If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. They have consistently ignored changes to our water order and have consistently ignored our requests. It is close to impossible to reach them by phone. Recently, they delivered an order that we did not make and ultimately refused to pick the water up after we had been told by 3 different representatives that they would be out to pick the water up. I had no issues with my water delivery until last month when they mistakenly delivered to a different apartment. This month, my recurring delivery, initially scheduled for April 24, kept getting rescheduled daily without explanation. After the fifth reschedule, I received an email from Anne apologizing for the scheduling issues but offering no discount or refund. I replied asking for one, but they stopped responding. Customer support has been unresponsive via app and email. The app or the website don't allow me to delete my account or cancel recurring deliveries. Every since the Primo ReadyRefresh merger, we have not received any deliveries at all, despite multiple scheduled deliveries. They unilaterally cancel all deliveries with no reason. Customer service is a joke. Takes over an hour to get through, and they have no info whatsoever. They just repeat the false delivery information from the account. But every delivery gets cancelled the day of, rescheduled for 2 days later, and then cancelled again, and on and on. They need to be reported for this monopoly that provides zero service. My 87 year old mother is out of water. They said they would deliver last Friday. She waited all day and no one showed up. I have had ReadyRefresh for the last two years. Was thinking I was going senile because whenever I know I should have an upcoming delivery - I look at account and it now appears an additional week to two out from what it should be. Also on occasion requested 4 bottles instead of my regular three. One time they gave me the four but when I request 4 again and put 4 empty bottles out only deliver 3. Why do they charge before they even perform the service? Now that Primo has taken over I went to log into my account to see when next delivery is since down to less than 1/2 a bottle. Come to find out my password didn't work. Had to reset it and when finally get in account now shows no upcoming deliveries nor a history of past. Received an email this morning to update my card number though (just got new card). I don't think I will be doing that. I called the number 5x this morning and it continually hangs up on me. Had Sparkletts Water over 17 years with great customer service. ReadyRefresh (Primo) took over 3-4 months ago the service has been horrible. No set delivery dates, no courtesy calls day before pick up even though they said they set it up and the worst of it was they wanted a fixed bottle count instead of just replacing the empties. They would not concede and told me that I would need to contact them each month to give them my replacement number with wait times over 20 minutes just to speak to someone. After multiple delivery confirmations (starting May 13), my order kept getting delayed day after day -- including a delivery scheduled for May 17 that was confirmed and never showed up. No explanation, no communication. Despite repeated messages, I received no response from their customer service. On top of that, I'm being charged automatically, and there's no way to remove my payment method from my account -- all while not receiving any water! This review is for Ready Refresh and Primo Brands. Don't bother. And, if you signed up (like me) through Costco, don't. I'm guessing that Costco has gone away from this company, because they do not represent the same quality and satisfaction that Costco does. I called on 11/12/25, asking to have my equipment and empty bottles picked up and I cancelled my account. I just don't need it anymore. I was told that I would need to hold an entire day for the pickup. I asked if I can somehow find out for sure what time the pickup might be because I don't really have a whole day to wait for this. I was told that I would be contacted the day before with a time window. This didn't happen. I called the day before the supposed pickup at 5:00 (waiting all day for the pickup information) and was told that they would pick up between 7:00 am and 11:00 am. I DID receive a text saying that they would pickup on the date I was promised, but no time was given. I looked on the app. It wasn't listed there at all. At 10:30 am, I called again. I was now told that there was a delay and the time had been extended to 1:00 pm. I explained that an unexpected change in my all day stay home waiting for them plan had changed and I now needed to leave my house at 11:00. They said that there was nothing they could do. I DO understand delays. I just wanted to be informed! I asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold for around 8 minutes. When someone came on the line, I started explaining why I was calling. I was told I had been transferred to the wrong department. Put on hold again. After 14 minutes, someone came on the line saying that the department I needed to speak to was still busy. I gave up at that point. I put the equipment on the front porch and I hope it doesn't get stolen! read more

I started my delivery on 3/25/25. I received a broken dispenser and was going to be replaced. I made my first payment of $20.19, that was with the promotional code for $50 off the first payment. My next delivery that I skipped because I was on a cruise for a week and they still delivered 2 jugs, and since I was not there to set out my 2 empty jugs I still was charged $46,41 for 5 jugs. I called and was told it was $46.41 because that includes the $20.19 that I paid before my first delivery. Then I added my bank account because they said my card wasn't working and they ran it and said it was sent back and added a $25 fee and all it was because my bank flagged it as fraud because I was on a cruise. So when I call about way my bill was at $71.17 or when are they going to replace my dispenser? I was told to pay the bill first before they will come get my empty jugs and my broken dispenser and then they will reimburse me the difference!! Are you crazy?? Why would I pay something that high for 2 jugs and then I told them to come get it all and was told no until I pay the bill!! Are you kidding me!! So, I have to have to pay for water delivery from the store because they refused to do anything!! I've never been treated like this ever. I will be notifying the wives group of the NFL that I'm part of to not do business with you all because of the service I've received. After plugging it in i tried to dispense the water and smoke is coming from where the water should be coming from and no water. They sent me the wrong number of jugs and input the wrong contact information for me which resulted in a build up of these jugs at my apartment (8-12 five gallon jugs) at my studio apartment for just myself. They refused returns and only after arguing with them for over a month at least the finally got rid of the late fees since I was tired of arguing and didn't want this to go to collections and at this point (several months after receiving 12+ jugs within a month) I had already finished the water so I decided to just pay for the charges and cancel my service. For 30+ years, I had been having water delivered to my home by Sparkletts Water, with very few problems. Sparkletts was bought by Readyfresher (Primo Brands Delivery), and the problems were never-ending. I was not informed about this change of ownership. I found out when I went to the website and found that my login information did not work. For the past year, the company has only delivered my water bottle once on the correct day, but they have delivered too many bottles. Each month, I had to call the customer (no service) about the delivery date or the number of bottles I should have received. In fact, one month I received six emails changing the date of a delivery. I even received an email on the day of the delivery informing me that the bottles I had received would be delivered the next day. Each time I would contact the company, they would send me a rating survey, and I would share why I had contacted them and how aggravated I was with their service. They never responded.
