I had the most AMAZING lunch at Rebol this week! It was my first time dining there (I was visiting a friend in Dublin) and I loved the atmosphere and most especially the food!! Excellent quality and delicious flavors - I had a bowl with the brisket, kale, cauliflower rice, cabbage, veggies, blueberry guacamole and pistachio chimichurri and it was so fresh and flavorful. Quality quality quality need I say more OK I can the flavors are perfectly balanced with just enough Unique seasoning in the combinations like blueberry guacamole or coconut chips are different but Rebol flavors have a down Home comforting taste as well.Surprisingly our favorite meal is breakfast. I will say the food is quite good here. The review is for the atmosphere and attitude of the workers (managers?) One gentleman was so rude and so antagonistic I asked for his name. Jacob. The place was not busy when we were there, we were eyeing the food choices but came in for a coffee. Jacob literally barked at us that we shouldn't be in line for coffee - note - there was no one else in line. Being lifelong residents of Dublin Ohio we knew several of the kids working there ( high school and college kids) When asked later about Rebol they all stated it was an entirely hostile work environment and they were all quitting. Too bad, its a great concept and good food but no one wants to treated rudely for no reason. We won't be back. read more

After walking in for the first time and grabbing some food I fell in love. I love everything ReBol has to offer! From the space to the food it all is intentional. Even though they pay close attention to keto diet, vegan friendly, gluten free, and other dietary restrictions, I have had an issue with my items being nut free after specifically asking due to a nut allergy. I received an açaí bowl that typically comes without nuts and I received it containing nuts and unfortunately I had a minor allergic reaction. Attention to detail is everything, on all areas. Despite that, I WILL continue to come back because everything is healthy, delicious, and a great spot to hang out. Keep it comin' ReBol, we love you! read more

This place is a must try!! The food is one of a kind and definitely accommodates any dietary restrictions there are, which I'm sure many people don't think are possible. Always fresh, delicious, and definitely satisfying. The coffee is something to rave about too! It's a great place to grab a quick bite if you're on-the-go or just sit down and get work done while enjoying amazing food in the very trendy and unique atmosphere it has to offer! It's difficult to find restaurants that stand out when you are traveling. I was in Dublin for a day in a half and someone highly recommended eating at Rebol. I'm so happy I took their advice. When you walk in, it's an instant vibe. The branding, the food, the variety of options, the service was so phenomenal that I actually ate there twice in my short visit (dinner and breakfast). I'f you're looking for healthy options that still taste amazing you have to visit. The food is served quickly and deliciously. Portion sizes tend to be on the smaller side. Amazing baked goods (try the cookies), coffee (banana pancake latte), and açaí bowls. Overall really cool atmosphere that makes me feel I'm somewhere other than Dublin OH. Very creative & cool spot I will be visiting again soon. The one particular employee that stands out to me is named Maj. He's a friendly guy who treats customers like an interaction and not a transaction. This guy never seems flustered or rushed and always giving customers a feeling that everything is under control at Rebol. He seems to be on the proper path to becoming a GM and I look forward to seeing this young mans progression with the company. I plan on being loyal customer for many years to come. read more

Trendy, non-GMO, kale, organic, hipster, blah blah blah. Full disclosure: I do NOT like healthy food. I'm a meat and potatoes kind of girl who scoffs at anything vegan, "plant-based," or otherwise sounds the least bit "healthy." Do I know I should eat better? Sure! Doesn't mean I want to. And there's lots of "healthy" options in certain bougie neighborhoods of Columbus--I'm scared of trying most, because to be honest, they just sound terrible. No, I do not want to pay $20 to eat something that tastes like foliage. REBoL is different. Woke up late for work yesterday, sick with bronchitis, no time to grab breakfast. Decided to order REBoL on DoorDash since they offer bone broth (and some homemade bone broth knocked the cough right out of me last year). I ordered a Breakfast Bol with brisket and decided to pay a bit extra for some added bacon. I was seriously blown away. I mean, I was eating KALE and SWEET POTATO for breakfast and was LOVING it! (The meat and egg helped, of course). The flavors--wow! And the broth--I actually drank it! I have a strict "no-drinking anything NOT sweet" policy (hm, except for beer, I guess...can you tell I'm picky?). Everything was delicious--so I ordered it AGAIN today for breakfast, from home! Yes I paid an exorbitant fee via DoorDash to do so--and yes it was worth it! Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich (that yum yum sauce--truly yum!) and some of the bulletproof coffee (+ more bone broth) and wow! I really could eat this every day. The lunch selections sound less appetizing to me, but I'd love to try sometime. Yes, it's a bit expensive--but when I like something, I'm willing to go ALL IN. I was excited they did what seemed to be a soft opening- everything was on the house which was great so we could try a little of everything. The coconut crisps that came with my bowl were amazing- the perfect crunch. I didn't realize the yum yum sauce has a bit of spice so if you are sensitive to spice maybe try the apricot honey mustard but I still liked it on my citrus shrimp kale bowl. I also tried my friends keto pita which was delicious, flavorful and had good texture for being keto. I had the paleo smoothie which had a great, light blueberry flavor and I want to try the keto shake next time. They had samples of their paleo almond joy dessert which had good texture and flavor also. All in all very impressed. fast, friendly service and I loved the calm modern atmosphere. Very interesting tables and outdoor patio area. I love this fast casual concept because everywhere else at bridge park is pretty much higher end dining. Best spot in town - I could seriously eat here every day of the week. Blueberry guac, herbed goat cheese, coconut crisps, immunity broth, kale salad, açaí smoothie bowl...these are a few of my favorite things! Organic produce, non-GMO, and the employees can rattle off the ingredients in everything because it's all pure, clean, delicious food. My only suggestion for the owners (because I know they are open to receiving honest feedback) is to tone down the loud music a bit. I brought my mom here who loved the menu but we had a hard time hearing each other and the staff when ordering. I know it's a fresh, hip vibe but the music selection and volume can be a bit off-putting for some people/families. Otherwise, keep it up and welcome to Dublin! It has been probably two years since they announced its opening. Usually you go and say why was I so excited about this. I really enjoyed this. The food tasted good, the restaurant was beautiful. It is basic food that I like to eat. It is fast, where you can pick what you want in your bowl. It is close to where I live. The negatives are my daughter can't eat cilantro and it is in the corn. My son didn't care for the shrimp, he said it was cold and would have been better grilled. The desserts were overpriced for the sizes. I guess they think because they are paleo they can get away with charging so much. If you are worried about your dessert being paleo go buy some strawberrries. My son bought a cookie and it wasn't anything special. I have to say the family still likes Brassica the best but I am still giving it a 5. read more

Really happy to see this place open in Dublin as it's a great addition to the area in Bridge park. We need more non-gmo and organic places to eat. Service was good and helpful. Food was really good. Restaurant was very clean and designed well. We ordered take out for lunch. One chicken bowl and one steak. Both well prepared.
