Naked shrimps in Raisin Claw sauce
    Nhue G.

I was craving Cajun shrimps, so we stopped by Raising Claw for dinner. The food and service were good here. They were also giving out complimentary Cajun or regular fries with our order, so that was a nice bonus. The Cajun fries were wonderful. They also offered ice cream at the end. We got naked shrimps with Raisin Cajun sauce. I like that you have the option to have peeled shrimps. The sauce was pretty addicting. It made me keep eating despite feeling pretty full. We also got some add-on items with the shrimps. Only weird thing I noticed is the boiled egg was added with the shell intact instead of being peeled. Kinda strange since it wouldn't absorb flavors that way.

    Great Seafood Boil Spot!

Great local seafood boil spot! The regular and cajun fries are a hit, the crawfish and snow-crab are super fresh. The service was fast and friendly. Get the strawberry lemonade and margaritas, would come again!

Seafood not tasty, undercooked, overpriced. Better frozen from Aldis . Carry out, takes way too long . Long wait times. 2 stars at best

I really like that it is spacious (easy to walk around) and it had some funny and cool decor - it had an alligator display on the wall haha. There was also ample parking outside. This was inside a complex with other establishments. We had the following dishes: * Garlic Pasta - The sauce was creamy and the dish was filling and flavorful. It was so yummy. * Peeled Shrimp - This was juicy and delicious! * Calamari - Very crispy and the dipping sauce was good as well. It was a lot of food for us and we had take some home. Our server was nice and friendly! Hope to come back here again.

It's all I ate, but it was a good value, good size shrimp and nice clean and crisp fry. Staff was great, although I wish they had lemons available, they only had limes. The batter of the shrimp could have used some seasoning, but the cocktail sauce was very good at making up for it. I was disappointed that some of the beef items from previous menus online were not on the menu, but their selection was still decent. TL;DR Fried Shrimp 7/10 -Good size -Good crispiness -Good cocktail sauce -Had limes/no lemons -Lacks seasoning

Oh my gosh!!!! This food was DELICIOUS! Never mind a diet when you come here…read more I created my own little combo with lobster, shrimp, and potatoes. The lobster wasn't included in one of the regular seafood combos, so I ordered it separately and added everything I wanted. I chose the Fire Crab seasoning, which I believe is a combination of their different seasonings, and it was so flavorful! I've been to several seafood-boil restaurants, but Fire Crab is easily one of the best I've had. The restaurant itself is cute, clean, and well kept. Most of the seating is booth-style, which makes it nice for families or even a casual little date night. The music wasn't too loud, and they also have a large screen if you want to watch TV or sports. I even used the restroom, and it was very clean and nicely maintained. The waitstaff was also very friendly and welcoming. I arrived around dinnertime at 5:45 p.m., and it wasn't crowded at all, thank goodness, because I was hungry! Overall, I really enjoyed everything, the food, atmosphere, service, and cleanliness. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm craving some really good seafood!

Unlike some places where I leave feeling bloated, I don't get that way here. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, which is harder to find than you'd think. A lot of seafood places tend to overcook shrimp, making it rubbery or soggy, but Fire Crab absolutely nailed it. And the garlic fries? Insane. They definitely do not hold back on the garlic, which I loved. The garlic noodles were also incredibly buttery, flavorful, and downright addictive. What really made our experience stand out was the service. We came with a large group, and the owner was so sweet, attentive, and welcoming throughout our meal. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and making sure everyone has a great experience. Great food, amazing service, and consistently delicious flavors. Fire Crab is a spot I'll keep coming back to!

One of the biggest things for me is the space. When you're playing pool, you actually have room to move around unlike a lot of bars where you feel cramped. I also like that they have full size pool tables. Since I'm a bit taller, it just makes the whole experience of playing pool that much better. There's regular events and even a pool league on Tuesday nights, so there's always something going on. If you are not familiar with Garden Grove, this place is definitely a hidden gem. The food is top notch, but honestly the ambiance is what sets it apart from your average billiards bar. It is extremely clean, which is important to me, and there's plenty of space between you and other people whether you are playing pool or sitting down to eat. It really does feel like a playground for adults in the best way. I also like that it is family friendly. There's large tables that are perfect for crab boils and similar meals where they lay down wax paper and everyone can sit together and enjoy. When I was there, there was a group of kids celebrating a birthday, and at the same time there were adults playing pool and hanging out. The place is so big that it almost feels like there's separate areas for kids and adults, but it is all in one space and you do not even notice each other. That's how spacious it is. I have been here on Sunday afternoons, Tuesday evenings, and Friday nights, and it is always busy with great energy. The music selection is great too. And this next part is insane to me since I'm a huge fan of famous pool players. The legendary GOAT Efren Reyes is going to be there on April 26th playing pool and interacting with fans. I saw the flyer on the wall and immediately grabbed VIP tickets. I'll be lucky enough to say hi to him up close from the VIP section and watch him work his magic in person, which is just unreal to me. Definitely check out the Wharf, you won't regret it.

It seems much better and improved over all. Came in on Sunday August 30, 2026 at about 5pm. We don't wait. What? No wait? It was our lucky day. Straight to a booth. Our server I believe Xander, seemed like he was on it. Got our drinks out right away and we ordered. 1 lb head on shrimp. For 3 lbs. Hot n juicy medium spice. With sausage and corn. Add white rice and a basket of Cajun fries. Yum!!! Fries were on point but a little on the skimpy side. My son ordered a Shrimp Po'Boy and got more fries on his combo than we got in a basket of fries. But no biggie. Again they were on point. And the timing of the food. Everything came out fast and furious. The fries. The rice. The shrimp. Yum. Yum. Yum. No waiting for missing items like rice like in past visits. Wait time. Nice! Service. Nice. Food. Yum yum yum.
