The ramen here is mid at best. Not a ton of flavor, noodles weren't much either. The appetizers they had were probably the best part about everything. The service was pretty awful. We waited 45 minutes before someone brought us water. I understand being short staffed but if the case is that there's too many guests or too many takeout orders, why keep seating people to dine in? We wanted the red dragon roll and somehow the dragon roll was processed. 2 completely different items! The ramen was just ok, nothing memorable about it. My husband and I went to Ramen Ichiraku for lunch today. We each ordered a ramen and we shared a Spicy Tuna roll. My ramen was the Pork ramen with pork broth, egg, Udon noodles, bamboo shoots, corn, ginger, extra spicy and mushrooms. I did not get green onions or bean sprouts in mine. My husband had the Beef Ramen, pork broth, ramen noodles, egg, bamboo shoots, corn, ginger and he got his medium spicy. Both were delicious! Way too much food so I packed half of mine and the rest of his for later. The Spicy Tuna roll was ok. They have a special of buy one, get one half off but that would have been way too much food! Lots of options on the ramen so I would suggest that route, especially for lunch. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. I highly recommend you giving Ramen Ichiraku a try! read more

Parking: easy and big parking lot, shares the lot with waba grill and bee tea. Food: Food was hot and flavorful. Ramen was chewy in all the right ways. We got the combo that came with ramen of your choice, 4 piece Cali roll, and a milk tea which btw was soooooo delicious. I love that most toppings are included in the price. The food and the overall ambiance of the place is pretty great i enjoyed it. The service was very quick as well. only thing that can kick it up a notch is if it had some light (maybe anime themed) music or have some anime episodes playing on one or more tv screens but maybe i came when their music player and TV were out so can't say for sure if that's the norm or not cause it was pretty quiet read more

This is a good place to go for a quick lunch or a simple dinner. The service is very minimal but friendly. The ramen was good, it seems to be Taiwanese infused though. The pork belly, and the chicken that we got is very similar to the taiwanese Park belly stew and the popcorn chicken. It's very interesting. The hubby loves Naruto so you can alrdy guess why I'm reviewing this place. I was surprised to see we can get udon for our noodles and thats what I did. It was good. The way they made their soup base def taste unique and can be a hotpot type of soup. Makes sense that you can also get your ramen in a hotpot style. 3.2 stars. I ordered the stewed pork ramen and our table shared a salmon skin roll. The food was overall pretty average. I didn't dislike it nor did I really like it. The ramen was a bit expensive for the portion and quality. The stewed pork was not bad though. Fatty and flavorful, and 4 decently sized chunks which I appreciated. I wish they would have marinated the soft boiled egg and gave more toppings. The salmon skin roll was alright. The pieces were a bit small and it wasn't super fresh. Also there was barely any wasabi and ginger, and the flavor of the wasabi was almost non existent. $15 for the ramen and $8 for the sushi, I felt that the food was a bit underwhelming for the price I paid. The best part about this place was the Naruto decor, it gave the restaurant some unique personality which I appreciated. There was a unique ordering system where you scan a QR code and place the order on your phone. It was intuitive enough but I think it makes the workers rather unprepared. The service here was lacking, and the workers seemed very confused. We interacted with two servers, one didn't know what food they were serving to us and one didn't know that our lunch special order comes with a california roll. None came to check up on us and the place was also relatively empty when we went. I understand that the place is still relatively new, but there should be a standard for the service. Overall if you are a fan of Naruto and want to eat some ramen in a Naruto themed restaurant, then you should come here, but if you want a place with high quality ramen, you might want to find somewhere else. read more
