Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service! Possibly the worst I've ever experienced in my life. When we walked in, the barista didn't greet us and continued to move around furniture with an irritated look on her face. After waiting around for several minutes, she finally decided to take our order, but we decided to leave due to her terrible attitude. On our way out, she proceeded to scream, curse, and argue with my 60 year old father. Her behavior was disgusting, and we should not be treated this way for wanting basic customer service and a cup of coffee. I will never come back to this location again. LIke others have expressed, the girls working here are really rude, and seem to be bothered by anyone coming through this place. - When I asked for the bathroom key: It did not work - I needed to check in with my flight but... Their Wifi was not working at all. I tried the various passwords they gave me but... Nothing. This place just has a really weird vibe. If you work at a coffee shop, especially one near an airport... First time having this companies coffee (had it at the H hotel in LA) I got the hazelnut iced latte and it was really good. I also take back my check in comment about the rude staff because he ended up being super nice to me. So maybe the person ahead of me said something rude to him before I walked in. read more

The coffee is good IF they get your order right. The two girls (Hispanic with pink hair) that worked here when I visited hated their jobs and they apparently hate people too. Easy to get to even if you're not staying at this hotel, parking is free and right in front of the shop next to Subway as well. Customer service very friendly and there's even an option to add a little liquor in your drink. Since where do you find this in all of America but for a full service restaurant? I personally haven't see anywhere. Awesome place for sure and really convenient to get to. read more

Whoa!!! I was impressed!!! If I'm being honest I never gave Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf a real chance. I've had it in the past but vaguely remember my experience. Maybe because I was bias since I am a Starbucks connoisseur so anything I tried that's not Starbucks I probably automatically didn't like in my head lol. I decided to give the ice blended drinks a chance (similar to a Frappuccino) and got the matcha because my friend Naidely is going through a matcha phase lol so I got it in honor of her. It did not disappoint!! It was so creamy!! Starbucks take notes!!! Tastes way better than the Starbucks matcha Frappuccino! There's like a million different sizes and I got a large and it was HUGE. There's an XL size too!! I think the size I got is equivalent to a venti. The next day I came back and tried the cookies and cream one and that one also didn't disappoint! Overall I was really impressed with the ice blended drinks and can't wait to try the rest of the flavors! Since I am a fan of the shakes, I think I am willing to try their other drinks! read more

They continue to add options, the fall flavors are here. The big win is adding Krispy Kremes. Just purchased a coffee through the drive through on Venice and Hughes. I paid by credit card. As the transaction was processing the cashier told me their app was asking if I'd like to leave a tip. These folks are great... I was initially going to seek out a coffee shop nearby at the Marriott but it was great to have The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in The H Hotel (shared with Homewood Suites). I made a couple trips to their store during my stay - once for lunch when I checked in and once before I departed for my morning coffee. Lunch included a Protein Box with pita chips, hummus, grapes, mozzarella cheese and a hard boiled egg. I also indulged in a tasty Matcha Iced Blend - felt like a nice option for something sweet. Well balanced blend. Total was about $11. For Breakfast - and the reason why I decided to go ahead and write this review while I'm sitting in my uber headed to the office - is this most amazing Iced Vanilla Bean Cold Brew Latte. Really really good. Flavors on point - true vanilla BEAN. It skews a bit sweet, but not cloyingly so. I would definitely get this again. Not like many other cold brews that I've tried... (and I've tried a lot). Also grabbed a banana while I was there... because potassium is always a good decision. Total came to about $7.50. Great add on to this hotel - and it's new since I was here at The H Hotel last!!! Big win! read more

I rarely leave reviews on this app, but this had to be the worst experience I've ever had at a coffee bean location. The lady at the front register didn't seem to have much experience working a front register and she got my order completely wrong. I order two 24 ounce lattes and was given two 16 ounce drinks. The second barista was obnoxiously rude when we told her the order was wrong. Nonetheless this has to be the worst espresso I've ever tasted and not even the taste of caramel could fix it. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They need to improve their customer service tremendously. Save your money and avoid this location. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I've been to this Coffee Bean twice. I work in Inglewood & it's the closest one. The first experience was great with this one guy. Second time today, I had asked the girl what sizes are available and she responded with well the cup sizes are all there with an attitude. Alright whatever I told her my order and she started making my drink . One of my drinks was wrong and I told her I didn't order that & she slid it to the side and started making my correct drink. Before handing my drink, she said "well next time listen when I repeat your order" . First of all, SHE should've listened when I originally gave her my order. The visit to this location was made through a misunderstanding. I received an email stating that Coffee Bean was giving free tumblers with the purchase of two ice blends and or latte's. This was happening on October 24 from 12-4pm. I was at work a needed to find a near by location to participate in this deal. A co-worker tried to find a location that was close and this location popped up. I paid this location a visit with high anticipation until we found out this wasn't a franchise. It was actually a Krispy Kremes location with coffee being supporting it. Why it showed up on Google as a franchise, I'm not sure. Although disappointed, I give this location five stars because the employee who helped us by the name of Leslie was very polite. She knew I was disappointed and tried to offer me something else. I needed to use the restroom so she lend me the key. the key was pretty impressive because it was a card key seeing the fact that this Krispy Kremes was connected to a hotel. Shoutout to my girl Johamy who was so rude to us at the register. On top of our flight being delayed, we had to receive unprovoked attitude from employees at this cafe . We haven't been here before so we weren't familiar with where the drink pickup was. Johamy continued to rudely tell us where it was and to move out of the way. She wasn't wearing a name tag but the receipt said this was the cashier's name. The hazelnut latte was good and they have good ice but the service really blew it. read more

Such a nice clean establishment,it was empty when I went so we got our drinks quickly and it tasted a bit stronger than other coffee beans, which is a plus. This is one of the cleanest coffee shops I have ever visited and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I love that it is easy walking distance from my office and they always get my drink right - I don't even have to tell them what I want. It's also a perfect location for picking someone up from the airport - I can just sip my coffee and not worry about driving around in circles while I wait. Came here with Maria who flew in to visit me. We had tea here. Place was pretty much empty the whole time so we had it to ourselves. Very clean. Plenty of different tables to sit at. There was also an outside table. We sat inside. The employee was very nice. Kind of cold but our drinks warmed us up. There's 30 min free parking right outside. But we were there longer and there were no problems. This is the 1st floor of an H hotel. Very close to LAX. Good experience here. read more
