RC Mongolian was open late April or Early May. No dine-in no contact pick up. Was good as ever. No clue on when dine-in. Maybe someone else can answer that.

As I recall, weekday lunch was a couple of dollars less. I believe the dinner and weekend price is $12.99 per person. That price is AYCE not including drinks.

I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant in my life. My wife and I came about 7:45pm. The hostess informed us that they closed at 8:30pm. Which was fine for us. We were seated and after a few minutes we went to get our bowls, upon getting to the grill the guy grilling told us that he was turning the grill off but he would cook our bowls. I told him that we were told they closed at 8:30pm. He said very rudely as he pointed to me "we turn everything off at 8pm and start cleaning, YOU leave at 8:30pm.!" I took our food and went to the table. At this point the food was very steamy and hot so we were waiting for it to cool. Meanwhile at 8:05pm.they started cleaning the whole restaurant, moving chairs around and making the few customers left uncomfortable so they got up and left. I asked the waitress if she wanted to give us boxes to go then we wouldn't mind just taking our food to go so they could clean and go home. She said "NO to go boxes with all you can eat!" I told her I understand that but you guys are closing and you didn't tell me that the grill would be turned off at 8pm. She said just this one time! We took our boxes and started to walk towards the door when the grilling guy started yelling towards us saying NO to go boxes, the lady came to try and calm him down, he started swearing at us and I told him I am just trying to do you a favor so you can go home. We proceeded out the door when my wife told me that he was coming after us running towards the door. I turned around and he was in my face, he grabbed my to go box and ran back into the restaurant. I went back in and he was yelling and screaming, meanwhile the hostess was arguing with him as well. He told me, you are lucky we even gave you a to go box, we usually charge by the pound. I told him just keep your food, I don't need it. My wife did end up with her to go box. In the end we paid $55 for one bowl of noodles. This is definitely not the way to treat customers and to make us feel like the bad ones even though we were trying to work around them. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from here, even if its just principle. FYI the food was terrible so maybe they did me a favor. read more

Our family came this restaurant on last Saturday. We were so excited to try this very high rated review restaurant. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. However, they added MSG in the sauce. After we ate the food, we felt like we needed to drink a lot of water and we were so thirst because of MSG. They did have shrimps but it was too small and no any flavor after cooked. The noodles and food were tasted ok but it's not matched its4.5 stars reviews. There is small buffet with soup , rice and appetizer. Nothing is special and looked like seated there for long time and not fresh. Also, they don't serve beer. I haven't visited any Mongolian BBQ restaurant doesn't carry the beer. I guess because their business is slow , they try to low down the cost and quality. Overall, we won't recommend but If you are looking for food with additional MSG, this is the restaurant you must come to try. read more

Went here on a Monday night and there was only 3 other groups. The meat selection included beef, chicken,pork, lamb and shrimp. The shrimp wasn't so good. They were swimming in liquid and tasted fishy. They should be chilled not floating in liquid. The veggies selection is good and the sauces are good. The cooked food section though was not so good. Since there wasn't so many people the food looked and tasted like they were sitting out for hours. Not very appealing. The actual mongolian bbq beside the bad shrimp was pretty tasty. Ordered through yelp and waited almost an hour for my pickup to be ready only for yelp to cancel it!! The restaurant was about to close but my boyfriend decided to head down there anyway to see if they could do anything and they apologized as their internet had been down so they never received the order and still offered to make it even though they were 10 minutes from closing!! Went to dinner on Friday. They are automatically adding their "guilty" gratuity to the bill. They are adding 20% automatically to the bill, I literally all I got was water with my food. I understand restaurants have overhead and things have gone up but adding tip automatically is unethical, I will not be visiting again read more

When we were getting ready to leave, we noticed grease coming from underneath the BBQ grill and all over the floor. It had gotten all over my son's shoes and my boyfriend's shoes. We told the manager, and he said he didn't see anything. The restaurant is really dark, and honestly, he didn't really inspect it. I had to pull out my phone and use the flashlight just so we could actually see the grease underneath the grill. He told us they recently changed management and that he had nothing to do with the previous management. When we asked what they could do, the only options were $40 off the bill or we could send them the bill for getting the shoes professionally cleaned. At that point, we just took the $40 off and left. We didn't want to have to keep going back and forth with them, especially when the manager wasn't even willing to properly look underneath the grill. I'm not looking for anything from the restaurant at this point. I just felt this was something that needed to be reported, so I submitted a complaint to Environmental Health. Hopefully they can inspect the equipment and make sure this isn't happening to other customers.

Rice- Mid *Need sauce- if I did not have charcoal bits and overly smoky meal, I could have used sauce to moisten meat, rice to eat instead of tossing next day on second attempt. I also found the multiple posting that if you give a 5-Star review you will get a 4piece free fried shrimp off putting with my experience. *Free to use debit card but will have to pay 3% fee for credit card transactions!!!
