I'm usually a patient person but I noticed it took a good minute just to get my cup of water with lemon. We were told the focaccia was no longer available so we opted for the meatballs. Today I came here to have breakfast, and the 3 characters that came today were Goofy, Mickey and Minnie! They were really nice. They came more than once in our table. When we met Goofy it had photographs and the y gave us a card with the pictures included. The place is beautiful and there is a lot of variety of food. The Four Seasons entrance is at the Golden Oak beautiful complex. The vallet parking does not have charges, the tips are well appreciated. Great option to see the Disney characters outside of Disney! We came for Magical Dining, but I really wanted to try the ravioli on the main menu. I was glad to hear that the entire table didn't have to order from the same menu. Our service was great. The view and comfort level also great. Now for the food. I ordered the Cesar Salad with anchovy on top. It was authentic and so good. Just the right amount of dressing too. Next I had the Veal, Spinach and Ricotto ravioli. Our server told us this is the Executive Chef's Grandmother's family recipe from Torino, Italy. It was the best ravioli I've ever had--pasta perfect al dente. Just enough topped with sautéed wild mushrooms and truffle essence. The rest of us had the mussels. My husband said the are the very best he's ever had as well. The mussels were tender and the sauce was spicy and hearty. The dipping bread was enjoyed--every bite. Also they had the swordfish and the tuna from the Magical Dining menu. Desserts were the perfect ending--house made chocolate liqueur over vanilla gelato. Wow! The veal ravioli was delicious. It definitely delivers a great flavor and texture that is expected from it's many praises and reviews. The Bianca was great in it's own right as it is very light and flavorful. The pistachio tartufo is spectacular the icing on the calendar so to speak. It does not disappoint. Came back for another birthday celebration but this time for my mom's birthday. The ambiance is so inviting and their open kitchen is great for entertaining. We had to try their famous meatballs which was absolutely tender and the marinara sauce is definitely dip-capable. We tried the mussels and it was amazing. The suave sauce does have a bit of spice to it, but we all loved it. The entrees were just as yummy. We ordered the squid ink pasta with shrimp, the Branzino, ravioli, spaghetti, scallops with risotto, and the sausage pizza. All delicious and we just shared it all amongst ourselves. We came here durin restaurant week where they had a 3 course meal and it was soooo delicious and so filling. I was treated to a five star meal at The Four Seasons - Ravello. This was a modern Italian Restaurant. The moment you walk in your greeted with warm welcomes and hellos. One of the best most memorable experiences to date. This restaurant may be located under a Michelin star restaurant but I find it arguably more flavorful. My ribeye came with a chianti sauce that takes a whole long process to make and was one of the best cuts of meat I have ever tasted. The ravioli was also an old Italian recipe passed down. I love how when you enter there are ropes guiding you through the thermal temperature check. It made me feel wonderful and a little bit safer than normal. The restaurant has a nice open café feel to it. For appetizers, we ordered the calamari, the meatballs and the yummy bread! The bread was the best thing for me. It was light and fluffy and had a wonderful olive spread with it. For dinner, we ordered the tuna, the veal ravioli, the chicken, the lamb chops and a pizza. Unfortunately, nothing really grabbed my taste buds. I love brussels sprouts and I was really disappointed with these, they were really lacking flavor. I really was expecting more at the four seasons restaurant, on a Disney property. For dessert, we ordered the tiramisu, the chocolate cake and they gave us the strawberry and hazelnut for a birthday treat. The dessert was nice, they have a homemade Nutella. Don't get me wrong, the service was on point and they clean the table and give you a bag for your mask, they give you wet wipes when you arrive and an antibacterial for you to take with you. I went to the Ravello restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel near Disney in Orlando for the first time. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious, especially the visually appealing and tasty bread. Yesterday was my birthday, and the previous year's birthday dinner at the Hyatt hotel restaurant in Orlando left me in a very unpleasant mood. Ravello's dining environment is average and suitable for families with children. One thing to note is that the seats, particularly the sofa chairs, can be challenging to navigate if you're overweight. Yesterday, with a party of four, we ordered two dishes. My two daughters shared a large pizza, while another person and I ordered a steak since my appetite is small. The restaurant kindly presented a chocolate cake, but I didn't indulge as I'm not a fan of sweets. They also wrote "Happy Birthday!" on the plate, which was very sweet of them! read more

Excellent! That is how I start off this review because that was my wife and I's experience at Ravello. We went for her birthday and literally every server who came to our table told her happy birthday, which to me is awesome. The interior was very nice, it is described as modern Italian and that's a very apt description. We started off with the Burrata, while this was not filling by any means and if I being honest I thought it was something else (which is on me) it was quite refreshing. Then we received a complimentary lentil dish. That was alright. Next our entrees came out I ordered the Manzo and she the veal ravioli. They were both spectacular the steak was probably one of the softest I've ever had. We were given two desserts one chocolate cake and the other a strawberry shortcake of some sort. We ate the strawberry one there and took the other to go. I'm not a big fruit person but that strawberry shortcake was freakin amazing and went great with the cappuccino. Ravello at Four Seasons, 10100 Dream Tree Blvd., Lake Buena Vista, FL 32836 3 Stars Classy Freddie Blassy was a mainstay of the local wrestling circuit back in the day and he would sing this song about "Pencil Neck Geeks." In it, he says they are a dime a dozen and he is looking for the guy handing out the dimes. This is exactly how I feel about this new vogue tag Michelin "recommended" restaurants. Who is making these decisions? Committee? A chef? The Michelin Man? All I know is that this is the fifth one I've gone to recently, one was great, one good, two were atrocious and now this fifth turns into your average Italian tourist clip joint and could be flying the Yellow Jack as a sign of being safe, IE, uninteresting. Nestled in the extravagant Four Seasons Hotel adjacent to the Magic Kingdom, the environs and the menu certainly appeared top-notch all the way. Just reading the menu made my mouth water. After a brief wait, I was shown to a table, handed a menu and told my waiter would be right with me. Perusing the menu, as I mentioned above, it read deliciously well. I was soon approached by a charming human who answered to the name of Stephen. According to Stephen, everything is made in-house, including the pasta which is made from special pasta flour flown from Italy, but I find this hard to believe as the pasta dishes did not start at $100 to offset fuel costs. I put in an order for a Caesar Salad, Beef Carpaccio and the Manzo seasoned Prime Ribeye. Stephen is the exemplary fine dining waitron, he was polite, jovial, engaging and knowledgeable about the menu (even if he was coached to fib a bit). Sadly, outside of service and I surmise the possibility of Mickey visiting your table, there is zero reason to come here and drop a few Benjamins. The menu claimed the salad was to be composed of hearts of romaine, Parmigiano, anchovy and focaccia croutons. As we all know the bait and the parm go in the dressing while the croutons should be hand cut, seasoned and toasted. I mean, this is a Michelin "recommended" joint, yes? To begin with, they were either running out of dressing or the salad person was being stingy as my salad was as dry as the Sonoran Desert, not really, but you get my point. Take a gander at the croutons in the picture and answer this...do they look hand-cut or machine manufactured? Hint: they are perfectly formed. I'm flabbergasted I have eaten literally hundreds of Cesar salads and trust me when I say this is at the low end of that spectrum. It's like an Olive Garden salad only worse. Moving on to the Beef Carpaccio. I've never had any like this before, it's a weird beef roll like Boars head rare roast beef. What the heck? This is terrible, absolutely terrible and I would be embarrassed if this came out of my kitchen. Don't get me wrong, it didn't taste bad, however, it certainly wasn't gourmet beef Carpaccio by a long shot. The saving grace and the reason for the 3 stars other than the service is the Manzo Ribeye. While I don't think this cut would qualify as Prime by a blind USDA inspector, it wasn't terrible and though it was cooked improperly it was slathered with a Chianti reduction sauce that was scrumptious and caused the dish to stand head and shoulders above the rest of the slop slung from the kitchen. The Big Boy says, I can't believe I am actually saying this, but save your money and go to Golden Corral, at least you can find something worth the price of admission and you won't break the bank. read more

Let me start by saying, I know my spaghetti doesn't look like much but there's something to be said when the flavor is there! No immediate vegan options (at least labeled) on the menu but the server was so nice to suggest items. I ended up building my own though next time I'll try pizza. We sat at the bar when we first arrived and our bartender Dylan was such a delight. While we were chatting to ourselves about what I would eat, he kindly asked if we would like him to check with the chef on options . He was such a help and really went out of his way to serve us. Our party of 6 consisted of four first timers and two returnees. I sucked at taking pictures of other peoples food but I promise it looked GOOD! Steak & meatballs were a hit amongst the omnivores, while the Carciofi e Zucchine was my personal jam (Ft. Onion jam but no pun intended). I didn't realise the Four Seasons was located inside Golden Oak. We came for the character breakfast which is only offered Thursdays, Saturdays and some Tuesdays. It worked out my birthday was on a Thursday! It's best to call for a reservation as when I tried online months in advance it wasn't showing anything. I think when we booked it was still their Covid menu (entree not buffet) but when we arrived they'd gone back to a buffet, which I was a little disappointed as I was looking forward to ordering a full sized entree. Anyway the buffet was very good, a lot better than the free hotel breakfast we'd been eating!! Everything was very rich. I really enjoyed the meat and cheese selection, the French baguette was soo good, with the fig jam. The croissants were good. The breakfast has Goofy, Mickey and Minnie in their leisure attire. Goofy has a photopass photographer with him and those photos are complementary. Our server was good, she even brought me out a special cupcake for my birthday, which was very nice and tasty. Ravello was delicious! We were able to get a last-minute, later reservation during our stay at the Four Seasons (where the restaurant is located). We ordered 2 cocktails from the bar and both were seriously delicious! You have to try whatever the bartender is making. She's a very talented mixologist. We recommend the vodka drink with limoncello (house-made). The wine list is also quite expansive. For apps, we ordered the burrata, prosciutto pizza, and meatballs. The burrata was smaller than we thought, but it was extremely tasty. The prosciutto pizza was delicious as well, but the meatballs were the star in terms of appetizers. For dinner we ordered a the simple home-made spaghetti pomadoro and it was so so tasty. The pasta was expertly cooked and the sauce was silky and delicious. As for the food, I had high expectations that were not met but I was in no way disappointed. I really liked the Tomato bread that we ordered but I was not a fan of the Burrata at all. The Burrata was very bland and there was barely anything on the plate yet it was almost $20. I did, however, like the pasta. Went to Ravello last week. Party of five. So disappointed. Food- Caesar salad was good. went downhill from there. my bolognese was extremely salty and just okay. Nothing special. Husband had the buratta appetizer that was so cold it was inedible. Hurt my teeth even 15 minutes after it came to the table. He had the risotto with scallops. This was both watery (not creamy) and so salty. There were consistency problems as another in our group had the risotto and it was creamy, though still salty. Service was forced- they had been given specific phrases to use when approaching the table- seemed so insincere. (One exception was the young man who seated us- he was engaging and upbeat.) The restaurant itself is so loud we couldn't hear each other. Tables made it feel like we were sitting in a cafeteria. They were that cheap feeling. This is a location I would visit only if I had held captive by the resort. The food quality was subpar while the prices are sky high. We ordered a salad, gluten free pizza, chicken, pasta and fish. The bill was close to $200 and this would not have been an issue had the quality of the food been at this level which it just wasn't. It took a while for out food to arrive and there is no bread service. The ambiance of the restaurant wasn't particularly strong either as it just felt like a big kitchen. I've been wanting to check this place out for forever and this year for Magical Dining Month we finally did. During September restaurants around Orlando offer a 3 course menu for $35. It's a great chance for locals like us to check out new restaurants. This was one of our picks. Ravello is located in the Four Seasons Resort at Disney. Valet is complimentary. We had reservations at 6:30 on a Monday night which we made on Open Table. There were less than 10 tables dining when we arrived though a large party arrived shortly after us. We left the toddler at home on this occasion, but it should be noted that since this is the Four Seasons at Walt Disney World there were plenty of children in the restaurant and they can/will happily accommodate little ones. The cocktail and wine list are presented on an ipad. My husband ordered a glass of wine, which our server kindly offered to let him sample first. I had a refreshing gin cocktail. For my starter I had the arancini which was my favorite part of the meal. The sauce was a bit spicy in a wonderful way. My husband had the bruschetta albese which was a beef carpaccio with truffle aioli. It's not something I would imagine I would like, but the aioli was pretty spectacular. For my entree I had the pollo saltimbuco which was delicious and a generous portion. My husband had the snapper and he cleaned his plate he loved it so much. We also decided to add the side of spaghetti and I'm glad we did. It was small portion, but the pasta was a beautiful al dente and the sauce was light and sweet. For dessert we ordered one of each. I had the strawberry tarte and my husband had the semi fredo. Both were excellent. We had great service and a lovely experience here. It was the same size as the entree so order the flatbread/pizza (extra $16?). The pizza was awesome. Another friend ordered it because they loved ours. My entree is Cernia. Great red snapper but very tiny. It came risotto. I would have been satisfied if there was just a tad more risotto rather than my small red snapper hiding my risotto. My bf ordered the Pollo Saltimbocca. Get that dish! Way better portion and taste awesome. Since my portion was so little, it is the size of a sample tasting not an actual dinner. My dessert was Torta degli Angeli com Fragole. This was bigger than my dinner. Love the strawberry and Tarte. Overall, I recommend anybody to order the opposite of what I ordered for my entree. We decided to book this gig for Easter Brunch to maybe experience a little hasenpfeffer, well that didn't happen but the traditional roasted prime rib was definitely a hit as were the desserts. The Four Seasons has always provided that hint of pretentiousness that I'm so fond of during any holiday brunch - it wasn't so must the gracious staff who's professionalism is absolutely beyond reproach. It was mostly the guest staying on the property that roamed the hallway in their robes and slippers, not that I'm one to profile the Skipper and Buffy type personalities, but it's such a great atmosphere for people watching and I'm sure that spirit crosses all demographics and I must have provided some sort of entertainment for some as well. We were seated on the veranda and introduced to our server Timothy who was very polite, professional, very well groomed and a outstanding smoozer you know the type he's gonna get the tip and his sincerity was somewhat genuine he at least earned the gratitude on the three hundred dollar luncheon, of course we each had one cocktail and a chilled bottle of sparkling water with our meal. Oh yes I enjoyed this brunch, especially some of the specialty stations scattered throughout the restaurant - a devil egg bar, the selection of toppings was over the top, the shrimp and chilled crab was impressive but the seafood was a little saturated with water, I mentioned the prime rib and it was accompanied by roasted chicken breast at the carving station, nothing short of spectacular as were the side dishes, but the creative desserts stole the show trust me after this feast there wasn't going to be much energy left for the Easter egg hunt on the front lawn much less a game of croquet. Our first impression was a young bartender, Dylan, who gave great food and drink recommendations before our dinner. The service offered by Ruby and Scottie was second to none. At no point were we celebrating with an empty drink. Lastly, Angeline! She alone creates a wonderful wine experience. Knowing very little about wine she took the time to help pair and explain each glass. It was a crash course from a passionate and knowledgable Sommelier (soon to be level 4 master!)
