Great and friendly service, tasty and filling Bahn Mi sandwiches. Just tried the egg rolls and I'm in love! I buy at least once a week!! Tip: if you use cash you save 5% on your bill.

Sadly I did not experience what the 4.9 stars it has. The pho had no flavor, I ordered the shrimp pho, the shrimp was over cooked, the chicken egg rolls were served cold, it had so much oil that it was dripping. Not what I expected.

Delicious food and generous portions. I split the beef vermicelli bowl and shrimp spring rolls with my mom and both were so good. The portions were actually pretty big. It was enough for 3 meals.

So delicious and fresh. This was my first time trying this place. I ordered online through Yelp, and it was ready for pick up not long there after. You can tell the ingredients are fresh. I got the shrimp banh mi. The shrimp was clean. Prepared PERFECTLY. Incredibly flavorful. Loved the varying textures and the ratio of shrimp, to bun, to veggie. I also ordered a side of chicken pho broth +$4.00. Absolutely INCREDIBLE. This may be the best chicken broth I've ever had. I like that the prices are competitive as well. Thank you, Rayman's!

This place is well worth the hype. The food is absolutely insane and the portions are massive. I started with their homemade limeade and it was the perfect amount of fresh and sweet. I got the chicken Bahn Mi. The sandwich was massive and incredible. I also got the grilled chicken soup. The broth was so flavorful. The waitress was super nice and another worker was really accommodating with us bringing our dog! Definitely will be back.

Really delicious soup. My broth was tasty and hot, and service was great. Came in around 6:30 and was served quickly and kindly, even though they close at 7. Definitely recommend :)

Very clean and authentic. They don't skimp on the veggies, nor drown the food with unnecessary sauces. Natural flavors.

You order & pay first, and then find a table, which is a bit different than what we're used to , but its definitely very Japanese. The food itself is super high quality and very authentic. For soba, the taste is moreso in the noodles, and not the broth, and their soba definitely hits as it should. I ordered a cold dipping soba with tempura. The tempura was perfect and I also enjoyed the wasabi powder on the side. The cold dipping soba was so flavorful, I wasn't intending to finish but I did. They also added some hot broth into my dipping sauce at the end of the meal which also hit the spot and kept me warm. For apps, we ordered the tamagoyaki (SOOOO good) and a tofu dish which could be skipped next time. Maybe next time i'll try their sashimi. My friend ordered the duck soba and he said it was perfectly tender. We also got the hojicha icecream, which surprisingly was an entire pint, so its actually not a bad deal. Definitely good for sharing. I'm very strict with my japanese restaurants, and this is definitely a super authentic one and I Would definitely be back! service is fast and courteous but they never came by to refill our water at all

And yet, the crowds keep on lining up to dine here. One of their highlight dishes was the Sesame Paste Noodles, made of super chewy noodles mixed with spinach and a deliciously creamy, slightly sweet sesame paste. Another must-try dish was the Special Shan Dong Dumplings, a thick-skinned dumpling filled with minced pork and vegetables. We also tried the House Special Pancake Stuffed with Leeks, a set of three pan-fried pies with a filling of chives, vermicelli, egg, and woodear mushrooms; the Dry Braised Green Beans, stir-fried with black beans and preserved vegetables; the Sautéed On-Choy; and Sliced Fish with zucchini, woodear mushrooms, peas, and carrots in a mild sauce. Overall, the dishes here came in generous portions at decent prices and made for a delicious, balanced meal. The vibe might be loud and the service rude, but the food was worth a visit!

The appetizers were all phenomenal. The wagyu nigiri came not seared, but gently warmed so the bite was very buttery and rich. The tartare came in a monaka and was very flavorful. I wasn't sure if you are supposed to eat the third wafer, but it was a bit stale. The house special ramen came with wagyu, duck, and pork chashu in creamy tori paitain broth. It was a very decadent dish, although I have had better paitan broth elsewhere. The premium smoked toppings though were incredibly tender and I loved the contrast of the crispy enokis and oyster mushroom memma. The hostess was super friendly and we got seated immediately. But, a line started building up as we left so plan accordingly. I would 100% come back to try all the appetizers!

The restaurant maybe had 8-10 tables, but had the space to add 3 or 4 more tables. But it was clean, and that's more important to me. I ordered the A1 House Special. It came out in minutes. The crisp pork was exactly that - thinly cut and very crispy. The rest of the topping were fairly typical, as were the noodles and the soup. It was what I wanted - something similar and not too heavy. Service was a lackluster. Friendly enough, but once my food was delivered, I never saw the server again for at least 20 minutes. While I ate, a customer came in, waited 5 minutes and left because no one was there to seat him or take his order. After I finished my meal, I waited to see if the server would come out to give me the bill, but it didn't happen. I had to go to the front counter and get her attention to get the bill. She was busy in the kitchen eating her lunch, I suppose. Overall, a decent visit. I was happy with my meal. I wasn't in a hurry, so I didn't mind the disappearance of the server. But I wonder how much business they lose when no one is around to serve customers.
