They messaged back & said they were stuck in traffic but would be there shortly. Two gentlemen in a Tesla showed up and spent a few minutes on the property & quoted me verbally before leaving. I felt like the time on our property seemed short & I waited a few weeks & checked my inbox as well as spam folders for the quote. I never received the quote & also contacted to reconfirm. Needless to say, months later I went with a company that both gave me a physical copy of their quote as well as a detailed email. I just wanted to share my experience as it missed the mark with communication.

I understand staff changes but I didn't have time or energy to micromanage that process and as a result I had to pay more to use them due to rats returning, it didn't seem to have fixed the problem since I'm having an issue again. The second time I used them, they were more diligent with the scheduling but I still had to remind them at least once to refill the bait boxes or check on them. I will not be using them again.

The guy who came out used Gaps & cracks to seal cracks. YES THE $5 can that was at home depot . The patch work and the service was definitely not worth the price. I was disappointed in the fact that I had to request something more on the lines of cement. For $1800.. top of line the products and procedures should be in place. The ONLY PRO: is the one year warranty. MY ADVICE: call any pest control company , get the free estimate, have a handy man patch you up. & If you're not brave enough, MAYBE call them to set up the traps and poison . MAYBE ... Im sticking beside them for termite control . But this was a veeeery expensive lesson that i hope nobody else has to learn. He tented our house, but he also inspected everything that could be damaged by the tent and had super helpful recommendations about making the process easy (for example, propping an old planter up to protect other things from the weight of the tent). He kept checking in advance and, when our contractors started putting up certain light fixtures that could be damaged, he proactively informed us so we could postpone that work. It went without a hitch. He personally attends to our mosquito and brown widow problems - which are no longer a problem. We had 2 other pest control companies prior to Jeff and neither of them got it done. I am a mosquito magnet, but I have yet to be bitten at my house this year. A skunk [update: FOUR SKUNKS] recently took up residence in our jasmine right by our front door and started scent marking every night because construction at the vacant house next door drove it to us (yay). While I'm ashamed to admit I didn't think to ask Jeff whether they did that kinda service ("termite" doesn't seem broad enough), after calling all of the local rodent removal service, Jeff was the only one who had a no spray trap (the others swore up and down there was no such thing despite every corner of the internet attesting that there was - some even charged more of it DID spray...right at our front door). He came the same day and caught it within the week and, sure enough, it wasn't able to spray despite it being trapped and relocated. This guy is a gem. He's courteous, polite, timely, knows what to do better than anyone else and DOES IT. THANK YOU JEFF! You have a customer for life!

Since I live in an HOA that regularly sprays, I didn't need the monthly service, I needed someone to take care of my immediate ant problem indoors. Vicente not only told me up front what the very reasonable price for a one-time service was, but he came that very day and took care of the ants. He said it would take 1 to 3 days for them to be gone, but they seem to be gone not 24 hours later. Vicente was personable and professionial ,and I'm happy to support this family-owned business.
