Visited vrindavan today and order bunch of things like samosa chat, veg thali, chicken thali, chicken noodles, mango laasi and rasmalai pastry. Everything tasted so good and fresh. Pretty impressive menu! We ordered a bunch of stuff. We esp loved the samosa chaat, chili baby corn, egg fried rice and dahi puri. Definitely going back to further explore their indo-chinese menu. The spice level, I felt, was a bit on the higher side for some of the dishes but I'm sure the staff can help you with the selection to suit your spice preference if and when you mention it. We ended the meal with a chocolate cake which was really good with generous amounts of frosting. I definitely see my family making multiple visits to this place in the future. This is a very casual Indian place with delicious authentic North Indian food. My family and I went to this place couple of times during our visit in WA and have tried different dishes, such as vada pav, pav bhaji, vegetarian platter, mango lassi, thandai, etc. Vasa pav was my favorite dish, but vegetarian platter was delicious too. My husband had the MILD SPICY Saag Chicken w/rice and Wheat Poori. I had the MILD SPICY 2-entree Veggie Plate and Roti. Good portion, tasty food and truly MILDLY SPICY. Rasmalai cake was a let down because it was more like regular cake with a rasmalai flavored frosting rather than a cake made out of/textured like rasmalai. We had ordered a customized eggless birthday cake from Sweety. Had a very poor experience and would not recommend. The cake was ordered well in advance and design was pre-decided. We also shared the text to be written on the cake well in advance. When we picked up the cake, the name of the person whose milestone birthday it was, was misspelt. It's really sad that one pays $$$ ($200) for an eggless 8inch cake for the customization and have to experience such a basic error. Outside of shallow sounding apology, Sweety seemed unconcerned. read more

Food quantity is very less compared to rest Indian restaurant. we ordered Biriyani but it was hardly enough for one person. we generally get enough for two peopl. Also Biriyani taste was not like Biriyani but more like pulaw. i also wanted to get rid of extra coins but after sorting it out, counter women denied accepting it.
