Zach stepped in first, listened without rushing me, and actually understood the problem (already a win). He looped in Anthony, and together they just... handled it. No attitude. No upsell nonsense. No "that's not our problem" energy. Just solid, competent, human customer service -- the kind you hope for but don't always get. Zach was patient, clear, and helpful. Anthony backed him up and made sure everything was handled smoothly. The whole interaction felt easy, which is honestly rare when you're dealing with electronics stress. Typically we'd hit up game stop but those seem to be closing. Hubby found Calico and so we took a quick trip over. Wowzer! They practically had an entire wall of Xbox 360 games which was Perfect. Store is well organized and staff was friendly. This place is better than GameStop. We left with several games all well priced. I'm sure this won't be their last time visiting. The boys are happy to have found this little gem. Easy parking too in lot.

AUTOMATIC FIVE-STAR RATING! Okay, besides that, Now or Never is one of the few (if not only) comic book stores in Downtown San Diego. It's actually cleaner and more organized than the ones I frequent, but the relatively small size of the building means they don't have as much in stock as I'd like. Case in point, I wanted to show my appreciation for supporting SDCC by getting a couple of graphic novels of Trese and Usagi Yojimbo, but the ones I wanted weren't in stock. But, given how I was surprised to see a comic book store a few blocks away from the Convention Center, I can see myself probably checking it out again whenever I'm in the area.

Got my ticket got my stuff looked at and met Brendon and he is so sweet and friendly guide to others waiting in line and he told me my total and asked about how i was ect just nice dude!
