As a local to Orlando we don't get to see too many new or cool concepts. The venue's atmosphere alone is worth a visit. From the entirely open kitchen in front of you to the amazing mixology bar on two levels you feel like you've been transported to LA or NYC. First and foremost ask for Ryan at the bar. Have him create something for you off the menu and let him do his magic. Just answer a few of his questions like what kind of liquor do you like and the type of flavor you like. Our waiter Paul simply on point there wasn't a moment that he wasn't there when you looked around. If he wasn't there to help right away someone else jumped right in. Food wise I'll be honest we are vegetarians so the options were a little limited for us. However the kitchen team tried to be as accommodating as possible. We will definitely come back with others to experience Ravello but for my wife and I we will probably only come for drinks. read more

My wife and I have been trying all the restaurants here at the Four Seasons and next up was Ravello. The service was exactly what you'd expect with a Four Seasons. Our server was great and was attentive to all our needs. The place has an open kitchen which is kinda cool, you get to watch everyone in action. Now to the food, the bread they give you is fabulous. It's baked fresh and they give you a crushed olive & olive oil to dip it in. We tried an appetizer which was great (don't remember the name). For dinner I had a lamb braised pasta & my wife had the Bolognese, both were good. For desert we got the Stracciatella which was good as well. We will defiantly come back I would like to try the pizza!! read more

Just had the Veal here. It was the most god awful meal. Drenched in oil, fried beyond recognition, it was like a bad Popeyes chicken . The manager was kind enough to stop by and apologize, which was something. the branzino was delicious as were the drinks. I would come back just wouldn't order the veal. I'm a local and I've been to Ravello before and the experience has always been exemplary until today. I understand it was a little busy but couldn't have felt less like a priority today which is strange considering Four Seasons is always about the amazing customer service. Our waiter couldn't have cared less (we had a 10am reservation and the check was already on the table almost immediately after we ordered). We were maybe checked in on once and requested additional coffee creamer and it was delivered maybe 20 minutes later. The food was lacking at the buffet with lots of items out (they had a parfait station but was out of granola, yogurt, and honey). I checked back and they were never replenished either. This is the Four Seasons and everything should be perfect for a 40.00 per person breakfast buffet but today it felt more like the Golden Coral than The Four Seasons. Certainly hope this is a fluke. read more

I was eating at the Ravello at 4 Seasons and the food and servers were great. But the management staff was very unprofessional, especially to the Disney people. I over heard a guest arguing with one of the people who take care of the characters and they were doing their job. The guest was ordering the Disney person around telling them that he paid $4,000 to stay in the hotel and that they can do whatever they wanted. Afterwards the manager took the guests side and Mickey had to take a picture with the upset guest. It just upsets me that the manager sided with the cruel person and not defend their own staff. read more

Every time we go to Ravello it's exceptional service and the food is always great. On Saturday's, they have a character breakfast which is buffet style and has a great selection of pastries, egg station, fruits, and many other things. Jonathan, one of the Chefs makes the best huevo rancheros! It's my go-to meal every time. We've also had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at Ravello and the food was also exceptional. I had their veal ravioli which is their signature dish and it did not disappoint. If you have dessert you must get the Stracciatella Tortoni cake. It's amazingly delicious! We have been to this restaurant many times. The food is always very good and the staff is always on top of everything. The main complaint I had with our most recent visit was that we were charged for refills on kids sodas. We ended up paying almost $80 for our family of six just for non alcoholic drinks. It certainly has changed our minds about returning. Spend a hot day in the parks and come to a nice place to eat, you don't expect to get charged for refills. read more

This was our first time visiting, but it will not be our last. Ravello has made our list of must visit restaurants in Orlando. The selection of food on the buffet is expansive, with something for everyone. My favorite was the smoked swordfish. I hope that this is a mainstay! If you are looking for gluten free options, make sure to ask the wait staff. The gluten free items are kept separated from the rest to avoid contamination. The muffins where delicious and perfectly textured, with just a little crunch on the top. The gluten-free pancakes, were made fresh to order and while they lacked the fluff of the regular pancakes, they were delicious, especially with the berry compote topping! read more

Took the lady here for her birthday. While I was expecting more of a fine dining atmosphere, I ended up very pleasantly surprised and loving the food. The atmosphere is more of a "hip late 20's - 30's" vibe, rather than the white linens and fine dining one. There was a pseudo techno/dance music playing in the background. Not overly loud at all, but set the tone for the restaurant experience. It wasn't going to be a snobby one-ha! Once past that though, the service, and the food were fantastic. The apps, entrees and desert were all done well and of course the surprise on the desert plate (pic attached) was a nice surprise for the lady. Service and food are exceptional at Ravello. Of course the price is exceptional as well, but then you are dining at the Four Seasons! We ate several breakfasts and a dinner at Ravello during a recent stay. The breakfast buffet is loaded with fresh fruit, meats, cheese, oatmeal, toast, bagels, pastries, pancakes, eggs, waffles, bacon and sausages. Plus there is an egg station for custom made omelettes or other egg dishes. The kitchen is very accommodating for gluten free needs. They can make special orders of almost anything with gluten free breads. If you order off the menu the serving sizes are very healthy. Big serving sizes. read more

Dined here for the magical dining. Had a drink outside on the 17th floor. Very nice. Returned for fireworks which was also lovely. The food was good. Really, it was good. Loved the artichoke tort which was rich and delicious. The redfish was good, fine. The key lime basil emulsion hardly existed though--and it was the primary reason I got the fish. It sounded great. The broccolini was very good and the potatoes were nice. All good, nothing fantastic but everything good. The dessert was pretty terrific--chocolate mousse of sorts, but the decaf was pretty poor. So it was a nice dinner--we were outside which was nice because it's a bit noisy inside. But the whole night, for two of us, with magical dining, came to nearly 100.00 and I can't say that the food was special enough to merit it. I was with fun people and had a nice time but I can think of a dozen places in Orlando that serve better food for less than half the price. I think this place is really for the tourists--but it's fun every now and then. read more

Inside Disney's Golden Oak exclusive community with multi-million dollar homes is the just as opulent Four Seasons Hotel which houses three restaurants; Ravello is one of them featuring Goofy for breakfast and Italian fare nightly. Open to the public here's a chance to tour the Elysium like property perfectly landscaped and structures made of limestone so don't be surprise for paying $$$ for a cup of coffee this is where the high end service comes into play. The restaurant is sleek, modern lumber embellishments, with less is more features that make the dining room go on forever. The open kitchen features a wood burning oven where the smell of fresh dough propagated through as I sat in one of the tables close to action. The soft bread was warm straight out the oven with fresh torn basil was great with the tomato tapenade and the spicy extra virgin olive oil. My taste buds awaken with the pickled earthy Maitake mushrooms and the thin raw Beef Carpaccio was exquisitely delicate. The Veal Milanese was fried golden brown with a tangy Panzanella salad on top. The Nuttela gelato was simple gratifying. Afterwards walking it off, around the lavish grounds made a nice outing then came back home to my 99% self. read more

Coming from New York metro, New Haven Connecticut in particular, impressing my wife and I with Italian food isn't easy, but Ravello delivered. Over a week in Orlando, we had dinner twice and the return trip was even better. Located within the Four Seasons, it starts by being a beautiful space with great light and a lively environment. Like all of the best experiences, nothing overwhelmed nor underwhelmed. The appetizers were wonderful with a great interpretation of fried fresh mozzarella with savory capers and olives, as well as a caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes. Spaghetti with fresh pasta was perfectly delicate, and my veal ravioli were perfection. The wine list was nice with a respectable assortment of Italian wines. We had a very nice Gaja Promis that worked perfectly. If you're in Orlando and want to spend your dinner in a more civil manner, try Ravello. And kids are quite welcome. read more

One of my new favorite places! We did the Magical Dining and everything was fantastic. The atmosphere is upscale and trendy, the food was top notch, and probably most memorable was how on point all of the staff was. It was probably one of the most perfectly executed dining experiences I've had in awhile. For the first course I got the Artichoke Tart, which was delicious, and my husband got the Carpaccio. Even though it was really good, you might chose something other the Carpaccio if you're doing Magical Dining becuase the serving was very small. We both had the Pan Seared Local Red Fish for the second course, it was to die for good. I have had Red Fish plenty of times especially in New Orleans but the way they made it here was different than anything I've had before. So good! We got one each of the desserts offered and they were also excellent. I'm really looking forward to coming back here and bringing friends! read more

We states at the Four Seasons for 4 days and it was recommended we eat at Ravello with the kids since the other restaurant was fancy and not as kid friendly. Our meal was just ok, not what I would expect from a Four Seasons restaurant. Our meal was salty, salmon came out so fishy, undercooked inside and I took one bite and almost gagged. The waiter was kind enough to take it away and give me a tuna steak instead to take up to the room since our meal was almost over. The steak was ok but sooo salty. Why add salt to good quality food? Hmm maybe it's not so high quality. Kids food wasn't bad, they ate it happily which made me happy. Maybe we just had bad luck the night we dined here. read more

Wowza! After the five hour trek from south Florida to get here we were road weary and feeling like dinner and drinks were the way to fix that little problem. We amble in and discovered we literally have the entire restaurant to ourselves since it's 5:30 and rather early for dinner. We were warmly greeted and before I knew it I had a Hendricks and tonic with a twist of lime in my hand. We ordered the beef carpaccio, I ordered the lobster risotto, the other half got the pepperoni/meaty sausage/I love meat pizza.... We were told the dishes there were larger portions meant for sharing... So we didn't get crazy with ordering. I finished my cocktail in time to order a glass of wine before dinner... Here's where my peeves start to add up: there was lipstick on the water glass that was on the table for my use. (In a high end restaurant I should hope people are checking these things.) I got my own clean glass from another table. Our server was very busy chatting with colleagues. He took away the wine list before asking if I wanted anything with dinner. So I ultimately had to ask him. The beef carpaccio is amazing. The flavors that I initially thought were disparate, were a wonderful symphony in my mouth. Most lovely! My dinner arrives, they remake Mr. Man's dish. They burned it. The risotto is perfectly al dente, though sweet. If I were chef I wouldn't try to develop the sauce so much. It's a bit overwhelming. When the pizza did arrive, he was happy with it. Perfectly baked, and they used premium ingredients, that makes a top notch pie! Not shabby! For dessert we had the tiramisu. That was a bright spot. The little amaretto waffles are made in house by the pastry chef (we checked.) So light and tasty! Good show there! Our compliments to the pastry chef! I don't think they should tell people they serve larger portions when they don't. I've been to many restaurants in Portland, OR that serve this shared plate style, and the portions are larger. (The portions were decidedly NOT larger, they were normal, I felt I was being upsold.) If you're going to do this, consider the style/concept restaurant it is. A high end haute cuisine restaurant that you want to run as a hipster joint? No. It doesn't work. The food is good. But work on the concept. And don't use rectangle plates. It is pretty but hard to put your silverware down without it falling off... read more

I wish there was a 3.5 star option. My wife and I came here for our Valentines's Day night dinner (a day after V-Day). I made the reservation about a week or so out and made sure to let them know that it was our special dinner. We were sat next to a bunch of kids, however, so that was a little frustrating. Especially since there was a lot of empty spaces in more secluded areas throughout. The service was awesome ambiance (outside of the screaming kids) was fantastic. We both wanted pasta but were left wanting something something more. We will try it again the next time we stay at the 4 Seasons but will probably not go out of our way to dine if we aren't already at the hotel. read more

One of our very favorite restaurants in Disney. First off, our waiter Stephen was the big hit of this meal and we hope next time we get him again. For appetizers we ordered the Cesare salad, Tomato e Mozzarella Focaccia, and the Pomodoro e Burrata. They were ALL delicious and we ate every single bite. My mother ordered the 1/2 Chicken which she enjoyed immensely. My father ordered the Riganotte (spelling?) pasta and said it was the most delicious pasta he has ever had. As always I ordered the Salsiccia pizza which was unreal and too big to finish. Stephen brought out a slice of chocolate cake for my fathers birthday which was a sweet surprise. This review is for Goofy and Pals breakfast buffet. We made reservation 2 months in advance for 11am for the Character because this was the available reservation time. We arrived at Ravello exactly at 11am because we were staying at the hotel. After we were seated and the waitress came over and ask what everyone would like to drink. Then shortly after we started getting food from the buffet or what was left of the food from the buffet. While we took turns getting food from the buffet we noticed the workers were starting to everything down and not much was available. The omelette station was no longer available. While we were eating the characters came by and the interactions were cute even though it was briefly. After the characters left our table we needed more to drink but haven't seen our waitress since we were first seated at our table. My husband got up to get juice from the buffet the juice and other drinks were gone and taken down for the day. When my husband came back to the table after attempting to get more to drink our waitress FINALLY came back to our table but not to check on us to see if we need anything or to bring us more juice she came back with the CHECK! I couldn't believe it they were rushing us out of $120+ breakfast. Then we got our payment ready then we waited and waited for the waitress to come back so I told my husband to take the payment to the hostess but the hostess said we have to wait in the waitress. We waited awhile again for her. I got up and went back to our room while my husband waited on her at our table to pay the bill. The amount of food and what was available to us was not a worth $120 for 3 People (2 Adults and a child). The character interaction was cute but not worth the price the Photopass photographer took a few pictures and after our pictures the characters left for day. I suggest if your not going to have everything available for a 11am reservation then DO NOT have a 11 am reservation option. We only ate less then $20 worth of food and drink. read more

Enjoyed a great dinner here for girl's night! Ravello is a little pricey, but has delicious food and a calm and modern atmosphere. The resort is gorgeous, and Ravello is no exception! Server was attentive, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list, suggesting great pairings for the meal. Started with the foccacia, which was served hot from the oven and was delicious, definitely recommend! The calamari salad was okay. For my entree I had the chicken breast, which was outstanding! It was perfectly moist with a smokey flavor, and came as a rather large portion (enough to enjoy for lunch the next day). I'm always a little apprehensive to get a chicken dish, as they sometimes come out rather plain. But the chicken was full of flavor and perfectly cooked, and the side vegetables and tomatoes were also well seasoned and tasty. The dessert was a trip of sorbets that was sweet and very refreshing. While staying on Disney property during the week of hurricane Irma we made a reservation for Ravello. The day after the storm past we arrived at the hotel where the restaurant is located be told only hotel guests were permitted to enter even though we were also stay on Disney property. No one ever called or emailed us. We arrived with 3 kids only to be turned away. Being a Floridian I understand storm protocol but this was horrible! read more

We recently visited Ravello on the Almalfi Coast in Italy and were excited to try this spot.. Cocktails were delicious and the food and wait staff, (TIM) was outstanding.. We took advantage of the Magical promotion and were quite impressed.. We will return sometime soon .. This is the only Italian Restaurant I have ever been to that did not serve fresh bread.. The kitchen should be baking fresh bread daily and add to their table service without a doubt. read more

We enjoyed brunch here 4 times (!) and dinner twice during our stay at the Four Seasons Orlando Resort. BRUNCH: Normally not a fan of the buffet brunch, but this is actually very very good. I don't think it's possible for a brunch buffet to be excellent- just the nature of the beast. Still, it is easily one of the best brunches I've enjoyed. You can have a made-to-order omelette as well. The brunch staff is hand-down the best I've ever experienced. Even though it is a brunch buffet, they are still incredibly attentive. If you have children (or want to tap into the kid within), take advantage of the Character brunch with the Disney crew. It's a smaller space and you will get a ton of time and attention compared to places like Chef Mickey. DINNER: Again- was very good- but the food was not excellent and there wasn't anything innovative on the menu. By all other measures (esthetics, ambience, service)- this place rocks. Visited Ravello for dinner while staying at a Disney Resort. Not surprising the service at the Four Season Resort, where Ravello is located, was exemplary from the time we arrived at the hotel until we finished our meal and left the property. Fabulous experience. Food was good but not exceptional, i.e. not different any other above average Italian restaurant. However the service experience at the Resort and by all at Ravello warrants a visit and we will definitely visit again. read more
