The environment reminds me of Discount Tire, because they take the same process and precautions that Discount Tire does. With their lifetime warranty for anything that happens to the tires and that includes lifetime rotation, and balancing of the wheels. The people there are very straight forward and help you with anything you have a doubt about. Try to accommodate the customer and their needs. They explain to you step by step of the process that they take so their is no doubts as to what your getting yourself into. Best of all when you get wheels from Rent a tire you get to pay them in payments till you pay them off. You don't even have to put any money down. Rent a tire was extremely friendly when i went there... The workers are all friendly and talkative not to mention professional and FAST... I had twenty inch rims on my car and one flat spare and when i called i asked what i needed to do and i was actualy told to come up to the store and they will give me a set of dummy tires once i fill out the initial paper work so that i could put them on and get my car there!!!! Went in to get some tires and rims for my 2015 Dodge Ram kept having a vibration problem out of it took it back in multiple times they would take my tires off rebalance some rotate them the whole nine yards great customer service come to find out one of the tires were bad and he gave me a whole brand new set of tires that were better than the ones that I bought for the same price of my old ones can't get much better than that great customer service they'll bend over backwards for you. Man this place is awesome I've driven by many times and never stopped but decided to today I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and altho they didn't have what I needed they went above and beyond to locate my tires and even went to go pick them up while I was there so that I didn't have to drive around on dangerously bald tires anymore the price was on par with everyone else I've checked with and I even get to pay that out over 3 months I wish I had stopped by sooner and will definitely recommend them to everyone read more
