I am sorry for writing a review late been very busy. On last week Me and my boyfriend Derrick came to rentatire looking for a particular style of wheels and was greeted by a very Unique individual Toya. Followed by Roger who is the Store Manager cool guy give his store a 5 rating for outstanding customer service. Derrick was set on these particular wheels no changing his mind so I thought until Toya asked me if I mind if she could have a minute alone with my boyfriend I told her no problem Derrick wasn't going to change his mind. Toya stated he's not my boyfriend and we both laughed. Therefore, time passed Derrick came to me saying he was getting tires wheels the whole package WOW TALKING ABOUT SHOCKED I WAS. Toya had totally changed his mind and picked out everything for Derrick and all he said was THAT'S A SMOOTH YOUNG WOMAN! AND I AGREED TOYA IS DEFINITELY A CARD KNOCKER MEANING TOUGH COOKIE. Let me start by saying the service, the manager (i believe his name is Dee) and staff at this location is exceptional and for more of a better word-OUTSTANDING! Great customer service! I've been searching for the last couple of weeks getting quotes for a set of new tires for my mercedes and based on a referral I decided to try this Rent a Tire location in Irving, Texas. I was very pleased with the outcome, how time was taken to explain types of tires and especially me not being rushed on making a decision. Well my tires blow out on me. I was searching for a quick and easy fix. I passed by this place called Rent A Tire. It was around 10:20am and I was running late to work. I knocked on the door and this nice guy answered. I asked him if he could get me the tires I needed. Well sure enough he did and at an Affordable price. The crew was nice and On point on getting me taken care of. But the thing that Stood out was Bob's Legendary service. I will recommend these guys to all my family and friends. My tires were in awful condition. I didnt have much money and needed an affordable option to get back and forth. I pulled into RAW. The manager, DJ was extremely kind. I told him the situation and let him look at my car. He took great care of me, gave me finance options that wouldn't break the bank and gave me tips on how to avoid my tires getting into that condition again.
