Maybe he felt they needed to be more mainstream? Who knows. With the proliferation of really stellar barbecue now available around DFW I can no longer recommend 407. Maybe he's got too many young kids maybe I'm not aware and he sold out. Maybe he's gone corporate. I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe there's something going on in his life I'm not aware of and he's preoccupied with that. But I think I'm done with 407. He could've easily responded to my yelp review on the mediocre taco disaster, but he didn't. He didn't attempt to make it right. I published my receipt and he can go back in his system and see who I am. He's got my full name and phone number, but I doubt he'll contact me. It's a shame when he was working out of a small wooden shack, there seemed to be a lot more care about Customer Service and Support.
