I'd give the food a 5/10 quality isn't great, fries are soggy and considering how much each combo is youd "think" they'd give you a good amount of fries with your combos but apparently not.

Small nubby tenders--not the usual size.

The tenders were half the size of the usual tenders so what's the point of getting a 4 finger combo when you basically get the amount of the 3 finger combo. I called over the phone and asked if it was possible for a partial refund they said no and that I had to come to get a replacement. I drove back over there and they replaced my food and took my old order but I feel I should be compensated for my drive and time. The manager also said that they replaced them but that they were the same size but they weren't because the first order definitely had smaller tenders than what it got replaced with. They weren't considerate of my time and the inconvenience of their poor performance.

I've seen people on social media, in other states, post about Raising Cane's so while we were traveling/out of town we saw this one and thought "hey let's try it." First look was overwhelming because their drive thru was super long, but hey that's a good sign right? They were prepared. It had 2 lines and was moving frequently. We found a parking spot, right up front, thank you Food Gods for smiling on our good fortune. There was a bit of a line coming in but it also moved fast. Food was done quickly. We found a spot inside and enjoyed our 6 piece. My husband and I split a 6 piece combo, we ordered an extra drink and toast it came out to 22.12 and was just right for lunch. The food was great. The service was awesome. We had the workers come check in and even clear our table. We will be back.

I stopped in at this new location of Raising Cane's, while out running some errands here in Visalia. I am a huge fan of RCCF, and excited for the opening of this location, as with any first day opening, there was a bit of a wait, but surprisingly not too bad. I have waited much longer at fully established locations in SoCal. The service at this location was excellent. Fast, friendly, clean...what more could you ask for. The dining room was packed to the gills, and I was lucky to find a seat inside. There is plenty of outdoor seating, unfortunately, it was a bit hot with poor air quality today. I ordered my usual 3 Finger Combo, complete with their Crinkle Cut fries and Texas Toast. My order was ready in no time at all. This is a nice location with plenty of parking and drive-thru space.

    Location and hours.

8/31/2021 was opening day for the Visalia location. As with all new businesses' opening day, it was extremely busy; however, it was also EXTREMELY organized! Drive-thru line wrapped around the old Sears. Customers lined up outside and a mobile order tent set up outside. I actually parked and placed a mobile order from the parking lot and had my order in 2 minutes! Yes, two minutes! I have been eating at this restaurant in Nevada for about two years now so I am happy that we have a local restaurant. The chicken fingers are juicy and not heavily breaded. The signature sauce is AMAZING. Welcome to Visalia and I hope the excellent customer service continues!

Not bad for a mass produced chicken strip restaurant. Juicy chicken, seasoned fries. Cole slaw was meh.

Chicken was ok here. I do prefer kfc or Popeyes over this place but they were very friendly and fast service.

I thought it was to pricey for what it was. I also wasn't a fan of the ordering process. The chicken wasn't bad . Just not great

Appreciate a simple, well done menu. Everything is delicious - worth the long drive thru lines.

Hi! We are on these third party delivery apps; the drivers just have to come inside or through our drive thru and place the order with us and pay with their delivery company card!

Hi, can i order on the phone and come pick up in the store?

However, there are kiosks you can order off of or you can order via the app, or even tableside via a QR Code. He was helpful and answered my question. I asked if the Root Beer came with free refills since it was a float and the dispenser is behind the counter. He told me the Root Beer has free refills and if I wanted more Ice Cream, there would be an additional charge. I think it is the same price as buying a cone for $0.99. I can't remember, but I remember thinking I would've just bought the cone and put the ice cream in my mug & eaten the cone. I requested the Frosty Mug. I actually thought I ordered the keepsake mug, but the total for my float was less than the cost of the mug, so I knew I wasn't keeping the mug. I truly enjoyed my Root Beer Float especially after walking up and down Main Street in Downtown Visalia for a few hours in the heat. It was smooth and delicious! I couldn't resist getting the refill on the Root Beer! I made sure to save a little ice cream from the first fill. I'm glad I stopped in for the Root Beer Float! Maybe I'll try some hot food next time!

While passing through Visalia we found this place. There aren't many places like this where we live…read moreso we thought we'd give it a try. Entered in to a very open and clean seating area. There is both indoor and outdoor seating options. Inside they are picnic table style with bench seating and long tables or counter seating near the windows. Outdoors was set up with table and chair patio style seating. Immediately greeted by a friendly employee and after we mentioned it was our first time there she gave us a thorough overview of how it works. One thing we really liked was the customer has the option to select their "signature" dogs or you can create your own using all the toppings they have available via a slip of paper. You just check the boxes of what you want on your all beef hot dog (1/4 lb.), a polish sausage or bratwurst. I discovered afterwards they also offer "mini" dogs, which I should have gotten because they are quite large and my eyes were bigger than my stomach after I ordered a hot dog and a homemade corndog. My daughter got a polish dog and a homemade cheese dog (like a corn dog but using cheese instead of a hot dog). I got tater tots as a side and my daughter the homemade potato chips. All the food was tasty and we'd get them all again, though as I mentioned above I'd probably go "mini" on one or both because together there was just too much food for me. If we go through Visalia again, we'll definitely return.

The batter is sweet; remind me of corn bread; and I like me some corn bread. Thick coating but compliment the beef wiener well. You can pick your corn dog to be infused with beef or a choice of cheese. Now for the hot dogs; we ordered the western, the classic and the build your own. Lots of toppings; definitely not stingey with them. However they only wrap them in foil; maybe some other kind of wrapping like styrofoam container or cardboard would be better. Toppings stuck all over the foil and it was quite messy to eat. Wish my hot dog was cooked just a tad more : even had some grill marks on it.

Ordered my food about 25 minutes before my break. Walked over. As I stood there the woman (I believe Missy) looked at me and looked away. I stood there as she made a sandwich in one of the slowest motions I've ever witnessed. Then a man from DoorDash came in. She told him,I'm sorry for the wait I've been sooo busy. I still gave her grace and waited. She eventually hands him his bag of items. I said hey,I ordered my food about 40 minutes ago online. She told me I Don't have an order for you. I showed her my email. She then said I don't know what to tell you. I was running out of time to even eat at this point. I told her my name again and that I would call regarding getting my money back. I got the most terrible sandwich for $20 Nextdoor and basically didn't even eat. So I called and she proceeded to say she was soo busy. I politely told her,you absolutely were not. I watched you for 20 minutes! And you ignored me multiple times after looking at me. You dismissed me. She claimed she had 3 online orders before I got there. She stated she found my order. I reminded her that I placed my order 25 minutes before I even got there. She then apologized again, while defending the fact she was "so busy" I stated that "being so busy" has nothing to do with customer service. I asked for management. She said they would be back on Monday. What a let down. What a shame that people With no customer service have to work in it just to have a job. I have sympathy and understanding to a certain level. But now I'm out the $20 I spent on a terrible sandwich from the neighboring store plus my expectations and business from what I was expecting to be an amazing sandwich. (I know this was long, sorry) lol. All and all, awful from start to finish. Don't go here expecting anything beyond what an employee is forced to do. PS,still waiting for my refund.
