Went there with my girlfriend to buy a couch and was greeted as soon as entering. The sales people weren't to pushy but checked every once in awhile to see if we needed help. When we finally picked a couch we got help immediately and a gentleman named Nguyen Lam helped us do financing and got us checked out. He also ran us over the couch to make sure we knew everything about it, we appreciated that. The cashier was nice as well. It was a very pleasant experience and the couch has been great so far, no problems. The guys at the warehouse were also very helpful. Obviously teenagers but they were professional, timely, and very polite. They helped me pack my truck with the 6 piece sofa and I left feeling like I was treated very well Side note. Wife ordered a custom couch with the colors and textures she wanted to match our new house. We got a great deal, 18 months 0% financing, and a free cooler. Came back and purchased GE washer dryer and a refrigerator for a great price. Free delivery amd set up since the couch purchase. This time we got 150 dollar gift cert and a digital pressure cooker. We had a great shopping experience thanks to Brandon in the clearance section. He spent lots of time and helped us put together two bedroom sets for our guest bedrooms. Then helped with sending pics (by charging my phone in an office) to my daughter so she could select a credenza that she subsequently purchased. On a previous shopping trip I purchase a dining room set and master bed thanks to Melani. Love the huge selection of furniture and when you get hungry the cafe makes great sandwiches. read more

By far one of the worst experiences ever. Not only did they mis-measure our bathroom floors, they actually installed the wrong flooring. After tearing our bathroom floors up, we are left with carpet remnants and plywood while they wait for the correct flooring! Which is taking far too long because of their "shipping" policies and the fact that no one is "authorized" to expedite anything even when it is all they're fault! The level of incompetence is truly astounding. This is entirely their fault and yet they are dragging their feet to fix this mess!! I get the impression they are quite used to being in this position. The apathy, instead of embarrassment, speaks volumes. Beware fellow shoppers. This place may look shiny but underneath it's garbage! read more

We had purchased a washing machine from R.C. Willey. After a few days of use we decided that the machine was not satisfactory. Under R.C. Willey's 14 day return or exchange policy we arranged for an exchange. The entire process was very simple and easy to complete.The salesman we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Purchased dishwasher in 2018 with 5 year warranty. Start button stopped working called for service and it took two weeks to get a repair person to even look at the issue. At which time I'm told "the part is on back order and it may be here in 30 days". Repairman suggests I call RC Willey. The woman I spoke with was of no help, there is nothing they can do except wait for the part. So, my dishwasher has a "5 year Warranty"??? For what purpose? To wait a minimum of six weeks to get it working again? No thank you! I'll never do business with them again! read more

Although the Rocklin store layout is beautiful and the merchandise is attractive to the eyes, our experience with the quality of furniture, couches in particular for this review, is extremely disappointing. We bought two power reclining couches with a corner section three years ago. They were not inexpensive however, they might as well have been for the pitiful manner of which these couches have held up. The foot rest of one recliner began to tear within 8 weeks. The same section stopped closing flush with the couch shortly thereafter. Within the first 6 months, the seams of the pillow back pleating began to tear and sag, on 4 of 8 sections. An outstanding 50% failure rate. As a busy working Mom, calling to set an appointment for review of our couch and warranty was annoyingly inconvenient and ultimately did not happen within the appropriate time frame. Now additionally, three years later, multiple hard springs are protruding up with such force through a section where one is expected to sit, that I can feel uncomfortable and unrelentingly metal pressing into my gluteus Maximus. Entirely unacceptable for a purchase of about $4,000. Imagine this, my family and I are looking for another couch and we browsed the store this past weekend to "just look." The furniture was again lovely in appearance and knowing what the disparity between quality and appearance is for this company, we deliberately left empty handed. I can not recommend this store for good quality merchandise to anyone. (We have a kitchenette set falling apart from here as well.) Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice... I have no intention to purchase from this Rocklin store or this company ever again. Epically disappointed. read more

I bought a Leather sofa from RC Willey in Rocklin a short time back over the phone. At time of purchase I ask if it would possible to get additional pieces in collection. Today I called Rocklin Location and ask for Furniture Sales, The young lady who answered the phone stated she would have to get my contact and have that one salesman who takes sales calls call me back. I stated I could speak to anyone in sales. She replied "we only have one salesman to takes sales calls" REALLY, You are a national chain and only allow one person to handle the incoming sales calls, I wonder it is the same way in every department? ie... Customer Service, Service, Delivery, Billing My sales call was a freebie and cost them nothing to get my return business, however their narrowness of limiting who I would or could speak to for my additional purchase simply turned me off. Purchased a bedroom set while visiting family in Rocklin. Rented a truck and trailer to pick up the set following week, while the crew loaded the boxes they noticed a torn box with the headboard exposed small scratches. I asked for another but none in stock. They noted the damage on paperwork thank goodness. The real problem was the footboard which had blunt-force trauma. Wood looked like it was hit with a sledge hammer. Two weeks later same set $4400.00 on sale for $4000.00 no fun. In two months the replacement headboard and footboard will be available for pick up. So I will again rent a truck and trailer for $125.00 to return the damaged goods and pick up the replacements. Mattress in the meantime in the middle of the floor. Full credit will be given once I return the damaged goods. Caveat Emptor open the boxes if out of the area before you drive away. I don't think I will buy a mattress from them now! read more

¡ WARNING ! ALWAYS CHECK THE INSTALLATION BEFORE THEY LEAVE!!!! I bought a bedroom set almost 4yrs ago from this place. Just the other day my wife's side collapsed. I am much heavier than she is. When we took off the mattress and box springs, we noticed the reason for the collapse. When the delivery guys came and installed the bed, they did not install one of the support mounts. When I called to tell them about this, the manager told me I should have checked their work before they left. I have spent about $10,000.00 at this place but never again! Please learn from my mistake and always check their work! DO NOT JUST TRUST their "professionals"! Protect your investment by testing and making them pull every thing off to make sure it is installed properly! Bed frames SHOULD go out of style before they break. read more

We've been buying furniture here for years and we're still so pleased! RC Willey does a great job changing things up in the store and bringing in what is on trend but also things that are classic and timeless. Herbie has been our go to salesman for electronics and appliances for a long time. We still go see him and plan on buying all our new appliances for our new home from him. We've been furnishing our new places and we finally found a salesman in the furniture department that listens, is very helpful, not pushy, and just easy going. His name is Juan! We've already been back several times for his help. We highly recommend both these guys if you want help and no pressure. read more

An update on my complaint towards RC Willey with my mattress issues. I just got a call from Lane Shurtliff who is the Furniture Manager at RC Willey, Orem. I learned that the actual warrenty is through the mattress company and not through the store itself and the mattress company was the one who rejected my claim on our defective product. Lane was concerned and wanted me to be treated fairly and said that even if the mattress company would not honor our claim that RC Willey would make things right with us and make sure we found satisfaction with our situation. RC Willey's manager, Mr. Shurtliff was very sincere and made me feel like a valued customer like I always felt in my past dealings with this store. first recliner was defective so they sent me another from the warehouse in UTAH. It was also defective. I opted to go to the store in Rocklin Ca to get a different recliner make and model. 8 months later the seat of the recliner is tilting to the right. so I called the inspector came within 2 days checked the chair said the recliner mechanism broke. he left the recliner said they will order the parts. 3 weeks later they called to schedule for pick up. 1 more week p/u recliner . in 2 weeks I called on wed rep said it would be done fri they will call by mon to schedule a drop off date and time .no call I called tue the rep said it will be done on FRIDAY I told them that's what the rep said last week. he replied I don't know what they told you last week. this is what they are telling me what they are saying this week . After MONTHS have passed, I appear to be stuck with a broken couch as they keep telling me they are waiting for part information from the manufacturer, but nothing is happening. I bought the couch from them, not the manufacturer. They should make it right with me and deal with the manufacturer independent of me. I need another couch and it won't be from RC Wiley. read more

And then I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Cody Green in flooring dept..Cody was more than accommodating and always happy and cheerful event when I called him on his days off. Cody spent more time with me and my fiance picking out flooring then most people do purchasing a home.Cody was awesome!.. Last but not least and whom I was very pleased to deal with was Ilea in customer service! After calling 3 times THEN being hung up on after 10 min on hold I asked about returning $100 Turtle Beach headphones that snapped after owning them for a few weeks. I love these headphones quality but it is the second pair that have snapped in the same place simply by placing them on a normal sized head. I asked about returning them and was basically told it was a customer error (guess she could tell over the phone) and that it was past their 14 day return policy (but within manufacture warranty) which means they would not be out any $$ on sending the defective pair back. I was told it was my problem to deal with. Stay away from the electronic department at RC Willey. If something goes wrong you are on your own. read more

The delivery crew for RC Willey was great. They had to haul several heavy pieces up a flight of stairs on a hot morning and put everything where I asked. Everything was put together and they made sure certain items were plugged in and functional. Very satisfied. read more
