The Crave is currently my go to shake based on that info. Service is good and there's an app and a drive through, super convenient and I feel like I've had something healthy after a shake! My hubby likes the protein bites too; but the macros don't work for me. LOTS of calories and not enough protein to justify it, for me personally.
