I don't believe it's even pizza! Real pizza needs to be cooked in a pizza oven, this place is conveyor belt cooking all the way. I went in for lunch, first time to check it out, and all they had for slices was literally a pile of pepperoni. It just looked like really sad really gross pizza. Great pizza. However, they ROUTINELY close early. Their website and their door says they are open until 9 most nights and sometimes 10. I have never seen this place open past 8:30. So I guess be sure to call early if you want the best pizza in the area. read more

Horrible! Tried to call for half an hour on a Friday night to order pizza and get a busy signal every time. Decide to order online instead, says they are closed and not taking orders, yet their web site says that they are open until 10:00 pm on Fridays. Whoever manages this place really needs to understand that if you want to stay in business you really need the customer! Finally!!! Great pizza and wings and they DELIVER to exit 11!!! Tried them Friday for the first time and everything came hot!! Wings = tasty like Clifton Park Pizza wings minus all the grease. Love the COB pizza however this place is not run well. All orders are handwritten, it's very loud inside and the employees have a hard time trying to figure out what is written down on the order. A 25 minute wait for one 10 cut pizza was actually over 45 minutes. Might try again if they get themselves organized or get a POS system like everyone else. read more

I recently moved to Clifton Park from Rotterdam where Red Front 2 Go was close by in Glenville. I grew up going to Red Front in Troy and getting the COB (cheese on bottom) pizza. I was ecstatic when I saw the Red Front sign on route 9 when driving by one day. They actually followed me to CP!!!! We stopped by the week they opened and ordered the COB pizza and an antipasto. The pizza is just as good as in Troy and Glenville. The sauce and crust is slightly sweeter than most pizzas. The crust is so tender. I cannot get enough of this pizza. My favorite pizza by far. The antipasto is large and full of meat. The dressing was a little disappointing because it wasn't that flavorful. I remember it being better in Glenville. Regardless, I love this place. I travel quiet a bit, and have eaten at tons of pizza joints all over the country. This pizza was very good, and the garlic knots were as well. What really stood out though was the excellent service I received. I called them for delivery knowing nothing about the menu. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely patient, and told me about the menu to include their specialty without trying to rush me. The food tonight was terrible. Our family loved red front when it opened. lately the quality is awful. We order chicken wings. The chicken wings had no sauce on them. Dry and deformed. We ordered pickup, they said 25mins,but it took them a bit longer to get our food ready.oh well.. First time trying the COB pizza and their wings, and they did not disappoint! Dough is a bit undercooked(not sure if they're supposed to be like that) but still good! The sauce was bomb diggity! And garlic parm wings, crispy yummy goodness! All in all, we are satisfied. A bit pricey, (paid almost $40) but at least the slices are generous, and the wings have a lot of meat in them. read more

Good food..horrible customer service. I love Troy's Red Front. Having moved to Clifton Park I discovered they opened a branch here. I called last night for a delivery and was told 45 minutes which I paid with cc. After 90 minutes with no delivery I called back to check on the delivery and was told it was on its way. Food was cold (lasagna and cheesy garlic bread). I don't complain as a rule but decided to give feedback so I called back and asked to speak to the manager. I was told it was the owner I needed to speak with and he came on the phone then we were disconnected. I immediately called back and asked for him again. He said he didn't hear me (understandable in a kitchen). When I explained my concerns he called me a mother****** and told me to F*** off. Nice job! read more

Horrible Pizza! Ordered a 24 slice COB pizza for our Friday night dinner. Driving home my husband commented on the odd smell coming from the pizza box. My family tried the pizza and it quickly ended up in the trash. Soggy crust, a strange sweet tomato paste sauce , no spices and little to no cheese. Been eating the cob since I was a kid and the new location doesn't disappoint! Crispy crust, sweet sauce on top of the melted mozzarella is perfection. Wings are good and meaty, maybe a few more wing sauces would be a plus. The place was clean, however upon arrival there were young Girls working , look like they didn't take their job seriously I noticed some unsanitary things as touching their hair and combing their hair. Something you do not do in presence of food preparation. then touching food, I would have canceled my order but wanted to try just got a pizza that was boxed up and out the door I heard so many people Rave about the pizza it was Nothing to brag about . Upon arriving at home we opened the pizza the kids bit in upon arriving at home we opened the pizza the kids bit in and said dad the pizzas burnt on the bottom . We live 10 miles away therefore I was not going to jump back in the car take the pizza we continue to eat other stuff that we had for dinner that we made homemade antipasto so that's basically what was for dinner . Growing up eating the pizza from the original in Troy and now living in Waterford / Halfmoon I always found myself driving down to the original in Troy to get our Cob , now we have one up here and it's exactly the same no difference at all .
