I called this company because you see their advertisement in magazines and postcards. When we scheduled an appointment, he was a whole HOUR late. First thing that came out of his said was how great his company is with BBB. Great! I needed a repair in the shower pan and if it's fixable. He said more likely would have to remove the pan and replace the whole shower which I was expecting that scenario. I am a no nonsense kind of person. I told him I wanted this material, give me the cost and timeline. He kept going on how professional his company is and great workmanship. I told him I need an estimate. He said no, I give you even better than that, the price. I said okay, I need it by that day. He couldn't give me the bid. He said he would email it next morning. Morning came, nothing. Called him three times. Finally, called me back close to noon. I explained I want this done quickly. I need a bid since I have two other bids. He said he wants my business, but he could not generate a bid for me due to his computer and not being in the office right now. He said he could give it over the phone or send on Sunday. I told him I would like to move forward quickly and so far he has delayed my reason to use him. Not very nice and didn't want my business. You would think he would honor my request if he was a whole hour late for an appointment. First impression leaves a lasting impression as they say. Didn't have the feeling of reliability. We finally decided to renovate our master bathroom, and sat down for the Re-Bath presentation in November 2020. It took a little over 2 hours, but we chose the materials, and liked the design, tub-to-shower conversion, and the idea of seamless, groutless walls. Of course, there was some significant sticker shock, but that is to be expected with a bathroom renovation. Our installation was scheduled for the first week of February. Initial installation in February went fine. Installation was estimated for 4 days, but it did take 6 very long, loud, dusty days to get the job done. Then, we needed to wait another 10 days for the custom glass. We knew this would be inconvenient, but manageable. Things seemed to be moving along, so at the end of the 6-day installation, we decided to pay our total balance. We thought it would be most convenient. The check was cashed. This was our mistake. During the time before receiving the glass, we started noticing small flaws in the shower wall material--like bubbles from where it was heated and bent. We also started noticing that there was damage to the laminate floor panels--like some of the panels had been sliced when they were being unpacked. When I contacted Re-Bath, they told me that the materials could be replaced. They sent someone out and took pictures, and told us that the shower wall material was now on backorder, blamed COVID, and told us they would let us know when it came in. Fast forward to mid-March. An installer brought the shower materials, but had been given the wrong measurements. He didn't have enough of the material to replace the damaged portion. He also didn't seem to know anything about the sliced floor panels, so he took more pictures. A month, totally wasted. And yes, the materials were on back-order again. Now to April. In early April, the floor panels were replaced, but still no usable shower. When I called, the second set of replacement materials had "just come in," and they were installed in the middle of the month. The installers forgot to seal some corners, but I knew they would be able to finish that up during the glass installation. When the truck pulled up with the glass, we were so excited. When they opened the back of the truck, there was clearly a problem. The bottom of the glass had shattered in the truck on the drive over. As my husband sarcastically stated, "It's a good thing we paid so much extra for the thicker, shatter-proof glass." I never heard ANYTHING from Re-Bath, and was so furious, I waited another week before checking to see if new glass was on its way. I got a one-sentence reply saying that it had been ordered and they were waiting for delivery. Finally, in late April, the glass was installed. The seams were sealed. After 12 weeks with no master shower and headache after headache, we were finally done. Working with Re-Bath was a monumental mistake. Communication and care throughout this experience was absolutely terrible. We should have been at the top of every priority list and rush order they had. I believe the only reason this project ever got finished was because I continued to contact them, and insist that they correct all of their mistakes. But, we had already paid. The check was cashed. The idea of getting decent service with their "lifetime warranty" is a joke. We feel like absolute suckers. This is what you get for $31,000--and we still have to re-paint! read more

I walked into the showroom today and spent a half hour futility trying to communicate with the "Design Consultant". I wanted to get an idea of what materials and designs they had to offer before I invited them to consult in my home. I also brought with me a fairly detailed floor plan of my bathroom. I walked out of the showroom totally dismayed. While they do have some materials I found attractive, I gave up on this company becsuse it was so much work trying to extract information from the sales person. It seemed like this woman was used to providing limited information until she was actually in your home for a consult. Worst company I have ever come across! I'm experienced in remodeling and design. Just wanted someone to come out to get an estimate on small shower demo and remodel. When at my house, this young guy had to sit down and give a computer presentation about how great the company was. His samples of material were limited and dated!!! After 45 minutes he showed me his laptop and price I for just a very small guest shower...$14,000 !!!! I asked him if he could itemize labor and material and he said "no, we don't do that". Just ha a shower/tub combination torn out and replaced with a step-in shower by Re-bath through Costco. I love the new shower, a bit expensive but it's a nice product and we wish we had done this years ago. The three young men who did the installation did a good job. The first problem we had was with the city inspector. The guys reached the point of need the city to inspect what had been done before the could proceed with the job early . The crewin the afternoon of the first day. They cound not get the inspection that afternoon, so called it a day. One of the crew members showed up at 8am the following morning to wait for the inspector who was due between 8am and 11am. The inspector showed at 10:55am and was done and out the door by 11:56am. The guys got back to work and finished up at 7PM. Then of course we had to have the job inspected. They set the appointment, the inspector was late and we had to leave to make an appointment, so had to reschedule for the next day. We were finally able to use the shower and although it worked (sort of) the on/off hot/cold valve was defective and we wanted it replaced. It took three tries to finally talk to the off site project manager (in a neighboring state) about the valve. We got the number of the on site project manager, Josh, onthe third call and were able to get the valve replaced. Happy day it works great I get the hot shower I want and husband gets the not quite shower he wants and can rinse the shower with cold water. Thank you Josh (and your crew) . read more

What a nightmare!! A 6 week job that took 9 months. No permits, unlicensed workers, crooked walls, bad plumbing, bad electrical. Most things had to be done 2 or 3 times before it was right. Nobody was supervising the job - it was left up to us. Workers would show up and not know what to do. We were constantly lied to. We finally had to contact the Contractors Board to get the job done right. (And they found even more things wrong!) Then months after it was finally complete (and paid for) I received calls from subcontractors who had never been paid because they were told I hadn't paid them. We are looking to do a bathroom remodel and getting bids. Rebath was our first call since Home Depot referred us. We set up the appointment six days in advance for 10:00. On the day of at about 9:15 we received a call saying they were confirming the 10:30 appt. we figured it was our error. We didn't receive any other calls and a gentleman arrived at 11:10. If this is any glimpse of the future it's not a good one. Kind of like a first date. If they are over an hour late and don't call when trying to make a good impression, will they show up once the water and electricity are turned off? read more

We hired this Company back in Dec 2014,it is now the end of July 2015 and only have half of a Kitchen. They had unskilled, unlicensed worker's at start of job and we were told no Permit's needed by Designer, which yes Permit's are needed. We finally filed a report W/ Nevada State Board of Contractor's, the hearing is in late August over the permit issues and shoddy work and the time that this Company has taken to finish our Kitchen. I would go to Angie's List or Home Advisor !Take this advice and learn from our mistakes. p.s. Don't sign 2 separate but same contracts, one for them and one for us make sure in duplicate form. Ordered an expensive bathroom remodel and put +$6,000 down. Installation was scheduled for months out. Had a family emergency and had to sell the house before Re-Bath did one iota of work. Re-Bath will not refund any portion of the amount down even though they have provided no tangible products or services. If you are thinking about going with Re-Bath, think again. I would not recommend this company. Scheduling the appointment was completely unprofessional, the receptionist spoke to me like a child. The first appointment was a waste of time, the second appointment was even worse. I received a quote that was nearly 3 times more than a reputable contractor in town quoted. The person who came out had her samples in a variety of plastic bags and was completely unprofessional in the display of product. They could not give drawings or renderings of what they could do. Designs were nice but price of bath was twice that of 2 others who offered natural stone and was presented on an old one page form from 2009. 03/15/2014 We had just moved to our home in Las Vegas, when we started looking for a company to remodel our master bath & kitchen. We finally decided to hire Rebath of Las Vegas after we received several bids from different companies. We needed a deep spa tub converted to a walk in shower and a new vanity cabinet. We were extremely impressed with Robert, who did the majority of the work in short order. He was so meticulous with every little detail and did a beautiful job for us. . We were thrilled and grateful for everyone's hard work. We were also very happy with Celene, our sales rep. who was so helpful with our concerns and decisions. She was always ready to do whatever it takes to make her customers (us) happy, because that is just the kind of fab person she is. The project manager, Mark, stayed right on top of everything all the way thru our projects and was always right there to fine tune every detail. They are all so nice and courteous. Since Rebath did such great work we were really excited knowing they (5-Day Kitchens) were going to also remodel our kitchen. Less than two weeks after the ordered cabinets came in, the job was completed. Robert also cut our a large section of wall between our kitchen and dining room which was a hugh project in itself. Romero, the kitchen installler, did a fantastic job with every detail of our kitchen...they didn't miss a thing. Whatever it took, they all went out of their way to make sure our kitchen was perfect. I met these people at a home show and I signed up to have just one bath redone to rid myself of constant re-caulking or having black mold show thru a fairly new home. The brochures said it would be done in 1 day and it took over 4 months. I never got the tub I was supposed to get because "they didn't have one that size" but they had already put up the walls surrounding my tub, so I received a discount. I was told I would have a lifetime guarantee for re-caulking should the need arise. When I called this place they said" we have new owners so the guarantee will not be honored!!..I slightly raised my voice and my call was handed to the manager, who said" I will come over tonight and take a look at it" the whole time I knew he was just saying this to get me off the phone. I got there name from The Mag Magazine. Don't use them. They are terrible. I called them at the end of April. On May 5th, the sales person named DINO came over the house and showed me all kinds of tiles to redo my master bath- shower. I picked everything out and they collected $3,000.00 from me. Dino promised my shower would be done by 6/18. I told him that my daughter graduating from high school and I was gonna have 10 people visiting from Hawaii needing to take a bath. 1 being 84 yrs old and I didn't want my granny bathing in the tub/shower. Dino promised me it was gonna get done. On 6/11, I called Rebath and spoke to Janice. They had no clue what I was talking about, where my order was or that I was promised it would be done by gradution day. Now after the fact, I have no shower still. I am trying to get a discount from them for taking so long. I am just glad my granny didnt fall in the tub while she was here for 2 weeks. They are refusing to give me any type of discount for my waiting. The contract says 4-6 weeks. It's been well over that and now they want to finish my shower but no compensation. No discount. For $12,000 this is what we received; we had our bathroom done November 2013 right before Thanksgiving. The did a nice job and were done quickly, so I thought. They have been out 2x so far. Once for a sink that we found a crack in. They made a new sink and when they brought it to replace the old sink it would not even fit in the space. It was way too wide. They made another sink which fit. While taking out the old sink they scratched the newly painted walls, which they had painted. When they painted over it, they did not smooth out the paint and painted over the sealant as well which sealed the sink into the wall. The mirror was moved to the left a little, so now I see an unpainted area next to the mirror. The second time they came back was to fix the cabinet when a piece fell off. I have cleaned this bathroom since of course, but today was the first time I was on hands and knees and was able to see the floor up close. There is a knick in my floor that we did not do! There are some spots where paint was wiped off when they painted! The ceiling has paint on it. The floor boards have paint on it. And I noticed today that a draw is loose!!! I took out a home equity loan to pay for this job!!!! $12,000 should have gotten me perfection. I am very unhappy at this point. And think I should have paid a discounted fee for the work they did!!!
