I signed up for Ready Refresh in Sam's Club not knowing anything about them. Worst experience and big waste of time and money. I ordered a cooler and 3 5 gallon Zephyrhills water jugs. Cooler was leaking. They brought me a replacement a week layer. Second cooler didn't have power. They wanted to send me a third one two weeks later. The equipment and bottles are used and scratched up. That's not even the worst part. It's the water. I've been drinking Zephyrhills for 20 years. I have bottles in my fridge. I cancelled my service in April when I moved. Somehow everything was fine until December, when I was just billed for delivery of cases of Deer Park sparkling water to an address where I no longer live. Their website informed me when I logged in to check, that the next delivery is already scheduled. In fact, they're scheduled monthly for all of 2022. When I call to cancel, the absolute worst music, complete with random robotic commercial interruptions seemingly every 30 seconds, is playing and I have to wait through 30 minutes of it. They are restarting service to businesses that have cancelled in hopes that the accounting department doesn't notice and just pays the bill. On the delivery date they send me a recorded voice that I haven't paid my last bill (they didn't even bother to call me). I figured out there was something wrong with my credit card, edited its info on the website and tried to reach out to the ReadyRefresh to let them know about the situation. No one picks up the phone (it is not the first time it happens, it's almost impossible to reach them out via phone). I tried to call them and message them a few times in the past week, no result yet. I would not recommend Ready Refresh to anyone. Every month my delivery gets rescheduled multiple times, this month my delivery is currently 2 weeks late and I still have not received it! And this is not the first time this has happened. I plan to cancel my service as soon as I receive this month's order and start up next month with another company. For every scheduled delivery we would get an automated message mid-morning THE DAY OF DELIVERY (when the delivery should have already been made) saying the delivery had been rescheduled. No explanation. No call. Nothing. Did they show up on the rescheduled date? Of course not. Just more automated "reschedule" notices. They were doing fine until they launched this new website that required everyone to re-do their password. No matter what, we never got the darn password reset (even after spending time with them on the phone). Then we ran out of water in the office and since I couldn't access the site, I was unable to do anything about it. (Not sure how they let us run out of water, but they did.) When I called they couldn't get us water until the following Monday (it was a Thursday). I was able to sign up for another water service and have them deliver THAT DAY. I just sat on the phone on hold for 22 minutes to find out the final bill. That new website fiasco is costing them many customers I suspect. If you want to use them, I suggest waiting at least 6 months from now to see if they have managed to fix that. If not, stay away. It's far too much of a hassle. read more

I recently was moving and tried to cancel my account. I first tried the app and there is no way to cancel, only to skip. I then tried to call and was in an endless loop never able to speak to anyone. I then used their contact feather in the app and got a response that they would respond in 7 to 10 days. There was no response. I then sent another note and got the same response. After a month I finally got an email trying to get me to continue. I said cancel. They then responded asking for my new address and I again said cancel. Finally yesterday I got an email saying they would skip the next delivery and offered me a discount to stay. The worst customer service I've ever experienced!!!! Pls read if you're thinking about ordering water from them don't. I don't usually give bad reviews as I just feel bad but I gotta warn people what this company is like. I have had two deliveries that came unexpectedly and we were charged for both. We didn't order them and already had plenty of water. One I can't fit all the water in my small apartment. So I called to have it picked up and get my money back. I was on hold both times for over 20 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, they told me their system was done and someone would call me back. No-one called. So I called again the next day and again 20 minutes hold. Then again I was told someone would call me back. I gave up. A week or two later we got another delivery. So now I have 12 five gallon jugs of water!! I can't fit them in my apartment. I called again after 30 mins of being on hold I get hung up on. I then called back and waited even longer. When I did reach someone and expressed I was very unhappy, I'm told their system is down still. After 3 weeks I would think a company this size would have things together. We cancelled our subscription and I'm still have had trouble returning all the water. Still can't reach anyone. So I switched to Mountain Valley Spring water. As a note I found out that Arrowheads water is acidic not alkaline and it has more fluoride in it than most waters. Not cool. read more

Shockingly HORRIBLE customer service! Avoid at all costs. The water taste fine but I would rather drink out of a public water fountain than sign up with this company again. I always thought Nestle was a progressive, modern, fair company but this experience blows my mind.  I was heading out of town for a while and tried to login to "pause" my delivery of water bottles. They don't offer such a concept so I thought the water delivery guy would probably notice that I am not taking the water bottles inside to my house from my front porch. Well, he didn't use any common sense and I now have 24 five gallon bottles of water sitting on my front porch. It this isn't a signal to be burglarized, I am not sure what would be. Crazy! So, you can't cancel online either. I called them and was 47 minutes later, I spoke with a manager. She informed me that if was totally my fault and I could have canceled the service online. I went online to do this while she was berating me on the phone. I found the button that stated "cancel service" and hit it. A pop-up screen showed up that said call the 1-800 number that I had just called. They don't offer any chat either. So after explaining my situation to the manager, she said she would give me a credit for 8 bottles of water, around $65. I NEVER received this credit. I also explained to her that I was out of town for another month and having 24 bottles of water on my front porch was a signal to thieves to break into my house and to please have these picked up and I would pay for the cost. She assured me that this would happen. one month later and they are still there. This model is NOT sustainable and you are losing customers like me on a daily basis. They constantly reschedule your delivery dates. They'll send a reminder of one date and change the date the same day. For years they have occasionally rescheduled deliveries and appointments without telling me. For example, I called on Monday and arranged a professional dispenser cleaning for Wednesday. On Wednesday, I discovered that they'd moved my appointment 8 days into the future without telling me. This sort of thing is common and frustrating. I have to check prior to every delivery to ensure they haven't changed the date. It's very irritating when a delivery happens unexpectedly because then I'm unable to give them my empty 5-gallon bottles. Those bottles take up a lot of space in the house. ReadyRefresh is the least expensive option in my area which is the only reason I haven't canceled yet. However I am seriously considering canceling now since they've messed up the dates again today. Extremely awful company. The first time I called, it was supposed to be an appointment to install a water filtration system. They came and looked at the kitchen sink and said they cannot install it. No reason was given, they just left. I called the company and asked what had happened. The lady on the phone said they made a mistake and thought the address was a business. I clearly told them it was a residential address. She apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule for today, which I said yes. The day was almost over and I called the company again. I was told that they stopped by on 5/19/23 and left because no one answered the door. Someone was home, so saying that was a complete lie. When I told the guy on the phone if I was scheduled for today, he said it was never booked. So no was coming at all to install it. Anyone you speak to on the phone will come up with excuses. It is very frustrating as they keep pushing a new appointment to another month later. This is a horrible company. Just don't do it. I have been on the phone for the 5th time trying to get answers as to why my $68 a month bill jumped to $250 a month. They illegally charge late fees, which you need to watch out for. I was finally able to get a credit for the late fees but you need to read your "contract" carefully. They say it's a 30 day billing cycle however, they charge the late fee after 15 days. Not to mention, they stated my invoice is ready on the 24th of the month yet the website only has it available after the 27th so they hold on to your invoice to ensure you are late. I canceled my service and removed my equipment on 11/01/23 and still received a 30 day bill for a total of $299. Trying to get someone to explain this process is horrific. I would have an easier time pulling a lion's tooth without pain meds. The customer service only knows how to read from a pre-populated. Ask for a supervisor and all that happens is you get put on hold then they came back to say, "well we did credit your account the late fees and you have to pay the $50 recondition fee to cancel the service". GREAT! HOW ARE BILLING ME FOR 30 DAYS AND WHY IS IT $299? Still no answer... We purchased a new cooler for $500 and when we got it the cooler was contaminated with something as the water kept coming out yellow. Called to have it replaced only to find out they were billing me a second cooler at a much higher rate than the one I requested. That took 2 months to get removed off my bill and in turn, made my invoice late because I was told to pay the invoice that has the credit on it. That credit was never applied, and I had to pay $500 twice just to wait around for the first credit to come in. All I can say is, DON'T DO IT! Don't order anything. We had been receiving service from this company for probably at least a year and up until this point the service was pretty good. Deliveries were on time and we always got prior notice (call or email) as to when delivery service would be. We cancelled this service about two months ago because we had installed a house filtration system. Ready Fresh picked up all the empties. They sent me a bill after that which I disputed and was told I would be credited with the amount. That did not happen. I have been trying now to call them every day for over a week and each time they are working on a backlog of calls. I have sent them an email and was promised a return call within 24 hours. Some service! It is incredible how companies manage to conduct business like this. When it is time for a sale everyone responds. Once a sale is completed there seems to be no such thing as customer service.I am not rating this any higher than a 1, until such times as I received a satisfactory response from them. I started home water delivery with Ozarka 20+ years ago. Things went great. Then they were bought by Nestle. Things went mostly OK. Now they are bought by Triton Brands, still branded as ReadyRefresh and I cannot imagine how they can stay in business much longer. The delivery is simple - 3 (5) gallon bottles of water 1x / month to my suburban home. But then they no show, say they did show, invoice me, never ever answer the trouble tickets I submit via email, and their customer service reps are nice but helpless. Right now I have 6 of their empty bottles they won't even come pick up, back to buying water at the grocery store, and fighting them for two months' of invoices for which they never delivered any product.
