Vietnamese is my favorite food and I enjoy trying new places everywhere I go. Rayman's didn't disappoint. I think what really stood out at Rayman's compared to other Vietnamese spots was their meat. It was probably the highest quality meat I've had at a Vietnamese restaurant. Their lemongrass beef is really well flavored and covered in a generous amount of fresh lemongrass. Their portions were huge, the quality was high and the prices were great. Definitely an amazing value. Their pho broth was very silky with a nice amount of fat, not too much. I finally had a chance to try Rayman's Nudough! It's such a small and cute pho spot with limited seating, so it definitely feels cozy inside. We came during lunchtime and it was pretty busy, but the service was still incredible. I really appreciated how they were constantly checking up on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Everything about Rayman's is magical. It has taken me so long to try this place out because I have never met a Pho that's knocked me off my feet. Rayman's knocked me all the way off my feet and had me in a full chokehold. My son wasn't feeling well so we stopped for an emergency pick me up. Like everyone says, the service is wonderful: kind and attentive. The menu items are not infinite, which I really appreciate because I have debilitating indecisive disorder. I ordered the chicken banh mi and the chicken Pho and it smelled insane so understandably when I got home I ripped into both and they were absolutely mind blowing. I have never had more flavorful broth: perfectly balanced, rich, and robust chicken flavor, balanced by warming spices and really beautiful and fresh veggies. I loved the addition of fried shallots which I have not seen before in Pho, but absolutely added another layer of deliciousness. The chicken was also another level of insanity. Super tender and incredibly flavorful, it was really a treat. This review would be five stars, even if it wasn't incredibly reasonably priced, but it was so reasonable especially considering how large the portions were. I'm kind of picky about my pho and vermicelli and this place is my new fave because their grilled meats/fish really are grilled, not sautéed or something. I've now tried the pho, vermicelli, and bahn mi. All are great but especially the pho or vermicelli w grilled fish or pork. Love having that option. This place was formally Tu Tai 3 and the owners, a father and two sons reinvented this place into Rayman's Nudough and it is take out only but the portions are humongous! Hubby ordered the grilled fish spring rolls, lemongrass beef over rice, shrimp vermicelli, grilled fish noodle soup, grilled pork noodle soup for two days of no cooking! The grilled fish is swai and it was tasty and portions were huge! I had the shrimp vermicelli and the portion was humongous, with large tasty shrimp. This place is so underrated and needs more recognition! They are known for their grilled meat items and I understand why. I ordered their grilled beef and shrimp pho with the grilled meats on the side and it was so good. The meats were so flavorful and seasoned perfectly. I tried all their grilled meats and I'm definitely a big fan of the beef, shrimp, and fish. I've never tried or even seen grilled fish spring rolls at a Vietnamese restaurant so I had to order it, and I did not regret it. It's definitely better than shrimp spring rolls from other restaurants. The grilled fish has flavor so the herbs and the neutral flavored ingredients in the spring roll balances it out perfectly. Although this place is to-go only for now, I think it's fine because parking is so hard to find so it's easy to just double parking and go in to quickly grab your order.
