He also gave me piece of mind when handing over the reins of two buildings that they would be run as close to how my dad had run them for years. He is trustworthy, collaborative, fiscally minded and when the time came to sell the properties he was able to broker us a great deal with minimal stress. I had a terrible tenant that MF gave a free pass to for his personal reasons and when Amy stepped up, it was a relief. She was a true professional. Dealt with the tenant's shenanigans and tricks and had access to legal advice so we always knew what to do. When the tenant started acting crazy and said she would only vacate the property at midnight, Amy rose to the challenge and made sure the keys were handed back, something no other manager would have ever done. This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. The bathroom shower had mold, the shower doors disgusting and it smelled like cigarettes. The entire apartment smelled like weed and cigarettes we constantly told them and they did nothing. Once we moved we our clothes still had that cigarette smell and we don't smoke at all. Also they said they painted, no they did not the bathroom walls were white but had yellow marks because it was so dirty. the rest of the house had patches that they covered with paint. Once we finally got our deposit they kept over 400 dollars for unnecessary things for example, because we didn't replace the ac filter when moving out. That is not in our contract, they were unprofessional, that unit needs a whole redo they handed the keys with it being disgusting and messed up and we returned it at a better condition yet they complaiNed. They did not care about our health and safety and robbed us from about 300 of that 400 dollars they took. Do not go to them!!!!

I have several properties managed by pro properties and the renting and contracting has been absolutely absolutely seamless. I can only guess at least one of the reviews, maybe more, have been posted out of revenge for personal problems between the reviewer and the business owner, unfairly.
