I've always enjoyed coming to this Ralphs. It's so spacious and easy to navigate for how big it is. Great selection of ready made food, flowers, Kosher products and more. Most recently I ordered my son's birthday cake and cupcakes from the bakery and had a great experience. I loved that it was easy to place an order online and they updated the status of my order via text. I ordered a paw patrol sheet cake and paw patrol cupcakes. I feel like the pricing was super fair especially when ordering cake for a large amount of people. Also the paw patrol cake was a hit! You are able to customize your cake as much as you like, but I just had them write "Happy Birthday" on top and I was able to put whatever toppers I wanted. Flavor selection is a little limited, but if you are looking for an easy, quick and affordable option for a cake, Ralphs is the way to go!

Yesterday I went to get flowers for my friend, and Christal in the floral department was amazing! She helped me choose the perfect flowers and wrapped them so beautifully and professionally. I highly recommend her she's truly talented. I hope Ralphs management knows how friendly and professional she is. I'll be telling all my customers and friends to go to her for stunning floral arrangements! Thank you Christal

The posh Ralph's - a favorite and a true delight - they recently made more improvements and expanded a few areas Always impressed with the layout and the community as well as valley vibes you get here from start to finish. Great kosher, international, gluten free, plant-based/vegan, vegetarian and baked items. Extensive wine and spirits selections + import, craft and domestic brew/beer. The pharmacy is never busy. Starbucks does good things. The deli is often in flux - mostly only come here for the hummus. The service overall is always personable and you'll find just about everything you need in stock during the week. Weekends are busy, like we know Ralph's was the it spot for a few years like many grocers, but this Ralphs Fresh Fare is still it! Easy parking underground one multiple levels - enter from (as well as exit) Hazeltine Avenue, Moorpark Street or Ventura Blvd. You might spot Colman Domingo, Chloe x Haley, a Real Housewive and a plethora of notable people doing their thing here. Great produced, prepared items and spacious clean isles. Cheers to Sarah who rang me up like a pro and Igor working his magic amongst the self-checkout area which is super efficient.

Expired chocolate milk. Im pretty sure parents are buying their kids these small expired milks and dont even know it.

I normally shop at this ralphs but last night I bought a chocolate milk and drank it today and noticed it was off. It expired august 21. They dont check their dates here. U should be careful when shopping here and check their dates. I tried calling to file a complaint and no one's picking up the phone.

Fnally the TP at the appropriate height !!

Yet another establishment that doesnt maintain their lottery machine properly ! It wont take the playslips, and the clerks on duty refused to run my slips manually - therefore I wont be back for a bit !

I called the Seafood Department to place an order for some fried fish. I had called last Friday around 7:30 p.m. to order fish, but it was too late. Anyway, Adrian (sorry if I misspelled your name, sir) answered the phone and was very polite and courteous while taking my order. Now, this is a "you buy, we fry" service inside a grocery store, so I wasn't quite sure if I could call in an order. But after my last visit, where I placed an order and walked around the store while the fish was frying, I honestly didn't see why they wouldn't allow it. I originally wanted catfish fillets, but they were out. Adrian offered catfish nuggets as a substitute, but I passed. I then asked for red snapper or rockfish, but they had neither. I moved on to cod, but at $19.99 a pound, I said, "Not today." Finally, he told me they had tilapia for $10.99 a pound, so I ordered two pounds. He asked what seasoning I wanted, and I told him I wanted to try all three -- Cajun, lemon pepper, and one other that I can't remember. He told me it would be ready in 12 minutes, and when I arrived 12 minutes later, it was ready! It was fresh, hot, and delicious. I could hardly wait to get back home and eat it all lol. I will definitely be back next weekend. Thanks again, Adrian. :-)

There's plenty of parking both underground and at street level in the Citrus Commons complex. I'm a big fan of Trader Joe's in general and shop here every week. What makes this store special is the selection -- you can find so many unique products that you won't see in other grocery chains, including a lot of European-style foods. Some of our favorites are eggplant spread, sauerkraut, frozen sweet cheese pancakes (blinchiki), pork dumplings, and many other great items. Prices are reasonable (around average), especially considering the quality and uniqueness of the products. The staff here is incredibly friendly -- honestly, one of the nicest teams I've seen in any grocery store. The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and easy to navigate. Another great bonus: there are actually two Trader Joe's stores right across the street from each other on Riverside Drive. This newer location is bigger, brighter, and has even more variety. And if one store is out of something, you can simply check the other -- so convenient! Highly recommend this location -- we're lucky to have it here in Sherman Oaks!

Their prices are high. Head to the Valley's Japanese grocery store like Mitsuwa in Northridge for sushi or a Korean grocery store like Greenland Market in Van Nuys for prepared food made the same day at lower prices. The Good: * The spam musubi was made the same day and tasted fresh. * The butter mochi was delicious. Final Thoughts: I expected fresh food made that morning. I purchased three smoothies at the Whole Foods Market on Sepulveda Blvd. in Sherman Oaks and asked for a carrier so I could take the three drinks with me. One employee turned around and spoke with another team member but did not explain whether someone was getting one, so I stood there waiting. After about seven minutes, I asked how much longer it would take and was told they had run out downstairs and someone had to go upstairs to storage. I ended up waiting around 10 minutes total. While I was waiting, another customer approached and one employee abruptly told me, "Can you move? I need to take care of the customer." I moved immediately. When the carriers finally arrived, the employee handed/tossed them toward me and did not offer any help opening one or placing the three drinks inside. I calmly said that it would be helpful for the department to keep carriers available before completely running out because customers may be in a hurry and smoothies can start melting while they wait. Instead of simply acknowledging the comment, one employee responded sarcastically, "Haha, whatever you say." The employees then started laughing and making sarcastic comments among themselves. I asked directly whether they were laughing about what I had said. They looked at each other and sarcastically responded along the lines of, "Noooo, how would we do that? Never," while continuing to laugh. At that point I asked for a manager. I explained what happened and specifically requested that she review the camera footage so there would be an objective record of the interaction. Running out of supplies happens. Having to wait occasionally happens. My complaint is about employees mocking a customer, responding sarcastically, and treating a normal customer-service concern like a joke. I was not yelling, insulting anyone, or behaving disrespectfully. I simply expected basic professionalism. I hope management reviews the footage and addresses this with the team because this is not the level of customer service I expect from Whole Foods.

I'm old fat and cranky so parking is the biggest concern of mine and I actually googled which is the Erewhon with the least hassle free parking and this one came up and it's true. There is 90 minute free parking and it's not exactly simple. You have to get a ticket and then you may be double parking someone inside and you have to give some people your keys so if they have to move your car you can't they can. They held onto my keys but did not move my car so I didn't tip them. I wasn't expecting to tip when I went to a grocery store. There's more than one business in the plaza so I think they're employed by them so just be prepared with that and have cash on hand. I did not get the Hailey Bieber smoothie although I was tempted. I've heard mixed reviews and I know it's very expensive and I did not want to spend that kind of money on a smoothie. I didn't like. I did end up getting a bottled peanut butter smoothie and that one cost $14 and it was really delicious. It tasted healthy, but it was really good. I also got some vanilla chai crisps that are in the back corner by the freezer section and those are delicious as well. Those were $6.99 for a bag and honestly, I thought that was reasonable. I did get a strawberry cream dessert. It's all natural and I think vegan or something or other. I don't know. It was really good, from the few bites I had I was going to save it and it melted in my car so hopefully it will taste good tomorrow even if it's not in the shape originally was. I also got some Keylime and Meyer lemon tarts. I tried the lemon one they should be refrigerated which I did not know until I tried to eat them. The lemon one was good. I have not tried the lime one yet. I ended up spending $44 on five items. I just went there to say I've gone there.
