This used to be a classy place with a great security and face control handled by Patrick. Tonight, this girl name masha let literally every guy in and made lots of trouble for ladies, I was in all blue and had my Manolo Blahnik sandals and omg! She reasoned not letting me in because of my flip flops!!! Please! Alexander and my beloved French society in LA.. help the sanity of this place and throw this girl away!

racistttttt

This place has a really unpleasant vibe. The staff acted in a racist and discriminatory way toward me/our group, which is completely unacceptable. It doesn't matter how nice a bar looks if the service treats people differently based on their appearance or background. No one should feel uncomfortable or singled out here. Truly disappointing experience.

We went to Raspoutine after my bridal shower and had a blast! Pat at the door was so sweet and congratulated me as soon as I walked up. He had Yohan escort me and my friends in and sat us at a table. They surprised us with glasses of champagne and a sparkler to help me celebrate my big day! Later in the evening they brought us shots when my fiancé came to celebrate with us. Yohan went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing night. The music was great, everyone was dancing on the dance floor! Thank you Pat and Yohan for ending my incredible day on such a fun note!

Most rude club experience I have ever had. Would not recommend. I thought we left toxic club culture back in the early 2000's.

I believe there was a drag show that night, not 100% sure; either way, you know the vibes. It's still WeHo's beloved gayest gay bar today. $40.00 was spent on 2 drinks, which is reasonable if you need a drink to get the edge off. Both service and pricing are standard for Weho nightlife. There's a DJ, men dancing on stage, the whole nine. There is also outdoor seating, and parking is always a nightmare. This isn't a place you stumble upon; planning a visit is a must. ;)

I would've preferred drinks on the sweeter side. I visited around 11pm on a Saturday and it was free cover. The interior was full of ornate decor and different areas to hangout/dance in. They have dancers all around the club you can give dollar bills to. All the people there seemed generally nice. I also liked the music selection played there as they played a lot of pop hits from early 2000s to present day. A solid club for a night out in WeHo.

This has been an LA spot for decades... literally!…read more I have been here several times over the years and what I appreciate is that this place knows how to evolve with the times, from originally opening up as the place to go to on the strip when I was in college to a networking spot when I was in business school and even to 2025 where they now have a fun and festive Mariah Carey Holiday Bar for the holidays. Drinks and food are what you expect in LA. expensive. But service from bartenders is fast (once you can get in!) and they are friendly. Valet at the hotel or several lots in the area. Vibes and layout was MC all the way. The pre purchase ticket came with the option of only two drinks which I wish the whole cocktail menu was available. Otherwise the cocktails were okay, nothing amazing and definitely not worth the price. There was also limited seating-- I wish they provided more seating options to the tickets sold. The karaoke booth was also a great idea but the music in the head phones was different than what was playing in the actual booth so made it confusing. Also the $9.99 price for two songs was definitely a money grab and didn't understand the booth so we lost out on one song. Overall, fun idea but could have been better.

It is a great intimate venue with lots of history and great sound. We parked about a half mile away and a public lot by the West Hollywood library, parking was only 12 bucks and it was a nice short walk to the venue and no traffic getting g out when we left the show. The event was sold out, and we got there right when doors opened. The line out front was not too long and security kept everybody moving really quick. Full bar and food inside. The main room is tiny, so anywhere you stand you will have a great view of the performers. I definitely plan to come back to see another show here, wish I had caught shows here in the past... Great venue.

Lights up. Queue…read moresound. Troubadour open those doors, the show is about to start now. From 1957 to 2025/present day this historic music venue theater has housed so many greats and legends in a magnitude of way. It's been featured in many films and shows and brought so much audiophile cheer. I haven't been to the Troubadour in over a decade, so in some way stopping in to see Young Gun Silver Fox (from the UK) with opening act Great Vacation (local Los Angeles) and a awesome DJ set in-between performances by Dustin De Leon was even more epic. I mean even thee Carole King (singer, songwriter, actress, grammy winner) was there rocking out in the audience a few feet away from my boyfriend, our friend Chase and I among a few other familiar locals I knew in the crowd. The design is very cool with a designated smoking area on the side walk away from their line where they will check you thoroughly from security to ticket scan to ID. I try to keep my pockets light for show days as most venues will. Safety first. They don't allow any outside food or drink, but the prices are more than reasonable inside. Once you make your way in the main bar is to the left of the entrance, with merch tables set up for acts of the night. in the corners. You can also find the first set of restrooms here. The service is stellar and the bartenders have a lot of personality and good energy. We had a few beers/craft brews and a ranch water hard seltzer throughout the night, but they have a full bar and solid selection of beverages on draft, limited tap, limited wine. You can hang in here for a bit, seating is limited around the bar, but mellow. Lots of history on the walls, signs and decor in here. Arriving early you can make your way up to the loft and enjoy the show from here as well. They have limited seating along the balcony, an additional bar upstairs. You can see so awesome views of the street life if in the main room. The Troubadour is on the very outskirts of West Hollywood with Beverly Hills literally starting write across the street #SoLA For the first hour we found ourselves at the back bar area inside the main showroom not to far from where you order food ( a good variety of options including vegetarian and vegan eats) We had a good view of the stage for Great Vacation even as the room filled closer to YGSF extended set. They definitely gave the people what they wanted. After nearly walking off stage at the end of an incredible set we chanted and got four more songs :D I still geek out on the movie Rocket Man filming here and recreating Elton John's 1970's performance in this very space. The sound, acoustics and production here is stellar. Iconic, rustic, unforgettable. Capacity for the Troubadour is around 500, with staff and performers just to give an idea of how little big this legendary space is. Additional Restrooms in the corner of the main room near a wide staircase heading to the balcony and loft areas. Parking in the area is garage recommended or metered minding restrictions which typically end by 8pm or on Sundays don't apply. Doors typically open by 7pm for most shows, but can vary slightly (though rarely). Music is a universal truth and at the Troubadour is always rings truth.
