Got mani here and it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. The salon was empty, which is an indication of business not so great I guess. No one came in and it was kind of all coved up by vertical blinds. It made me very paranoid, anyone can just come in there and no one would even know if someone came in there to rob the place or something. The place just had a bad vibe! And absolutely no convo at all!!! I was there, alone with nail tech in absolute silence while her co-worker sat/slept and snored next to us. I took my mother to get a pedicure for her birthday. I called ahead to see if they would accept walk ins, they also advertised a $19.99 pedicure special. My mother and I went in for some pedis, they did a decent job then was surprised at the total of $80. Double what they quoted me over the phone, stating it was because of add ons. Then when I asked about the $19.99 special they said it was only available on weekends. When I gave them my card to pay, they added an additional $4 service fee. I sarcastically said, "this too huh" and the worker said, "yes business is tough". I understand we're all going through inflation but deceiving people over the phone, adding on all these bogus fees is not the type of business I'd like to support. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

Im so bummed out!! Coffin but look chunky, all nails are different, some more filed on 1 side than other. I USUALLY NEVER PAY MORE THAN 65.00 FOR MY NAILS AND A GEL PEDI maybe 70.00 WHERE I GO! HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORSE PEDICUREs, DON'T EXCEPT A 5 MINUTE MASSAGE NOTHING , THINK SHE RUBBED EACH LEG MAYBE 30 SECS IF THAT! .Pedicure they don't dig the skin on the sides either. This is why I never never try a new place. Lesson learned again! Will wait and go bk to my regular girl when they open. Sweet owner but work was horrible. Was in town this weekend for a family event. Found this place and it was great. Great service, cute toes.

I came here to get my cuticles cleaned and even asked prior to sitting down and they said yes they can clean my nails/side skin however did not do so. I tried to tell the guy and owner my nails tend to grow into my skin so I usually have the excess nail/skin cleaned up but she said they do not do this. Also my gel nails lasted 4 days and started peeling(getting caught on my hair). They only charge 20 for gel nails but I would rather pay 25/30 and have them last. I think the biggest issue was they had a hard time understanding. read more

The Rudest Woman Ever !! My first time coming to rainbow nail & spa. And never again will I enter this place with such disregard to common curtesy. I simply asked for gel nails but please do not file my nails down I'm trying to let my natural nails grow. They then (both woman) stated no I need to get a manicure first ? I said no thank you just a gel ... The woman insist I need a manicure first. I again politely stated no thank you, do you charge for a manicure? She stated yes ! I again said no thank you, just a gel color please. So they stay talking their language gossip .. ! lol about me I'm assuming ... lol ! That's fine .. I again said I'll take just a gel color on my nails please nothing more. Then the lady states ( Well your nails are going to look ugly ) with no filling or manicure or evening them out ??? I once again said: that's okay I don't mind .. just gel please .. I also said : why are you guys getting so mad at me? I'm a customer and what's wrong with wanting things my way ? After all I'm paying for what I want ... ? Right ,, So then the lady said your nails are going to look ugly!! So I said you know what just polish my nails with a clear coat after all I don't need gel. Just a regular clear coat on my nails please. Right after that, the lady said: You can just go home and paint them yourself at HOME !! lol ! Straight from the ghetto this Asian woman .. lol ! No class straight up a ghetto Asian.
