My apologies for being the first to give this place a negative review.. but I have such strong opinions because I am actually a huge fan of Reborn Coffee. To start, loving their newly introduced cafe concept... but the whole experience was quite disappointing at this new location. First of all, I've visited their other locations and am very familiar with their products. I've purchased their coffee products off their shelf to be given as gifts to friends and family during the holidays.. and i even have their tumblers and bottles at home. But the experience was just SO different at this location compared to my experience at the other ones. We walked in..there was a couple customers at the front counter, so placed an order at the kiosk. They charge a $0.35 convenience fee and the kiosk has an optional tip screen. Two lattes came out to over $12. I had zero interaction with any of the workers. I did not hear them calling my order out, so my coffees were just sitting at the counter when I went to go check on my order after some time. No greetings walking into the place, and no thank you's or goodbyes upon our exits. There were 3 workers (one who looked like a manager or owner). Their customer service here deserves a ZERO. Now the most important part. If our lattes were delicious, everything else wouldn't have mattered. But... what happened to their coffee? Our lattes tasted very watered down and the flavor of the espresso was just NOT GOOD. We were shocked at what we were drinking because we went into this Reborn expecting what we're used to when visiting Reborn Coffee locations. Their food might be good as some of their menu items look like it came off of Julie's Cafe menu, which is the bagel shop that was at this location before Reborn Coffee came in.. but the coffee and service and price points are all NO's for me. read more

Friday morning Coffee run and wanted to try a newly opened coffee shop with the bestie. I was running a little late to an appointment, but luckily the 3 drinks we ordered came out in less than 5 minutes! I was really impressed with this timing. Recently this cross section had many new cafe open up and literally competing neck to neck with similar drinks and light meals. The cafe replaced a long time local favorite , although the price seem to be on the higher end on the drinks but cheaper than some. What we loved : the clean decor and ambiance, patio sitting , the breakfast bagels , both House and California sunshine was a hit for us. The latte drinks.. didn't wow me, so I will go back try something else to give my final verdict. Service speed, not bad for soft open.... Reborn Coffee DB is actually a rebranded of Julia Cafe - I think I see the same ppl serving there with the new twists. I ordered a House Special Bagel sandwich and tasted pretty good but it kind of pricey and small when I compared the same sandwich was served by Julia Cafe. Also, they need to work on the process when it was chill and no business Friday morning which took the 20 mins to finish my order, I think it is little to long. I can't imagine how much time they need to make it on Sat and Sunday Morning when packed of customers waiting to be served. Server is nice and cordially greeting customer when we walk in. Ambiance, it reminds unchanged likes the old Julia Cafe where I can see previous owner decor in the shop. Good stuff, but it needs to be keeping it up. read more

Wonderful little hole in the wall shop that was surprisingly very good. Service was pleasant and the staff was helpful in helping me make a choice from the yummy looking food and drink options.
