You guys, they are worth the wait, they're all about that hype! My husband makes amazing smash burgers and it's so hard to find anyone else that can do it justice, Randizzle is an absolute best smash burgers we have found! They're busy so it's a must follow them on Instagram (Facebook too I believe) for their weekly schedules! Super friendly, they're quick at hustling hard, come hungry but importantly come with patience, it can seem forever waiting but it's not them, it's people ordering big orders that no one has control over so please be patient and kind, well worth the wait! We are obsessed with their PB & J burger, our son loves their Grilled ham & cheese sandwich. I tried Randizzle's for the first time around two years ago when they were at my gym's food truck Thursday. Since then, more people have heard of them, and now their line is always long! But it's so worth the wait. Their Hatch Chile burger ($15) is one of my all-time favorite burgers! It's the only burger I've tried from them - I just can't get myself to try a different one because it's so good. It has pepper-jack cheese, jalapeños, hatch green chiles, bacon, grilled onion, and Randizzle sauce. It is served with a side of seasoned waffle fries and extra Randizzle sauce. I don't know what's in the sauce, but I love dipping the fries in it and adding more to the burger. If you love spicy food, definitely give the Hatch Chile burger a try. Randizzles food truck is my guilty weekly staple. they are usually located in South Scottsdale, Chandler or Queen Creek area. Their burgers are a quality mix of meat to fat ratio and no gristle that you can taste the difference. It will probably affect your opinion of other burger places and other burgers will be compared to this standard. I have tried most of their burgers, including the hatch and peanut butter and jelly. They use quality ingredients and there's also a secret mushroom Swiss with a pretzel bun. I personally recommend a double with mushrooms and swiss because I like mushroom and onion. I also have tried their tacos, which are a bit more elevated than your standard street taco and they use quality steak or pork for Al Pastor. I tried one of their signature tacos and every bite was packed with flavor. The eggs were fluffy, the meat was perfectly seasoned, and the toppings brought it all together. You can tell everything is made fresh and with serious love. It's hearty, flavorful, and exactly what you want in a breakfast taco, especially at 8 a.m. when you're starving and the food trucks are calling. Did we wait in line for nearly 2hrs for burgers & fries? Yes, we did! The line was outrageous, but that is to be expected with all of the hype around this food truck. Randizzle's pulled up to Trevors on Mcdowell on this good Friday evening. To be honest, this was the best outcome for us because we were able to grab drinks from the bar while we waited in line. Everyone in line was patient, and some even shared stories of them waiting in line for his burgers at other locations. Randizzle himself came out of the truck and greeted all of his customers, which was very cool. For them to only have 4 people on staff, I commend them for their hard work. I got the hatch chile burger, and I totally understand the hype. The burger was very spicy, but the randizzle sauce balanced it out perfectly. The fries were also amazing! The line is pretty long but I thought it moved fast and efficiently, Mr. Randizzle himself came out to see everyone and he's so sweet and funny. Food Truck Fact: The chuck wagon (a cowboy's portable kitchen wagon used on the cattle trails) was invented by Charles Goodnight in 1866. He used an army surplus Studebaker wagon to create what is considered by many as the first food truck. When Priscila A. tells you to go to a food truck, you just have to listen to her. She's been going on and on about Randizzle's PB burger but sadly on the day we went, they were doing tacos. It was Taco Tuesday, okay?! No complaints though as everything was pretty tasty. Was driving down Scottsdale road one evening and passed by Randizzle's on the side of the road. I quickly pulled a u-turn as I've been following this specific food truck for 6 months on Instagram and I've been dying to try it. Parked the car and walked up to a line of about 20 people and it was probably a 30 minute wait to get to the front of the line and place my order. But MAN O MAN was it ever worth the wait!!! I tried ordering a triple but they told me they were no longer serving triples that eventually BG because they were close to running out of burgers. We settled on a double and I gave special instructions to make me a Mushroom Swiss Burger which isn't actually on the menu but they were glad to make it for me regardless. All burgers come with a side of fries and it was absolutely amazing tasting! I will do everything possible to visit this food truck again when it's in my part of town. read more

Their hours were from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. We got there at 6 and didn't get our food until about 7:45. There were maybe 40 people ahead of us in this line that zig zagged through a Liquor Store. The line was moving too slow, but I'm sure they were moving as quickly as possible with the 4 employees on site. Once we got our food we were pleased with the sandwich. Greasy burgers but not sloppy.
