Horrible towing company, DO NOT CALL THEM. They were sent out to me by AAA 3 times already and only 1 out of the 3 times was a good experience. First time the driver took my car to a shop that he was working with and tried to overcharge me, after already quoting a price over the phone. The driver also gave me his business card for auto and wheel repair. Drivers Name: Artin Melkonian 2nd time was towing the car to my house, which worked out fine. 3rd time was picking up the car from my house, but the driver refused to back into my driveway to pick the car up. The same company did it the day before so he clearly just did not feel like working. My car had two completely flat/ripped tires and I could not drive more than 5 feet. Do not use this towing company. Was in an accident and AAA dispatched this company. I wanted to take car to my repair center and they refused and took it to their lot. Took me 2 days to get the car released and my insurance paid over $1000 to release it. Reported to AAA also read more

This company is a scam. They're just using AAA's money!!! When it got closer to closing time they lied to AAA said they tried to get in contact with me. The driver called me and we talked. First time I heard he lied was when AAA called me to tell me the driver is two to three minutes away. Right after that the driver called me and told me that he was 15 minutes out. 20 minutes went by and I had to call AAA again that driver canceled my service due to them closing soon. Since they never showed up I haha to schedule another tow and again it was dispatched to Randy's and they said they again came out and I was not here. What started as a very stressful moment, Randy's towing came to the rescue. I was driving my car home and it suddenly stopped and would not start. I was stressed, because I am leaving on vacation out of the country tomorrow, so this could not have happened at a worse time! I called AAA and they set me up with Randy's tow. Randy's tow called me and said they had a lot of tow's and it would probably take like 3 hours to get to me. I explained that I have a flight to catch in the morning and I still have to pack for my trip, so it will be hard for me to wait 3 hours. Randy's ended up calling me back about 10 minutes later and said they were able to pull some strings to get a tow truck to me in 30 minutes, so I won't miss my flight. I was soooo appreciative of that, because they did not have to do that for me. Richard was my tow truck driver and he was sooooo nice and gentle with my car and he gave me pointers with my car as well, as he towed my car to my house. He was very knowledgeable and nice and accommodating. I need to be packing for my trip right now, but I could not start, until I posted a review for how appreciative I am of Randy's tow and Richard. My car broke down yesterday, had a very similar experience to most one star reviews on here. Waited the allotted time, and then was told to wait another two hours while in a very unsafe situation with cars almost hitting us. Ended up pushing the car backwards to the next light and left it for the night. TODAY I TRIED, and Sebastian C. was my tow driver, and he was extremely quick, kind and professional, no BS. When my car broke down, I had went through the usual AAA service. After being informed of this company sending a driver my way I got curious to read the reviews, which had me worried. After going through the motions myself I realized it's not the company. It's Triple A that dropped the ball and didn't even send them requests for 5 hours -_- after pleading with a rep at that company and getting a supervisor involved thats where this company came in clutch! Going above and beyond as it was after hours for them they had one individual named Jeff willing to stay and transport my vehicle to a mechanic 50-60 miles away at 11pm at night. Absolute props to him! Being stuck in LA at a dark parking lot at night as a woman is not the most ideal situation but Jeff's bubbly personality and wonderful service made it a happy conclusion. (he even managed to get the car to start! Granted it couldn't run for long, it was certainly a welcome hopeful sign of the future.) Even with a rush, he was still good at taking his time to ensure everything was done right. Tldr: reviews have beef with triple A not these guys, Jeff went above and beyond read more

Had to get my car towed a good 40 miles. Great customer service! Jose was my driver and was very friendly. Even gave suggestions on what could be wrong with the car and some stuff to consider asking my mechanic once it got to the shop. Worked very efficiently and no concerns on my part. Compassionate tow-driver? Oh, yes. And today was a horrible day. Last night we had to euthanize our little guy after 16 years. This moring I was still shaken, but had to go out anyhow. Not more than 500 feet from home, my brand-new hybrid truck stopped. And it wouldn't go again! I called AAA and Randy responded as quickly as possible. They provided me with excellent status reports as to arrival time. My driver -- I'm sorry I didn't get his name -- saw how upset I was and did his best to be soothing as we rode to the dealer for repair. I appreciated him. I requested AAA tow for a flatbed at 6:48am was sent verification and ETA of 7:30am, at 1140 called and was told new ETA WOULD BE 1:00pm, at 12:50 a regular tow pulls up.
