Horrible Service and overpriced. Numerous times I have chosen to skip the automatic next scheduled delivery dates and after confirmation that it will be skipped they come with a delivery anyway! Also they are also constantly increasing the price of their water. Twice this year I have received notices about increase in prices and when you compare their prices to competitors they are at least $1/gallon higher. With higher costs you might expect higher quality but a few times I have noticed bits of pieces of plastic floating around in the water jug! Pros: Customer service was always polite, and I never had a problem with the delivery persons. Cons: If you want to talk to sales, you'll get someone immediately. Billing, and you might have to wait an hour. This is a shame, because there were A LOT of billing errors. I was frequently over-charged, and you have to speak with them on the phone to resolve these errors. And just now, I was talking with them about $20 they owe me. They said it was paid two weeks ago according to their system, but of course it never actually was. That was sometimes a huge hassle, but the #1 reason for leaving is that they kept increasing their prices. We had THREE increases in price in the span of roughly one year, up to that the water we were receiving nearly doubled in price! (From $6 per bottle to $11.) Ultimately the workers seem like decent people just trying to do their jobs, but the company itself is cheap and not trustworthy. If I could give zero I would. I had ordered this service for a business and the business was due to be closed. Called (waited over 49 minutes each time) and spoke to customer service and had to Facebook messenger as those are the only forms of communication available! Contacted the company multiple times stating we are closed and equip enemy needs to be pickup and no one would show up. After the third no show of pickup, we trashed everything and then they again tried to schedule a pickup! So unprofessional, no communication, lack of delivery personnel, no way to contact delivery drivers, and just constant excuses of not delivering on promises. The worst company and customer service. I would give me a zero if I wanted to but this has to be the worst service possible, started off with some folks knocking in my door talking about this whole service and told me to download an app. On the app they added stuff that I don't need for example water dispenser, water, juice etc and told me that I had to pay it right in front of them to confirm the whole service. While doing that I removed the water dispenser cus I already own one already but they forcibly added the water dispenser on their own. Also with the app u cannot remove ur card that u use to purchase whatever item they "recommend" u. I will no longer be getting water services from ready. Refresh every time I place an order they reschedule. I needed a big order for this weekend. They rescheduled twice in two days. When I tried to cancel my service, they invoiced me for a delivery they never made and then turned the invoice over to a collections agency. I've had good service until I tried to cancel and then it was HORRIBLE! They bounced me from one operator to another (once I finally was able to get a hold of a real person) and then the guy kept trying to sell me other products rather than cancelling my service. When I got frustrated (and that takes a long time for me), the guy finally told me the day they'd pick up my empty bottles and dispenser and also told me that there would then be a $50 "refurbishment" charge once they picked up the old water dispenser! WOW. I thought I'd been paying for it all along but they're just looking to up the charges. They make it as hard as they can for you to cancel and then they stick it to you with added charges to cancel. I would never go back to this company. The reason I'm cancelling is because of microplastics in bottled water so check out other companies for that reason and because of the customer service. This is quite simply the worst run delivery service I can imagine. We were away for 3 months and stopped service. Although they listened to our request and didn't deliver anything, they still managed to charge us 3 times. They also double charged us for the last month we did get delivery. Virtually every time they are scheduled to pick up or drop off they either don't show up or they drop off new bottles and don't take the old. Part of the problem is they bought another company that we used to use but then didn't integrate the records so they really have no idea what people want or what they bought. They have no record of any phone call you ever have with them. To add insult to injury, when we started our contract with the old company we rented the cooler and had no return fee. Now Nestle is charging everyone a $150 fee to take back their own equipment. This company is terrible. If you want a better company for water delivery use the one at Costco. read more

Costumer service was the most dismissive and unhelpful experience, impossible to get in touch with a manager or anyone who can actually pretend to help. Gave zero notice or grace period on cancelling an upcoming delivery, told me I cannot get a restock for another 2 weeks (even though they come to the apartment building regardless), and then kept me on the phone trying to upsell me on additional services before telling me that I would not receive a call back for another 24 hours from anyone who could do anything. read more

Where do I start? My first delivery was wrong. My second delivery was wrong and they are forever. Changing your delivery date might have been rescheduled four times and when they did come through on the scheduled delivery date they delivered to the wrong customer so I'm canceling my service this is the most horrible worse Company I've ever came across do not do not waste your time energy money nothing on this customer. All I have been trying to do is get a receipt for the two deliveries I ordered and it has taken over a month. The customer service is very clearly going off of a script that is not addressing my needs as I state a problem and they give me solutions to things that 1) aren't the problem I have or 2) I have already stated I am unable to complete because of their buggy online systems. Extremely frustrating feeling like they are not properly listening to the issue I am having. I tried to upgrade to a new water dispenser. They cancelled my appointment 5 times. I then tried to cancel the service which is very difficult you call the 800 number and no one answers. The one time I got through I was on hold for 30 minutes. Once I cancelled, they have now cancelled 4 times to pickup the equipment. At this point, I do not know if they are ever going to pickup the water dispenser. This is the worst company I have every dealt with. ReadyRefresh is terrible. When Arrowhead had it's own delivery service, we had the same deliveryman, Casey, forever. He always made it a point to ring the door bell and knock when he arrived. If we were home, he'd bring the bottles inside. I asked him why? He said, "At this time of day, most husbands are at work. The bottles are too heavy for most women to handle. He'd bring the bottles inside and even put a new one up if the dispenser was empty. If we ran out before our next delivery date, we could count on them to deliver the next day. These ReadyRefresh guys are all different. They never, ever announce themselves. They just drop the delivery on the porch and take off. We use to take a case of distilled water too, but stopped due to poor service. I wonder if Sparkletts is better? Casey was so good, we made it a point to give him a Christmas Gift. These new guys? It's only fair I update the review. After a couple of phone calls, I was able to get my schedule fixed up properly, and for the last month or so things have gone smooth. The website still shows the wrong delivery information/interval, so it's best to just call and speak to someone. The delivery date still changes each time, but is always within a 2 or 3 day window which is totally fine. Getting texts and emails with updates is helpful. read more

I have contacted ReadyRefesh 5 times to update my address, I moved. I have not heard back for 3 weeks. They delivered to my old address - when I call the 800 number they have ZERO available representatives to connect with. I submitted a cancellation request, I have still not heard back. Their site says "Customer Service is only a phone call away! Just dial 800-274-5282 and one of our many Customer Service representatives will help you with whatever you need". Like most reviews I have read, this water service has been horrible. I started out with Palomar water over 13 years ago which was bought by Nestle Ready Refresh. I am trying to cancel today. I have been charged late fees every month for the past 5 months. I pay my bill a week in advance. They say it's the system (FIX IT) It does take a very long time to reach someone by phone, most of the time the recording says they are too busy too take calls and to call back later. They just don't care about their customers. I want to say, the delivery guys have been exceptional, they are always kind and work very hard. They can't help the company they work for sucks. I am sure they would like to say it themselves so I am saying it for them. Shame on you to the big guys in the office whom need to make changes to keep your customers happy, there are other delivery companys out there. read more

Horrible. Scammers. Tried stopping deliveries by email on 4/9. Then had to call on 4/26. Cant close account or stop deliveries without calling so they can try to talk you out of it - which they tried. Got a delivery (which was wrong size from original orders) on 6/23. I called....now there is a $4.99 fee to talk to someone!!! Recording says you have to contact them by email or pay for cust service! My account still says "call to reactivate" so i shouldn't be getting anything. I put note on case for driver to take back (note from him was another case to be delivered on 6/25). You can never get a supervisor. You always talk to somebody in another country. It's absolutely horrible. Cancelled my account in Oct 2018 and on Dec 12, 2018 they took $620 from my bank account for 124 5 gallon bottles which I never ordered. UPDATE: I called Readyfresh and they told me I never returned 124 5 gallon bottles when I cancelled the account. I told them that LOGICALLY that's impossible. I got 10 bottles delivered every month. I had my account for less then 1 year. THUS, they were claiming I never returned any bottles for an entire year which was impossible for me to even receive 124 bottles since the account was not open for one year. Plus, I was returning all the bottles except for 10 when I moved out of the house which she confirmed was noted on my account. The woman was kind and she refunded me $570 and charged me $50 for 10 bottles. They made an error but quickly corrected it. Waited two weeks for them to deliver just the water with no dispenser. After calling 5 times, I got a person who took 20 minutes to tell me they were out of stock and I'd get one in two days. Nope. I cancelled and asked that they come get the water. I get a text saying my delivery has been dropped off (supposed to be a pick up). Of course, they didn't take the water. I called again and they said they can't pick up full bottles. They'll come in 10 days to pick up the empties. Why did no one mention this before? They'll sit there until they rot at this point. Seems like a pretty straightforward business to get it right. Scheduled deliveries (even with text notifications stating a delivery time and window the day of) can somehow get unscheduled with no notification. I've been overcharged incorrectly (a couple months ago) and have yet to get a response to that issue. I suggest avoiding if you have an alternative. read more

Probably the worst customer service on the planet. They delivered a product I did not order. I tried to find a number to call but could not locate one. I then used their customer service email and could not get the "person" I was emailing with to understand the very simple complaint. In fact they thought I was asking to have the product I did not want added to my recurring order. I finally got a phone number to call and it says "due to high call volume no customer service representatives are available." But if you wait you will be put into a system that puts you on hold - and then hangs up on you! And the topper is the product I do not want seems to have been added to my recurring deliveries.
