I must say that this crew with above and beyond. I found a set of wheels and tires for my bass boat trailer that I really liked. Called Jaime and he said he would need to call me the following week as it was after hours at the wheel manufacturers location and he wanted to doublecheck inventory. He called me first thing Monday morning. We got the order set up and we were off to the races. He called me to let me know that my wheels were in transit and also let me know that he would be moving stores and passing the baton to Hector. Shortly after I received a call from Hector with an additional status update followed by another call that they were all in stock and ready to go. Upon arrival, they had me set my truck and trailer up in the parking lot and these guys ran out there like a NASCAR crew with Jacks and set up their workspace, test fit a wheel for me to make sure there was clearance and proceeded to knock five tires and five wheels out, installed in the parking lot, in and out of their facility and under an hour! Everybody was so professional, all smiles, and really just seemed to be glad to be there. This by far was one of the best related experiences I've had that I can remember. I had an appointment for noon, and after getting there about 25 minutes early and standing in line for about 20 minutes to get checked in, they took my keys at noon and handed them back to me at 12:30 with the work completed. I appreciate being able to make an appointment. Management: A customer waiting in line in the lobby is MORE IMPORTANT than someone calling in. It sends the WRONG MESSAGE to customers when staff take a call in front of the person that has been patiently waiting. This is a MANAGEMENT ISSUE that needs to be addressed.

My daughter had two new tires installed two weeks ago. She was working late in Temecula and came…read moreout at 11 PM to a tire that was flat. She called AAA and had a tech come out to replace her tire with her spare. When the tech located her spare, it was flat. Most tire companies check your spare when you have new tires installed. She went back this morning to have her tires checked. The tech told her she needed an alignment. She explained that she just purchased the back two tires and they performed an alignment. He said he didn't know that even though she had it done in that store and he had reviewed her account on the computer. She asked to speak with a supervisor. A man named Joseph explained to her after she described her experience that America's Tire always offers an alignment when you purchase tires. That sounds horrible to me because they didn't check the car to see if need an alignment. They just offer it for the upsell. Furthermore, they patched the tire. So why would she need an alignment? Bad business. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I have referred a ton of business to American's tires and I will not do that again. I feel bad for the next innocent, trusting individual that goes in and is under the impression they need an alignment when they don't. Because they offer it, regardless if the car needs it or not. They should be ashamed of themselves. And then they reply and say they want to correct it with more information but the link doesn't work.
