I'm not a fan of this Ralph's. I rather go to the one on Rose. Although this store looks very pretty, with nice entrances, shiny floors and big displays, it actually lacks a lot of services. From my use, the deli section is smaller, with not as many options for purchasing prepared foods and rotisserie chickens as the Rose location, and it doesn't have self check-out, which I use a lot. read more

Terrible deli. Got a sandwhich and bread was stale and veggies look like they've been sitting for a while. Service was weak too. A smile and less attitude would have been nice when she had to run to one of the isles because they dint have pepperoni ready for customers. read more

This is my favorite Ralph's! There's one near my house that pales in comparison to this one off of rose, so I always make it a point to go specifically to this one on my way home from school. They are always stocked, organized, and friendly! One time in 2016 for either Thanksgiving or Christmas I had accidentally purchased a sugar-free lemon merengue pie (gross, I know) and didn't notice the mistake until I got home. I ran back and was looking for customer service or something to see if I can return it and exchange for lemon merengue that actually had sugar in it. One of the men that worked there, not sure if he was the manager, greeted me and was so helpful and kind. He always, as well as the other staff on the floor, always make it a point to greet me every time I'm in there. One even gave me a recommendation for coffee for my dad, and my dad actually liked it (he's SUPER picky about his coffee). Three thumbs up for this location. Makes me reminiscent of the Kroger I'd frequent back home in Texas, except the service here is 1000% better. :o) read more

This is the closest supermarket to me and they do have a Wells Fargo branch inside, so I come here often. The thing about Ralphs is they are the old type of supermarket. Ralphs has a good selection, they have brands and types that Stater Bros doesn't. That's the good. But the prices are high, and like a boomerang. They raise and lower the prices each week to a ridiculous extent. One week Diet Pepsi will be $4.50, the next week $2.25. A week later $4.99. Kraft salad dressing will be $4.50, then $1.49, then $2.99, on "sale". Does anyone really fall for that anymore? I mean really, why would the prices be that volatile? I have no problem resisting buying sodas at $4.50, and I have no problem resisting buying salad dressing for $2.99. So I either buy at Walmart or wait until they lower it again at Ralphs. I find this nonsense inconvenient. Maybe this worked in the 60s. Not anymore. Inconvenient. Everyday low prices, Ralphs! Get with it. What do you think? We're stupid? It's on sale this week for twice what it was last week? Who falls for that? I find the constantly fluctuating prices irritating. Anyway, I shop here but I usually only buy what's on sale. I used to coupon when Ralphs had double coupons but I rarely do anymore since they cut doubling out. I think Ralphs will be in serious trouble when Super Walmart finally gets here. I called the store thrice to complain, spent 10 minutes on hold so I could speak to a manager. No one answered the first time. Second time I was told I was being transferred to manager, a worker that is not the manager answers and then tells me she will transfer me to the manager. She hangs up on me. Third time I call its the girl that hung up on me, she transfers me and the manager answers the call this time. After all this I dont think I spoke to the manager. It was probrally a cashier. I just wanted to tell management that there was some people asking for money outside. I was aproached by two different people! I was not parked that far from the entrance!!! read more

Something is wrong with the cooling system in the meat department. Twice I've purchased beef only to bring it home and fond the bottom side of the cut partially or totally sour. I buy meat from Albertsons now. read more

This place was good earlier, but now they are doing some renovations. The store is half open but all food items have dust on it due to work going on at this shop. It seems they are selling these food items at the same price as compared to other Ralph location. They should actually close the shop and reopen again when the renovations are completed. Also should sell everything at half price because due to the construction there's a lot of dust and you can't identify if the food item is fresh or old. read more

This store needs MAJOR help. Outdated products or products with only a days left of use by date. Deli counters need upgrading. This entire store needs upgrading. They also need to dust off their shelves and products on the shelves, everything is covered in dust and its nasty as hell! I will NOT shop here ever again sadly. It's a few blocks from my house too. I come here all the time because it's the closest place to me that closes at the latest time. It's convenient for me to get food here after I get off work at night. Everyone here I have come across seem to be friendly people who are just very polite. Haven't had any problems finding anything because I come here all the time anyway, however I am occasionally asked if I need help finding anything. That's always nice to me because some places I've been to seem like they don't want to talk at all. read more

You know what I really like about this Ralphs?! Its variety of selection! It has a really good variety of different type of food so you can get your basics but other some good interesting items to try! They even have a good selection of low sugar or sugar free options which is good for me, because my mom is diabetic. They even had sugar free frosting which is really impressing! more impressing than the sugar free brownies I found! The place is clean and staff is okay. Great Ralphs location - I'm newer to this area, so the layout of this location is all new to me. I've found all of the staff to be very helpful in locating items and providing assistance. The checker even sent someone back to pick up an item I had forgotten while I was at the checkstand! So, I'm definitely a fan of this Ralphs - great selection, decent prices and wonderful service. read more

I order a cake in person with I believe her name being Laura, (she was a bit older) to be picked up later in the week. I show up the day of to find no one ever made my cake. Completely ridiculous, no calls to warn me. They literally just forgot to make it? Extremely disappointing. The individual Lexi who helped me the day of was very professional and apologetic and gave us any pre-made cake they already had on display free of charge due to the mistake. Do NOT order their deli premade salads, I have gotten food poisoning from eating there 4 times on my work break over the past couple of months. Took me a while that it was this place that was causing me to be sick! Called the manager to let her know and figured the issue would be handled. Well this week I gave it another shot and wanted to eat something healthier than fast food and again, two hours later sick again!! I work in Home Health with elderly I CANNOT be getting sick at work when I have people depending on me because you guys can't follow Food Handling and Storage directions!!! read more

I dont normally shop at Ralph's but I decided to try it out. I ended up leaving with one of their cards! The cashiers and employees were so wonderful and in a great mood. The floors and shelves were very clean and not cluttered at all. I was in there for a good hour and had at least 5 employees asking if I needed assistance. So happy this place is so close to my house! read more

The only issue I have here is that the checking staff is ALWAYS rude. They ignore customers and talk amongst themselves and sometimes they don't even say hi or acknowledge you. NOT TO MENTION they ALWAYS have long check out lines. They never seem to want to open more than 2 lines at a time. read more

quiet, friendly staff, alittle bit on the pricey side

Had an impressive time here. I was meeting my friend at nearby Starbucks and decided to run in to get some low sugar yogurt to eat for breakfast instead of coffee. Store was clean, well stocked and I really appreciated how employees greeted me throughout the store. I sensed a good spirit among them, despite their tasks focus. I can sense that people there want to work there (Probably making a good Union wage and having been trained well by management). Again not trying to be political just simply saying that we'll treated employees and a healthy management relationship equals happy employees and a good corporate bottom line. I will definitely shop this store more knowing that it's workers are treated well. Also like how the parking lot is clean and not sticky like Walmart. Have been shopping more at Ralph's, getting tired of Walmart's poor service. Also I see good pricing at Ralph's. It may not always be as cheap as Walmart at times, but Ralph's stores tend to look much cleaner and in better maintained shopping centers than Walmart's, therefore keeping the value of my home up and reducing crime. Theoretically saving me money in the long run. I usually don't go to this store, but the one by Hill Crest Park near the Elks Lodge, I hope everyday they are like this and not just a fluke. read more

I absolutely love this store and its staff..except for Cindy Chateau....she needs to fix her attitude and be a little more friendlier with her customers. Been coming to this Ralph's for over 45 years and have always gotten great service until last night. Was getting produce first and worker approached me and asked if I wanted my groceries free. I said no thanks and they kept insisting they were absolutely free. I kept questioning because nothing is ever free and she finally admitted it was with a Kroger credit card application. I asked her why she lied about the card obligation and it not being absolutely free and she started screaming at me that she is not a liar, and screaming continued with her saying to never call her a liar. Half the store could hear her. Out of control . To calm her down I apologized for calling her a liar but told her what she did was deceitful and not the way to do business. Her attitude changed when she saw me looking at her jacket for a name tag, she had none but had a Kroger tag only. No wonder, not an regular Ralph's employee. Where do you get these people from Kroger, drug rehab? Very unstable person that would have scared a lot of people and I noticed everyone on that side of store was staring at us. I had went to another chain to order cupcakes for my daughters birthday, but they couldn't be bothered to even come to the counter and answer my questions. So I went to Ralph's. My order was only $23 in cupcakes but Josie when above and beyond. She ordered special accessories to match my theme and colors. She treated me like I was ordering $300 dollars worth of cake. THIS RALPHS GROCERY STORE CARTS ARE A JOKE!!!!! The last 5 times I have been here....4 times the cart has locked on me and set off the store alarm as I was trying to go out the doors. This is a huge hassle and not worth shopping here anymore specially since there is a great Albertson's right down the street (where I have NEVER had a cart lock on me)! I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS RALPHS AGAIN!!! The last time after the alarm situation happened to me here.... I was walking out to my car and I heard the alarm go off again, so I looked back and there was this poor old man (about 75 or 80 years of age) trying to get his cart which had a watermelon in it, out of the middle of the exit since the cart wheels had locked on him also and set off the store alarm! It was so sad. I felt so bad for him. The manager of this store needs to get on this problem and fix it. There is no way that these carts help theft in any way....who steals a cartful of groceries and runs out the store? If someone is going to steal groceries, it's gotta be way more likely that they would steal groceries by putting the stuff in their purse, backpack or jacket anyway, way before getting chased by a store employee while the are running away pushing a cartful of groceries. Thats just ridiculous and so is this Ralph's! read more
