I worked at Randys from September 2024- February 2026 and was the supervisor for 9ish months but then left because of management. Specifically RD. RD is nothing but a boy who treats his staff like lesser than THINGS, not even people. He scheduled me alone 3 hours a day to manager drive thru and the front and do food prep and clean up from the entire day while he has himself and 2-3 people helping yet everything was left for me to do. He lets the lobby get dirty with trash and every single day I came in for night shift I had to clean up after the grown man, treats his young staff like they're stupid, and uncomfortably flirts with customers for tips. While he should be in the back doing food prep, ordering items, making sure the store is taken care of because he made the most amount of money and was the MANAGER instead he was at the front making tips. He left with $100+ on an average day while the other members of his team were lucky to break $30. He pushed his lesser paid staff to the back to do dishes, take over drive thru as he refused to wear a headset and asked others to make his drink orders so he could continue in the front making more tips. RD is no one to brag about and the fact that when I left in February after bringing these concerns up to upper management nothing has been fixed shows Randy's Donuts as a company has lost the plot and doesn't care about this store. This place is a circus and you can thank RD for how gross it truly is. The staff deserve better than a dictator like RD. I stand 10 toes down in that regard. He should have more respect for his team, especially his long term staff!! I hope management finally does something before they get sued. read more

Over the weekend, I had the chance to visit Randy's Donuts while attending a Grand Prix bicycle race closeby with family. The event was special to us, as it was held in honor of a beloved family member who passed away years ago. During the races, we decided to stop by Randy's Donuts for breakfast, and it was the perfect way to start the day. Randy's has been around since 1952 and is famous for its iconic giant donut sign. With several locations both across the U.S. and internationally, it's clear that their reputation for quality has stood the test of time. We grabbed a few different items to share, including 6 delicious donuts, a ham and cheese croissant, and a jalapeno and cheese croissant. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and simply fantastic. The donuts were soft, airy, and indulgent - exactly what you want from a classic donut shop. We also bought a box of donuts to bring back to the races and everyone loved them. Whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast or picking up a box to share, Randy's Donuts never disappoints. Absolutely loved our visit to Randy's Donuts! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch -- friendly, fast, and welcoming. RD was especially awesome -- incredibly kind and patient with us as it was our first time visiting. He took the time to walk us through the options and made us feel right at home. And the food? Incredible. Every donut we tried was fresh, flavorful, and totally lived up to the hype. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into each one.
