It took much longer than expected just to get a basic order, even though it didn't seem especially busy. Waiting wouldn't have been as frustrating if the experience at the counter had been a bit more welcoming, but the service felt pretty unfriendly and rushed. The environment also didn't leave a great impression. The space felt a bit dirty and grimy overall, especially around the seating and counter areas. When a café is somewhere people want to sit and relax, cleanliness really matters, and this location could definitely use more attention there. Hoping this was just an off day, but based on this visit it's hard to feel excited about coming back.

I normally only drink coffee once a day, but I came here three times in one day, and every visit was amazing. Their Banana Matcha is hands down the best I've ever had, and the Espresso Tonic with real fruit purée is just as good. The croissant and bagel were both delicious and generously filled. The space is huge, with plenty of tables and couches, making it perfect for working or just relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they're open from 5:30 AM to 11 PM, which is almost unheard of for a coffee shop. Now whenever I'm in the area, I can't help but stop by. One of my favorite coffee shops in LA.
