Meder was proactive from the start. He emailed me with his rates (no surprises to be had), booked in an appointment slot immediately and gave me all his contact details. On the day of the appointment, he kept me informed of his whereabouts and showed up on time as promised. He was very respectful of our home and finished the repair in 30 minutes. Before he completed the repair I got a quote texted to me and I had to approve it before he started the repair which I thought was very practical. The call out fee was deducted from the repair. He walked in on the first day of camp for 3 kids so my house was pure chaos (sorry Jason!), but he got right to work and fixed the washer after identifying the issue was a string caught from one of my 15. year olds bikinis. (Ultimately unsuccessful, but I appreciated the effort.) The technician, Bek, was on time, courteous, and very open about explaining everything he inspected. In just under an hour, he was able to diagnose the problem and replace our ice maker, which he had on hand. One small critique-- it caught me a little off guard to see a tip option on screen when making my payment, but in this case I obliged, considering how well the whole appointment went. Recently, I had a text dialog with Russ and found out that Fuse service's HVAC systems as well. I agreed to an annual maintenance plan, but didn't plan on having them out until fall. A few weeks later, while I was out of town in July, I got a message from my Ecobee thermostat indicating that the A/C wasn't working. I texted Russ about this and he showed up after 6PM on a Saturday, the same day I texted him about the issue! He figured out what was wrong right away and just folded the service call into my annual service plan which was, as before with the dishwasher, very generous and much appreciated. I'm literally excited to have Fuse Service as my go to place for appliance repair and HVAC maintenance. I'm used to businesses asking me to write positive Yelp reviews and I don't mind that. We asked around for a nursery to meet our needs and Gethsemane was the one nursery that my daughter's friends recommended. WOW - especially considering that it's a "city" garden center, AND it's the fall which is hardly high landscaping season. You had an extremely wide selection that was conveniently arranged to make the best use of our time. Prices to me are fair considering the quality of the plants and service. We visited on Friday to do recognizance and make a preliminary stack of possibles as we're only in town for a few days. We had spent two days demolishing the mangled sad mess left by the previous owners and were ready to get to work. On Saturday morning we took our daughter to review our choices, and she threw us a few curve balls, but the staff was prepared. We worked with Jennifer and Richie in trees and shrubs who allowed us to quickly eliminate things that would not work in their very shaded yard. Miriam in perennials was particularly helpful in that my daughter has some very specific likes and dislikes (Those ALL look like WEEDS to me says she!!) Miriam was patient and kind in helping sort through all of the available Hostas to color coordinate several varieties. Advice on mulch and watering were administered at check out and our precious green matter was delivered at the agreed upon time a few hours later. We dug, we sorted rock, we cut old roots that we only found when we dug and after about 6 hours it was done and we couldn't be more pleased. You were all very helpful and provided exactly the service in the compressed timeframe that was required. The Yews, Hostas, Azaleas and Lavendar all appear to be very healthy and we can't wait to watch them grow. Thank you for your service today.
