This spot is a little hidden gem in Garden Grove. I rate this up there with boiling crab, but better prices. The service was amazing and our waitress helped us modify the spice level for our kids. During our meal, my wife took her first bite eating a mussel when she suddenly bit down on something inside it that clearly didn't belong (photo attached). It completely ruined the dinner for us. When I brought it to the staff's attention and asked if anything could be done, I was told that all their mussels are "like that." That response was honestly frustrating and dismissive. There was no apology or effort to make things right. not even a small discount. After that, my wife was so grossed out she couldn't continue eating, and the whole experience was ruined. I got the combo 1 which includes corn, potatoes, sausages, and your choice of 3lb of shrimp or crawfish. I got torpedo sauce and extra spicy which is boiling crabs equivalent of the whole shebang. Although the market price is higher here than boiling crab, the size of the crawfish is a lot bigger. Despite being frozen crawfish, the crawfish was surprisingly still very tender and juicy. At boiling crab, the frozen crawfish is small and dry. They also give a side of their seafood boil sauce for you to dip it in. The shrimps were also a lot bigger than boiling crab. Lastly, I ordered a side of their fish and chips. The fish is catfish btw. The fries were very good but the fried catfish was just ok. Would recommend sticking to combo 1 and just getting a side of fries. They also offer a small cash discount fyi. read more

The garlic noodles are the perfect side dish to soak up all the seafood-y flavor - it has the classic SF oyster sauce flavor. It could eat boatloads of these noodles.
