    Hatch Chile burger
    Christine T.

I tried Randizzle's for the first time around two years ago when they were at my gym's food truck Thursday. Since then, more people have heard of them, and now their line is always long! But it's so worth the wait. Their Hatch Chile burger ($15) is one of my all-time favorite burgers! It's the only burger I've tried from them - I just can't get myself to try a different one because it's so good. It has pepper-jack cheese, jalapeños, hatch green chiles, bacon, grilled onion, and Randizzle sauce. It is served with a side of seasoned waffle fries and extra Randizzle sauce. I don't know what's in the sauce, but I love dipping the fries in it and adding more to the burger. If you love spicy food, definitely give the Hatch Chile burger a try. Follow Randizzlesfoodtruck on Instagram to see their weekly schedule, and hopefully they'll be at a location near you!

If you're at the Gilbert Farmers Market, do yourself a favor and head straight to Randizzle's--their breakfast tacos are next level. I tried one of their signature tacos and every bite was packed with flavor. The eggs were fluffy, the meat was perfectly seasoned, and the toppings brought it all together. You can tell everything is made fresh and with serious love. It's hearty, flavorful, and exactly what you want in a breakfast taco, especially at 8 a.m. when you're starving and the food trucks are calling. The service was quick and friendly, even with a line (which, by the way, is always a good sign). Randizzle's is officially a must-stop for me every time I hit the market. Don't sleep on it, you'll regret walking past those tacos!

Bomb Aye Eff! A must if the truck is in your area. I wasn't even hungry at 0800AM.

Open at 6 got here 6 long line.

Great burgers 9 out of 10. I gave it a 9 because it needs to on the west of PHX side more often. Even though there's always a line it moves fast. Get there 30 to 20 min prior to open.

Did we wait in line for nearly 2hrs for burgers & fries? Yes, we did! The line was outrageous, but that is to be expected with all of the hype around this food truck. Randizzle's pulled up to Trevors on Mcdowell on this good Friday evening. To be honest, this was the best outcome for us because we were able to grab drinks from the bar while we waited in line. Everyone in line was patient, and some even shared stories of them waiting in line for his burgers at other locations. Randizzle himself came out of the truck and greeted all of his customers, which was very cool. For them to only have 4 people on staff, I commend them for their hard work. I got the hatch chile burger, and I totally understand the hype. The burger was very spicy, but the randizzle sauce balanced it out perfectly. The fries were also amazing! Hoping Randizzle's evolves into a brick and mortar so that they can hire more staff to help out. I would advise checking them out on a Friday evening if you need a burger fix!

Ummm line was long at the Gilbert Farmer's Market for this food truck, and there is a reason. Food was bomb dot com s Can't wait to see this truck again !

Tried this place a while back and still think about till this day! I really wanna try the loaded fries and tacos next. The line is pretty long but I thought it moved fast and efficiently, Mr. Randizzle himself came out to see everyone and he's so sweet and funny. The food does take awhile to come out but good things come to those who wait and oh boy were those burgers yummy. There was great flavor and juiciness to the meat patties and the fries were not soggy at all and the perfect crunch!

    Grossness

Bacon burger and fries were really good, some of the best I've had in a while. I had second thoughts about eating it, though, due to how dirty the front on the truck was. You can tell it hasn't been cleaned in ages. I couldn't really see the food prep area, but it makes you wonder.

You know we had to visit again, right! We are suckers for an amazing burger cooked to order. The service was yet again top notch. It is hot outside but, we don't care.. we will follow this truck and food anywhere. It's a YELPERS DELIGHT!

We're about to get some BOMB burgers at Randizzle's!!!

The location is weird, like in a neighborhood. Just keep driving--you'll see it, but the first time I went there I thought I was lost and finally spotted it! They've remodeled and expanded the eating area which is great because before it was so busy and you felt crammed, but don't go expecting some high end taco shop. I felt like the fanciest person there when I went since I went on my lunch break in business casual. Honestly I don't care as long as the tacos keep coming out bomb.

We arrived about ten minutes before they opened since my appointment in the area finished early and there was already a decent-sized line forming outside. Even though the line was long, it went by pretty fast. After looking over the menu we decided to order two al pastor tacos, two pollo tacos and one carne asada taco, all ordered "con todo". The al pastor tacos were our favorite overall; the flavor was the most diverse with a nice balance of sweet and savory and the meat was tender. The pollo tacos were our second favorite. The chicken was surprisingly tender and not dry. The carne asada was still good but not what I was expecting. Someone had told me they were a bit fatty, but it was actually pretty lean. Service from start to finish was friendly, patient and organized. Overall, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food. If you're in the mood for fast casual authentic Mexican food, I highly recommend this place!

I ordered two carne asada tacos, two el pastor tacos, and one vampiro. I started with the al pastor tacos. I managed to get through one and a half before I had to stop; I just couldn't handle the saltiness anymore. I thought it was only the carne asada, but when I tried a bite of the el pastor vampiro, I realized that was just as salty. I didn't even make it halfway through before I had to stop eating altogether. The saltiness was so intense it started making me feel sick. My husband tried my food and completely agreed--it was overly salty. I usually like to give places a second chance, but I don't think I will with this one. Maybe someday, but not anytime soon.

Greedy kids also split one of my Sope's seeing how I hyped it up... and left crumbs!!! Salsa bar is located in the corner and labeled so you don't go blazin hot unexpectedly with a salsa. For the adults, we decided to go with the Asada Fries for the group to share, the Mulitas with Carne Asada, Steet taco combo with rice & beans, horchata's and of course a Margarita (or 2) It was a bit to hot for the patio our front that evening, and they do have a another one out back. The only downside was that that bathroom was down for the night so we didn't hang out for a round 2.

Sometimes the best meals happen because your original plan falls through. That was exactly the case…read morehere, and honestly... I'm not even a little mad about it. I ordered the veggie tacos with roasted sweet potatoes (skin on, which was absolutely the right call), pepitas, feta, and all the right toppings. Whoever prepped those sweet potatoes deserves a raise because they were cut into the perfect sized pieces. Every bite had a little sweetness, a little crunch, a little saltiness... it just worked. My dining partner ordered the barbacoa tacos, and I didn't even have to ask if they were good. The involuntary "Mmm..." after the first bite answered that question. Four tacos disappeared in record time, followed by, "I could've eaten two more." That's about as glowing of a review as you're going to get. Now let's talk about these tortillas. Handmade. Corn. Tortillas. Are you kidding me? They're the kind of tortillas that had me question every tortilla I've ever eaten. Soft, fresh, and somehow they manage to steal the spotlight even with everything else on the plate being so good. The chips and guacamole were excellent, too. The chips have to be made in-house and they disappeared at an alarming rate. The salsa that came with them had this smoky, fire-roasted, chipotle flavor that kept me reaching for another chip... and then another... and then suddenly I realized I'd eaten way more chips than I intended. The bottled table salsas deserve their own paragraph because they completely confused me... in the best way. They bring three to the table... a green, a red, and a darker red. I kept tasting them individually thinking, "Okay, these are alright." Then I started mixing them. Game over. On their own, each one was solid. Mixed together? That was the magic. I don't know if that's what they intended or if I accidentally stumbled onto the perfect combination, but from that point on, every taco got the salsa trio treatment. The only tiny hiccup was when we first walked in. We were greeted, asked if we wanted menus, and sat ourselves. We waited for a bit thinking someone would come take our order, only to realize it's actually counter service. Once we figured that out, everything was smooth sailing. Not a big deal at all... just something first-time visitors might want to know. Follow the sign "order here" I also loved the layout. You can actually watch them making the food, which somehow makes the wait even harder because everything smells incredible. Two tacos ended up being the perfect light meal for me. Could I have eaten ten? Absolutely. Those two statements can both be true. Meanwhile, my dining partner polished off four barbacoa tacos and was talking about ordering two more. We only ended up here because another place happened to be closed, and honestly, I'm glad it worked out that way. This ended up being one of those meals we keep talked about on the drive home. Oh and the bathrooms?. I walked in and immediately thought, "Whoa... this is a cool bathroom" The lighting had this pinkish-purple glow that made me feel like I'd accidentally wandered into a trendy lounge instead of a taco shop. I honestly wasn't even sure there was regular lighting in there and I didn't look... because the vibe seemed so intentional. Finally, the music. .. upbeat, dance-worthy, the kind that had me bouncing in my seat while waiting for my food. Between the atmosphere, the lighting, and the music, the whole place had me want to hang out a little longer. Zero regrets. I'll absolutely be back... and next time I'm ordering more tacos.
