Chances are their guy has a vested interest in making sure you like the home and buy it to please the real estate agent. Sarah's background as an Occupational Therapist means that between hospitals and homes she seen and dealt, with it all. Her approach is very hands on: she arrives ready to go, masked and gloved up, with a rolling bag filled with basic supplies to tackle your mess. Our particular mess was our 1,000 sqft basement that had become a dumping ground for all of the things. It was a disaster (putting it mildly). This was a BIG project. Over the past 2+ months Sarah has been a hands on guide, turning our dumpster fire of crap into a methodically organized, knowable, functional space. She helps as much as needed in making decisions on what stays and goes, provides storage options (she will shop solutions if you like!), and hauls all the extra away to the dump, recycling, or donation centers.
