Later that same day, I called Meineke and was informed by what I assumed to be the manager that nothing was wrong with my brakes and that I could wait until two oil changes to have my brakes changed. I picked up my truck on Saturday, February 7th. The manager gave me my truck's fob and told me there was no charge. Now I took this very seriously, but because I've been bringing all my vehicles to the Meineke and was told nothing was wrong, the manager cut me a break. But after driving the truck for a few days, the noise in the truck got worse. I return to Meineke on Wednesday, February 11th. I ask the mechanic to speak to the manager. The mechanic informed me that Saturday was his last day. I then explained that I have a lifetime warranty on my brakes and that they are making noise. He replied that it didn't concern him, but the mechanic refused to look at my truck. I left Meineke and took my truck to Martin's Servcie Station where i spent $944.78. On brakes, rotors, RF brake hose, and wear sensor. I called Meineke to file a complaint by phone on Wednesday, February 11th. I was told that I would receive a follow-up call in 48 hours, working days. No one responded to my complaint. I have attached pictures of the brake condition before the repairs were performed. I had to pay for brakes, rotors, and other items that were under warranty and were installed by Meineke. And the owner of Meineke brush it off as if it is not a big deal. Poor service....

Prior to the my recent experience, I had a positive interaction with staff; and I felt I could trust the staff at this location. Being a single, senior with disabilities, and on a limited income (SSD), trusting a mechanic and the staff is invaluable. However, my recent interactions with the same staff and location have left me broke and devastated. I realize mistakes happen, and everyone is learning on the job. However, when I feel I am being taken advantage of based on issues based on my gender and age, this is unacceptable and I want others to be aware of people who will smile in your face while stabbing you in the back. Every business should be proud of their staff and the work that they do and stand by this; shame on those that take advantage of others. There should be more honor in business so we can all benefit together.

The scratches weren't major, but they stood out because the rims are black. It happened on a Friday, and that night I requested an online quote from Wheels Onsite. By Monday morning, the quote was already in my inbox. I chose their Sterling location since it was a little cheaper than mobile service, and my apartment's underground garage would have made that difficult. The whole process was quick and easy. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning, and it was ready that afternoon. The rim looks like it never happened. I've only had it back for a day, but so far I'm really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for rim repair.

I contacted this company about four days ago for what should have been a very simple mobile wheel…read morerepair. During my initial phone call, I provided all of my information, including my address and vehicle details. My location was verified, and there was absolutely no indication that they did not service my area. They then asked me to send photos of my wheels, which I did immediately. Shortly afterward, I received an email asking me for much of the same information again--my name, vehicle make and model, and photos of the wheels. Despite the redundancy and some obvious confusion, I provided everything again. I then received confirmation that they could service my vehicle and repair the wheels. I was quoted $700 to repair all four, which I immediately accepted. I personally called to finalize the appointment. Once again, my information was reviewed, I provided a valid credit card, the appointment was booked, and I was given a confirmed service date. Then, just moments after everything was finalized, I received a phone call telling me they actually DO NOT service my area. Their proposed solution? They asked if I would be willing to drive somewhere and "meet them halfway." That completely defeats the purpose of hiring a MOBILE wheel repair company. I specifically chose a mobile service because I did not want to inconvenience myself by spending part of my day driving to and waiting at an auto body or wheel repair shop. What made the experience worse was the initial deflection and confusion during the final phone call, including suggestions that I somehow had not provided all of the necessary information--even though I had provided my address and vehicle information multiple times and had already been quoted, booked, and given an appointment. Ultimately, the representative acknowledged that the mistake was theirs, apologized, and told me they would use the situation as a "training moment" so it would not happen again. That's great for their future customers, but where does that leave me? After four days, multiple phone calls and emails, repeatedly providing the same information, sending photos, receiving a written quote, providing my credit card, and actually booking an appointment, I am left with absolutely nothing. My wheels are still not repaired, and apparently my wasted time became their employee training exercise. This entire experience was completely unprofessional and an enormous waste of my time. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you're looking for a reliable mobile wheel repair service, I would strongly suggest finding a company that can determine whether they service your address BEFORE taking you through the entire quoting and booking process.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this used tire shop starting on May 3,…read more2025. That Saturday, I caught a flat tire while on my way to a wedding. We swapped cars so I could still attend the event, and the following evening (Sunday, May 4, around 7-8 PM), my husband removed the flat tire from my Mercedes-Benz and brought it to the shop. While there, they offered him a deal to replace all four tires instead of just the one. He agreed and paid in full. We returned the next morning (Monday, May 5) with the actual car to have the remaining three tires installed. They took an unusually long time to complete the work, which we found odd at the time -- especially because it made me late to work. Later, it all made sense: they had scratched all four of my rims and were likely trying to figure out what to do or how to cover it up before returning the car to us. Once the work was finally done, I immediately noticed deep circular scratches on all four rims. While I already had a few minor marks, these new scratches were fresh, excessive, and clearly caused by their tire machine. My husband, who is a mechanic, pointed it out right away. It was also clear that if we hadn't noticed, they wouldn't have said a word about the damage. While discussing the rims, we also noticed that one of the tires didn't match the others -- and it was the wrong size. If the scratches hadn't caught our attention, we probably wouldn't have caught that mistake either. While that mismatched tire was off the car, the same worker tried to sand down one of the scratched rims, but just made it look even worse. We were eventually refunded and told they would replace the incorrect tire with the correct one. We followed up with them nearly every day, both calling and dropping by the shop to check if the right tire had come in. Each time, we were told they were "still working on it." To this day, we still haven't received the replacement tire. My husband decided not to pursue legal action over the rim damage, as it would've been too much hassle and back-and-forth -- and since he was already planning to replace the factory rims in the near future, it just wasn't worth the added stress. Still, this experience was careless, dishonest, and unprofessional from start to finish. From damaging all four rims, to installing a wrong-sized tire, to dragging out the follow-up and doing nothing, this shop showed no real accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone -- especially if you care about your vehicle or expect to be treated with integrity. Beware.
