Disappointing visit. I attempted to use a coupon on the mobile Ap and it failed out a number of times. I went ahead with my order and took the coupon along with me to pick up my food. After waiting to speak with the manger he indicated that he could not fix it and dismissed my concern by walking away from me. The store did not honor their own coupon. There's no wood fire, just a quick warming oven that under cooks the low quality crust (tastes like crackers). Bare minimum ingredients on a small pizza. Shredded white cheese does not taste right. Will not go back. Ever. read more

Updating my review after having a first bad experience and coming here again. Made a BYO (build your own) pizza. Staff were very friendly, ingredients are fresh, and they put a decent amount of veggies and meats all on it, and it was evenly distributed. Got the thin crust, and it comes out of the oven crispy, so that's pretty nice. I noticed that they change gloves every time they build a new pizza, so it's nice and clean. No good. When you walk into a restaurant and they have a bunch of pre made crusts piled up, you just know it's not going to be good. It's like quiznos, throw some toppings on bread and give it a quick toast. If you want to try a really good version of quick wood fired pizza, try Pi Craft in Upstate NY. If you're expecting the best pizza you've ever eaten, you will be disappointed. It's a fun place for a lunch under $10. My friends and I can barely manage to agree on where to eat, there's no way we'd be able to agree on pizza toppings. It's perfectly tasty pizza with lots of options. The Pepsi Spire machine is fun, but I wish there were more diet options. The service is occasionally rushed, but that happens most often when I get behind some joker who can't make up their mind. As other reviewers mentioned, this is the pizza equivalent of Chipotle. I have been here multiple times and haven't been disappointed with what I've gotten. Their cheesy bread is solid. It's not the best pizza I've ever had, but it's pretty good. Also, they tend to have buy one get one free coupons all the time so in my mind that makes it worth it. I'm not sure I would go if I didn't have one of those coupons though as it is a little pricey for what it is. read more

For a quick pizza and a good beer (impressive variety of local beers) to go with it - the pizzas here are pretty tasty. My friend got the cheese crust - not recommended. For what it is, inexpensive, quick, choose all the toppings you want for $7.25, it's not bad. It's not the best pizza in the world, but good pizza. Love all the topping choices. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with how the concept works and offered sauces that would compliment the pizza. Try the BBQ sauce that you get at the self-serve bar after you order your pizza. Very very good. My biggest complaint is the crust. The thin crust is soggy and tough. If I were a secret shopper, these ladies and gentlemen would have failed miserably. I brought my friend, who had never heard of rapid fire and or of the concept before. It was an exciting drive over to the restaurant given it was his first time. Long story short the customer experience was terrible. No greeting, we were rushed selecting our toppings (which there was no line), the overall level of service was disheartening. We asked for well done pizza and the pizza's came out extremely doughy, we had to ask for the pizza to be ran back through the oven. The manager seemed very annoyed and unpleasant. A terrible representation of the brand and owner. People may not remember what you say or what you did, but they always remember how you made them feel. This was our first time here. Good pizza, fast service and nice casual atmosphere. They have a lot of options. My husband and I were both able to create pizzas we enjoyed. Employees were friendly and the food is delicious. My husband really liked the Pepsi freestyle pop machine. Large selection of beer. Not many drink options if you don't want pop or beer. It's a really nice concept but I really don't like how they only have one size for Pan and one size for Thin. They should allow you to have any of the two sizes with either pan or thin. Other than that its a really nice place, I would eat here again. read more

I've been here once and the pizza is amazing! You get to choose between thin or thick crust and they have specialty pizza you can pick or make your own. There a bunch of toppings if you'd like to choose your own too! They have a sauce table to pick sauces to dip in once your pizza is ready as well. The only reason I didn't give it four stars is because of the service. The checkout lady was rude to me and yelled when she couldn't understand what I was saying and after we sat down to eat we realized she didn't even ask my friend what she had and charged her extra. The manager was very nice about correcting the mistake as the rude checkout girl glared the whole time haha. read more

The food is great. I had horrendous service tonight in Huber Heights though. I was ordering with a member of my household all on the same order. My two pizzas were made, all three were paid for, and they had not even put the cheese on the third one. As my friend waited to finish giving her order, another customer kept getting extremely close to her (she is autoimmune deficient) and the lady wasn't wearing a mask despite the order in the county that says everyone has to wear a mask in public. (She was placing a to go order.) Then the worker told her that she didn't have to wear a mask, only the workers did. I said that I thought it was required in Montgomery County now. The worker insisted it was not as long as they could social distance. This lady was not social distancing. The workers were not all covering their nose with their mask (which is useless). Then the worker said that in Oregon only white people had to wear masks. She repeated this loudly several times. I told her she needed to stop talking because that was ridiculous. She ignored me and went on and on. I had to leave, with my friend waiting to get her pizza. This worker needs to keep her opinions and biases to herself, and do her job. To get the three pizzas here, it took at least three times longer than usual at any other Rapid Fired Pizza I have been to. read more
