I would say the service is a little slow and they forget items. However, when I came it's the lunch rush hour so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. The food definitely does not disappoint. I love the flavor of every item. There's free parking in the lot. And indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a calendar of events. For example, on Tuesday they have bingo from 7 pm to 9 pm. An incredible experience! This restaurant is located adjacent to Mizner Park. While it's just a short walk from the park, the establishment is in a plaza with its own parking and features both outdoor and indoor seating areas. The interior was well-maintained and orderly, with a cashier register for ordering and a self-service kiosk. I opted for the 5-spice duck ramen and a milk tea. I would say the price was fair, given the quality and portion size of the food. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming to me and my party. They assigned us numbered signs and told us they would bring our food to the table. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, they managed to deliver everything we ordered--including appetizers, drinks, and main dishes--for my party of six within half an hour. Given the cooler weather in the evening, we chose to sit outside on relatively comfortable chairs. They brought everything outside to us. My duck tasted fantastic! It had a savory flavor, was perfectly cooked, and paired well with the other ingredients. The milk tea was decent, too, but a bit toward the pricer side. it was our first time trying the Ramen lab and we would not recommend it. we ordered the ramen and "grilled" chicken and the chicken teriyak plate with egg fried rice substituted for the white rice. These entrees were both not good because it tasted like they had boiled the chicken and there was a fish taste to everything. The only thing that was good was the Boba and the chicken pan seared Gyozas that we got for an app. The service was also horrible. It's always easy parking. A most adorable small venue across from Mizner park exists and Daniel is always friendly sweet and helpful. He took my favorite order which is salad that includes baby tomatoes , micro greens and crispy enoki mushrooms tossed in a most yummy sesame dressing and i added grilled salmon. Don't understand all of the good reviews... The ramen is bland and the ingredients they put in there aren't quality I have visited on 3 to 4 occasions throughout the years hoping I just ordered a bad dish and I always walk away thoroughly disappointed. During our recent visit, the star of the show, as always, was the bow buns. We indulged in the succulent pork belly buns and the flavorful fried mushroom bow buns--both were amazing and that left us wanting more. Additionally, a consistent favorite for us is the Goza pan-fried, which never disappoints. However, we decided to venture into a rice dish on this occasion, and while it didn't quite reach the heights of the bow buns, it still offered a tasty interlude to the meal. This is a definite stop if you're in the Pineapple Grove area! There is a variety of indoor and outdoor tables as well as bar top seating. The appetizer chicken gyoza came with 5 pieces ($7). The sauce had a mild spice to it but was delicious. The ramen bowls were a satisfying portion size. The prices for add-on's were a little steep ($1 to $2 for a few bean sprouts or bok choy). We came at dinner hour on the weekend and the restaurant was a little understaffed so service was a bit slow at times, but the servers were very attentive and doing their best. They said they had a boba shortage and only had lychee jelly, but there is a wide variety of tea drinks - including non-milk tea options - to choose from. They ranged from $5-$7 which is cheaper than most in the area but they are definitely not skimping on the quality of their teas. read more

On my way home from a haircut, I decided to stop for a quick bite to eat. I wanted something healthy, so upon the recommendation of someone at the Elite Yelp event the other day, I decided to try the Ramen Lab Eatery. Since this was the first time eating here, I asked for some advice on what to order. The person at the register either didn't hear me or was too busy changing the register tape to give me a response. I ended up choosing the Vegan Ramen. Outside seating was great! Many customers had their dogs with them. That was something good to know. They are pet friendly! The outdoor patio was nice. There was a storm and the winds were picking up. Things were flying all around. Fortunately, my food came quickly. It was OK. I probably will try something else on the menu next time. I believe that it wasn't worth the price. Parking was easy...it was just outside the restaurant. The location was really great, just across the street from Mizner. On a little staycation we decided to check our Ramen Lab on our first night in the area. I was happy to see that not only do they have vegan options but the person at the register was able to help me and knew what the options were and how to make items vegan. The food was delicious. We also had some edamame that was different then the typical salt or extra spicy. It was perfect and enjoyable. Service was friendly. The inside and outside was covid compliant and I felt safe eating there. I love Ramen! & I've had amazing Ramen in New York City and all over ... So didn't know what to expect from a Ramen location in South Florida. However, I must say I was impressed. I got the Naanbon chicken which was amazing! Very different from the traditional chicken Karaage I normally get at Japanese restaurants ... it's grilled instead of fried in this sweet like teriyaki kind of sauce ... served alongside this tarter sauce that complimented it so well! I thought the food first of all looked sooo good. Even though looks aren't everything, the presentation made it look so good. The bao buns were so delicious and soft. The touch of green onions made all the difference. The food came out pretty quickly and it was nice service. I definitely want to try the ramen next time because that is what it's known for but it was a decent Asian restaurant. Its was a little different from what I'm use to but very good. We started with edamame and aged dashi tofu. Although I prefer my tofu firm, this was excellent, cooked perfect and had incredible flavor. The edamame also cooked perfect had a little bit of spicy seasoning, not to spicy, just enough to give it great flavor. For dinner my wife got a vegan ramen, she added a couple of extra things to it. She said it was the best ramen she's eaten. Now for me, I don't normally eat ramen. I had the shoyu ramen with ground seasoned chicken and I added bean sprout, enoki mushrooms and bok choy. Only 2 tables inside, plus bar stopping type seating. Outside at the front there are a few tables, then to the side there is a covered patio area with 8 more tables, largest area for the restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you see the register with a small table in front that has some menus. Pick one up and feel free to find a seat as you look it over. Once you've decided, walk back to the register, place your order, and the cashier will hand you a number stick to take back to your table. Waiter will bring your order to your table. Ordered Tonkotsu ramen and strawberry lemonade for here. (Passion fruit was replaced with strawberry) Broth in the ramen was bland, and not a lot of noodles. They added a bunch of the veggies in exchange though, so if you like veggies, that's fantastic Chicken Oyakodon to go. Haven't tried it yet though. Will update review later once I munch down. They are open pretty much all day though, so if you just have a craving, this is the place to go. Other places in the area don't even open until 5:00pm or later. read more

I wish I had better things to say about Ramen Lab Eatery but unfortunately, my experience was unimpressive. I'll break down my review by reasons I deducted stars. First - the flavor. I got the cold soba, since I really wanted to try a signature soup but couldn't handle hot food in this summer weather. I found the broth to be way too salty. There should have been something else to balance it - acid from a vinegar would've worked well, or some spice (the teeny sprinkling of togarashi they put on definitely didn't cut it). I also found that the fried elements in the bowl tasted very heavily of oil, and didn't like that they piled the fried tofu directly into the broth. It caused the batter to soak through, fall off, and go from crispy to a soggy, gummy mess. I added in some veggies to try to lighten things up, and while the bamboo and sprouts were fine, the bok choy was really bitter (a sign that it wasn't prepared right). For a place that pushes soup as their big seller, I expected better. I also tried the chicken gyoza and found them overall flavorless and incredibly dry. You can easily get better gyoza from the freezer section of your local Asian grocery store for half the price. Next - the dine-in experience. This place is TINY. There is some bar seating and maybe one normal table indoors, but most of the seating is at small high-top tables that barely fit one person, let alone two. All other seating is outdoors. The interior of the shop was just as hot and stuffy as outside, so neither was comfortable. This is absolutely not a place I would recommend going to for a sit-down meal unless you enjoy sweating into a bowl of soup. Also pro tip - do not grab any of the red-wrapped chopsticks on the outdoor tables. Every single set at our table was cracked and moldy from the humidity soaking into the wood, since the wrapper isn't sealed at the top. Go for the white-wrapped, break apart kind, since they're actually sealed to the elements. Finally - the service. Long story short, they forgot my entire order, and half of my friend's. I had to go in and ask what the heck was going on, because my friend had pretty much finished their entree while their appetizer and my entree still hadn't come out. No real apology was offered for the oversight either. There are way better places for ramen in South Florida. read more

This is definitely a new faveeeee spot. Super urban vibes, neon lights, hanging patio lights, naruto and anime art everywhere, definitely a place to get your anime fix + ramen in. Apparently, I was told from two different friends that the 5 spice duck ramen is the besssst. Didn't try that though, we had the miso ramen, wings, and waffle fries, beyond delish.... Mango saki was incredible. This place has such a nice aesthetic to it, the back patio is so peaceful, artsy and relaxing.... we met some people here and ended up talking pretty much all night long with strangers who became friends at the end of the night, probably another reason I like this place.
