Been wanting to try this place for a long time and usually have been calling in to check if their Elmo Crunch was in rotation. We were looking for a place that had egg waffles and this was our backup. We ordered a Churro Puff and a Pufflelicious. I noticed the prices said starting at $9.50 and $8.50 respectively but nothing on the menu indicated an upsell, upcharge, or extra. At no point in time while ordering did the cashier mention that what I chose was going to cost extra. I assumed picking a coffee egg waffle flavor or churro flavor was inclusive. I had already mentioned at the beginning that it was our first time here. Would've liked an explanation. After paying, I only noticed how much our orders were: $11.95 and $10.50. I adore it so much that it is a must when my friends are in town with me and specifically this location. There's a nice mural where you can photos of your desserts or with your friends... or solo. Plenty of seatings and friendly staffs. You can try out any ice cream flavors of your choice. My tops are Vietnamese coffee and lychee. I feel bad for the girls when they have to scream at the top of the lungs cause this ice-cream shop can get pretty loud from times to times, depending on their group of customers. OMG!!! This place is a must try. The Puffelicious waffle is amazing. They make is fresh to order & it comes warm with a nice crunch against the cold creamy ice cream. You can choose a topping or even have a flavor inside. I chose the cinnamon sugar sprinkled over it. But my friend had fruity pebbles inside. I went with the cookie butter drizzle and the Red Elmo which is their version of cookies and cream, dyed red. Since the churros are made to order, it takes a little while for your order to come out but they let you know of this from the start to set expectations. I consider myself a churro connoisseur so I couldn't wait to try out Red Circle. I will say that the mix of churros and ice cream is a wonderful combination. A la mode is something that is always incredible. The ice cream itself was great and I was impressed by all of the different toppings and drizzles offers. The presentation of the Churro Daddy is also great though eating it isn't the easiest. What keeps a five-star review from happening here is that the churro is alright, but not real. It's an average churro, maybe even an above-average churro, but not a great one. Mixing it with ice cream makes it better. But not enough for me not to notice. I was a good little ice cream shop. The milkshake was good but expensive, and in my opinion the Vietnamese coffee wasn't that strong. I got more ice cream flavor than coffee. A new way to waffle! I came by here because I came to got some water next door when I noticed it was closed I walked into the ice cream shop next door. First and foremost it was packed and extremely warm. The line moved pretty quickly we ordered the Frosty Churro (soft serve with 2 churros on top) and egg waffle with a scoop of very vanilla. It was actually quite cheap compared to other places that sell similar items our total was $13. Now to the treats! My waffle was piping hot and paired perfectly with the cold scoop of ice cream the waffle is not like a regular breakfast waffle. It's soft, sweet, and fluffy. My ice cream flavor was vanilla but they had very interesting flavors such as strawberry lychee. My mom had the Frosty churro while she loved the soft serve she felt the churros were a bit to hard. I'm so glad we have a whole place dedicated to hot fresh churros! And it's killer with the right ice cream! After coming here a few times, here's my recommendations: 1. Get the churro with soft serve and you could probably skip the toppings but I believe it comes with one. Their other ice cream flavors don't seem to always mix well with the churro and also may not have the soft texture. 2. With that being said, their mango sorbet was amazingly delicious and something I just had to get after sampling. And then they had some other weird flavors like hot Cheetos and PBJ. Pass. And their ube was not smooth but almost a fibrous gritty texture. Not good with churros. 3. Their egg waffles are also made fresh and super crunchy on the outside and soft on the side and impressive for what I considered a churro place. If you're craving this, get it! My minus one star is probably pricing (3.50 for a single churro) and their confusing pricing for the various combinations that they have! It's always unclear if you get a special churro with ice cream, or plain churro with ice cream & toppings etc... is that the same price or no... and then you pay $7 for churro with ice cream.
