The restaurant is stunning. Very chic and has a warm and inviting feel. Our dinner reservations were for 7:30. We were 20 minutes early so we sat at the beautiful bar and had a cocktail. The bartender was excellent, very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. We were seated 5 minutes early. Our waitress was busy and had someone help us after we had waited about 5 minutes. We ordered immediately. Crab cake as a starter and 3 Wellingtons. We were told the asparagus was amazing so we ordered a side of asparagus . The crab cake was at our table by 7:44. It was fabulous, all succulent sweet crab, no filler. It definitely set the tone for the highlight of the evening, Beef Wellington. This is were they lost us, 30 minutes later a manager came and apologized and said our dinner would be there shortly. It was another 15 minutes. We got the Wellington at 8:36 but no asparagus. When we asked, we were told they were only allowed to carry Wellingtons 2 at a time but when they brought my husbands they still didn't have the side of asparagus . We asked again and were told it was coming. Finally our waitress came over when we were more than half done and said it was still coming but would we like her to box it up. We told her we no longer needed it. A manager came back to the table at that point and apologized for the asparagus and offered us dessert. At that point, it wasn't really about the asparagus. It was the 45 minutes to get our main course and while it was delicious in my opinion, the potato puree was cold. The sticky toffee pudding and chocolate tart were fantastic. Made a reservation for 7:15 on Friday and did not get sat until 8pm. Our waitress came by the table to fill our waters then told us she would be back. Around 15 minutes later, she came back and asked us if we are ready to order. My date and I were slightly taken aback as we had not even ordered drinks yet, but we went ahead and placed our order for everything: a drink, an appetizer, and 2 entrees. The drink did not arrive to the table until after 9pm. At this point, we still had no food but the waitress assured us it was being worked on. We finally received the appetizer around 9:30pm. At this point, we have watched the table to our right get their food and get sat again 2x, and the table to our left, that got there way after us, receive their entrees. Finally at 10pm, we watched the table to our right get sat again so my boyfriend went to the front and to see what's going on and they apologized and told us we can go, it's on them. While this place was good I do not think it was worth the price. We got the beef Wellington, filet medium rare, side of truffle potatoes and Brussel sprouts and lastly the toffee pudding. The filet was good but kind of cold, they did not wait for me to cut to see how it turned out which was odd. It was cooked fine but was a tad cold for how much the price. I've been to ramsays kitchen 2 times. One for my birthday and the other was for my boyfriend to try it for the first time. Overall very good. The staff are very friendly. My first experience was way better than a second. Sodas are free. I tried a few appetizers that I didn't take pictures of. Parker rolls are the best. Shrimp linguine is not linguine. It's just shrimp. I would recommend the fish and chips. The steak was good but not for the price, you can get better steak at Texas roadhouse. The truffle fries are better than the chips. Mac n cheese was just okay. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich and said it was the best he's had. The first time I went my mom and my grandmother got the seared scallops. My review in march of 2025 that didn't post. Posting now and maybe they have improved. Overall, we wanted to love it as it was our first trip to Ramseys. But in the end, the Service was slow, food was not good enough to match the price and we were disappointed. Bad service examples- our drinks arrived the same time as our salads. Not a problem at Chili's but a letdown at Ramseys. Servers didn't clear our salad plates before the mains arrived and We had to ask them to take them. It was my wife's birthday, I included that note with my reservation. Server mentioned it at the top and that was it. Food- I expected to leave saying "that was the best Caesar salad I've had in a long time." But it wasn't even close. Barely any flavor, and not enough dressing. Server was a Ghost. We realized we'd better get all our requests out at once cuz we may not see him for a while. My wife insists the salad was two days past due date and wondered if any dressing was in it. We both borrowed our sons dressing he got the side. Son got the filet and fries and loved it. We realized he was the winner here. Wife and I both had to try the signature Beef Wellington. Not a fan at all. We visited on Mother's Day to celebrate. The food took an astonishing 45 minutes to arrive. When it did it was all cold. The restaurant was not busy at all either. The service was really non existent. My child's burger did not even have melted cheese.... Sad for a restaurant with such a great reputation. I really enjoyed the wait staff, as they were very attentive, knowledgeable on the history of the resturaunt , and friendly! The Tuna TarTare was smoky, light, and refreshing. It was spicy and sweet, of which was balanced out by the sour cream and WonTon chips. A classic!!! The Scotch Egg.. a Ramsay original that was executed well with the crispy fried outside and wonderfully poached egg! Great for sharing, to be honest! Chicken Milanese... Food was clearly prepared to order, yet didn't take long to receive. Everything was very tasty and flavorful. However, For the price, I'd hope I'd get full but I did not. Cocktails as well- very tasty but only 2.5 ounces in the glass! I asked our server how many ounces because of how shockingly small the portion was! Both in and outdoor seating available. Signature Cocktails: The lost in translation was not my favorite personally, the passion fruit, pineapple, lemon got my attention but it tasted very similar to an IPA with the Japanese whiskey and calvados. Girlfriend had the Don't Cha Stop and it was delicious the raspberry and lime paired very well with the gin and even as someone who never drinks gin it was something we would drink again. Not loving the lost in translation I was hesitant to try the one last kiss with lychee or any of the others because of key listed ingredients not shining through. But the old fashion I had after.. hard to make one better. The Amaretto sour my girlfriend had, probably the best I've tried. It was delicious, almost frothy. Wedge salad was a very large portion, easily could be split even by 3 if needed. The pickled onion, bacon, roasted tomatoes along with the blue cheese dressing was one of my favorite wedge salads to date. Signature Mains: Girlfriends Crispy Skin Salmon was cooked perfectly, melted in your mouth. The lemon came through and she liked the cauliflower pure and chimichurri with it. Finally got to try my first Beef Wellington and it was perfectly cooked, all the plating was exceptional. Sides: We had the Brussel sprouts which were seared to perfection and the Mac and cheese, which was a bit cheeseless on the edges and had a bit too much bread crumbs but it was still very good. Brussel sprouts could've used a pinch of salt. Red Demi glaze with the welly was a bit bitter for me. Service was great, all the staff was very friendly. Professional as expected. Pretty cool upscale ambiance inside, a nice white 360 degree bar. Can see the whole kitchen line from most of the restaurant. Very expensive, especially when trying it for the first time and wanting to try the most you can, getting 2 drinks each. Would come back and get drinks again, try the burger or hellfire chicken sandwich with truffle fries. There definitely can be a cheaper route to eat here that doesn't have to absolutely break the bank but your options would just be more limited to anything that's not a signature main. Would like to give it 5 stars because our server was great, the drinks 3/4 were great and it was a good experience overall but my expectation was pretty high on the food, mainly for the Wellington. Truly one of the worst meals we have ever eaten. The meals my wife and I got lacked any flavor. My wife's literally tasted like nothing. There was no salt, no spices, nothing at all. My fish and chips were awful too. Way too much breading and not enough fish. And it was only one massive piece of fish, sorry I don't want to eat my fish and chips with a knife and fork. Chips were over rated also, just overly thick French fries. The crab cake and the wing appetizers were the only decent thing we had. If the waitress hadn't been really nice I would've sent our entrees back to the kitchen. Chef Ramsey's grand entrance into Oklahoma's food scene was like Santa Claus landing in a cookie convention. Let's just say, expectations were gourmet but the reality was more cafeteria Monday. For the money we were paying, I figured we'd be dining on fare so fresh, it whispered its farm-to-table life story. But nope, the fries came rolling in like they just slid out of a frozen bag. Why, oh why? Wasn't this the very crime Chef Ramsey used to grill other joints over in "Kitchen Nightmares"? Seems like his kitchen might have a few frozen secrets too. As for the Dino-asparagus, someone got heavy-handed with the Parmesan - or did the lid fall off? And the truffle fries were crying out for some actual truffle love, barely a hint of it in them. As for the steak frites, it was cooked to my liking yet the flavor was drowned out by the chimichurri sauce, tasting more like a vinegar-cilantro pool party, than a delicious calm walk in a the park on a cool and slightly breezy day. The Chicken Milanese was tougher than a high school math test, with the sauce acting more as a distraction from its workout-chew. Even the chicken sandwich followed in the Milanese's overcooked footsteps, but with slightly less of a jaw workout. Surprisingly, the fries stole the show here. So that's why everyone was chomping on burgers and fries - it's the preferred meat of choice! Ramsay's kitchen left us craving... well, more. The staff were all excellent in the way they handled themselves, all courteous and helpful. The layout and decor is very well done. The only complaint was the music was way too loud for this type of establishment. The food was as follows: Jumbo Crab Cake was excellent, probably the best we've ever had, loaded with crab. The Crispy Skin Salmon also excellent, can't say enough about how good it was. The Chicken Milanese was lacking in flavor even though it was highly recommend by our server. The tuna came with sour cream, fresh avocados and some crispy wonton chips.The crab cake contained a lot of crab meat and not a lot of breading which was nice. It was my first time trying a Beef Wellington and it wasn't my favorite but it was cooked well with a nice cut of steak on the inside. The crust had a strong overpowering taste of egg. Our drinks were not good, we even tried to order two additional signature drinks but none of them were great. My girlfriend enjoyed her salmon dish. The dessert was also very tasty.
