ordered a "baked" roll but it came out cold?? They would not honor a coupon I downloaded from their site to my phone app, said I needed to print it out. My daughters california roll had a long black hair on her plate. Not the greatest first impression. There are better Sushi restaurants in Bel Air. read more
