Switched to reusables and started getting a better product for my drinking supply. Hundreds of water bottles are used in a year by the average person.This water bottle plastic goes to land fills each year,not nearly as you would think are getting recycled.Although recycling can help to some degree it is very nuanced with plastic on how effective that can be in reality.Yes,recycle when you can but using reusables is ultimately better. I feel really good about picking up bottles for my home as well as my business knowing all the bottles of water in BPA plastic wont be making it into the hands of friends and family as well as knowledge that we are drinking a better product. Most standard bottled waters are more acidic than you would think and loaded with bpa's.Most bottle water will straight up turn a litmus strip yellow or green when you should be looking for a blue result so what you are putting into your body is neutral. Texas Alkaline offers 9.5ph and a high alkaline a 10ph.Usually We buy the 9.5 for home use and get a high alkaline for office and business use. There is much that has been said of the overall benefits of drinking alkaline water and although it is great for most (I encourage you to research). What we know for certain is that the water is rich in alkalizing compounds, including calcium, silica, potassium, magnesium, and bicarbonate that can be beneficial for many and there is a lot of information available if you do a little digging. Ultimately,I think it taste better and works well for us but I would highly recommend this place they are friendly and kind and always very helpful. I believe they have delivery options as well but we like to come here and fill our own bottles since everyone is so friendly and we like to get snacks from Munch on in the same shopping center. And I knew the water was good tasting because I've been drinking it at work. You can have your water delivered to your door (workplace or home) or you can visit the store. I started out having it delivered but then my water usage got sporadic so I cancelled that and went to the store. There is a 24/7 filing station on the exterior of the store. Since I've retired, I go during business hours. I've even called them near closing time and they will keep the place open for a few minutes till I get there. The people are nice and friendly, but kind of shy too. They will take your bottles out to the car so you don't have to lug then yourself. Ask about their water card. I buy 100 gallons for a really low price. But it's not valid for delivery.

I did not know the local company, ReadyFresh, was being acquired by Primo Brands. Had I known how badly the change management was going to be, I would never have signed up. My first delivery in April and second delivery in May went smoothly. For July, I used their mobile app to move our delivery up by three business days; well within their delivery edit time frame. My target delivery date for Wed, July 25th, was completely missed and with zero advance notice. I had to check the mobile app to find out it was delayed to Friday, July 27th. Not the biggest deal. Delays sometimes happen and we can pick up a case of water bottles for our customers till Friday. When the delivery no-showed again on Friday, AGAIN without advance notice, I had to find out through the app that it was now delayed to Monday, June 30th. I emailed customer service asking if these type of no notice delays were common. They replied the next day stating delays due to service merges across branches and assured me that our delivery for Monday, June 30th, will be made by 6pm. You won't have to guess that they no-showed on Monday, June 30th. AGAIN, without notice. They no-showed on Tuesday, July 1st, WITHOUT NOTICE. And now, checking the mobile app, our delivery is now set for July 2nd. They have completed eroded what little trust they had and now I can not count on them being able to deliver water on time for our staff and customers. BUYER BEWARE.

I immediately thought that the store clerk was going to sucker me into purchasing a new unit, and that's truly the reason why I'd been hesitating for quite some time to deal with the matter. So about two weeks ago, I finally decided to get it taken care of. Plus, it's about the right time to enjoy my pool...I was greeted by the store associate, I believe he's the manager of the establishment---I came to this deduction because of his knowledge in the industry. His name was Freddy...so I started to explain the problem with my heater, he asked if my heater was reading codes off the display panel. I said 'yes.' He was quickly able to explain the problem and what caused the problem with meticulous detail. By the time he finished, I felt like for the first time I really understood my equipment. And best of all, it turned out that I did not have to spend a dime to resolve the issue. I went home to tell my husband all about it.....to my surprise, apparently a tech from a pool company had just stopped by, but interestingly, the technician took close to an hour to "figure out the problem." Ironically, it only took Freddy 5 minutes to resolve the problem without even looking at the heater. Freddy did recommend to call the Leslie's service department. I do understand that my heater will need to be replaced soon, but the difference is that when the time comes, I wont hesitate to make the investment with Leslie's. After this rain, I plan to take my water sample to Freddy to help me out with my green pool. :)
