    I saw the new CEO of Red Lobster and wanted to see the improvements. I enjoyed everything! My Sailor Broil was delicious and the entire party enjoyed their entrees! I will return!

    I hung out around the Concord Mills area for some shopping today and decided to stop in at red lobster for lunch. When we arrived, we could tell that the parking lot looked fairly empty so we were actually kind of happy because it wasn't crowded. However, once we got inside, we were told it was going to be a 15 minute wait time so we were a little confused since there was so many empty seats. We soon realize that they were just sorely understaffed with servers so we then decided to just sit at the bar thinking we would have quicker service. We actually did have quicker service at the bar. Food was decent, but overall the experience was a 2.

    So disappointed. We had a party of 13, with reservations. We waited 20minutes before they cleaned the table. We finally got seated. We arrived at 4pm, our others arrived before 4. That's when they were told the table would be cleaned. It is now 5:40 and only 3 have recieved their salads, no other food has been recieved and we had to ask about the biscuits. By 6:10 everyone had their food, except 1 still hadn't gotten silverware. Some food was room temp, and frankly, I was reluctant to eat my lobster bisque. It still took 15 minutes for bills to be settled, and when I left, 4 were still waiting to get their cards/change back. Of course we left left tips. I left left more than 22%, but in cash mot on the ticket. I won't be back. Also, the website states senior discount 55+, but they don't honor that. Only veterans.

    This location desperately needs a remodel. Once you walk in the door, there's a foul unpleasant smell. Smells old and damp, the tables are scratched up, the menus are dirty and the chairs are worn out. Now that the bad things are out the way, let's move on to the good. We were greeted by a beautiful smile, that seated us quickly. The waiter was nice and attentive as well. I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in over 2 years because the service and food had gone down but I decided to give them another chance today. So glad I did . I was a little disappointed in the margarita flights, they all tasted the same (just different colors) really didn't taste any alcohol in them either. The food was hot and delicious and oh how I missed those tasty cheddar bay biscuits (sad that we had to share 3, it was 2 of us). All in all I definitely enjoyed my meal

    I'm showing my age a little here. Yet, this place used to be our FANCY family outing growing up. I heard it had fallen off over the years, yet something told me to give it a try. I'm happy I did. Now, the atmosphere was a little "off." The lights were dim at best. However, a few sections were not turned on. Those areas didn't have people sitting in them, though. It was also very cold. Now, I appreciate a little A/C, especially in the summer. But, it was so cold we considered getting a jacket. The service, on the other hand, was great. The waitress quickly came to greet us and take our drink order. While she was managing multiple sections, she came back in a reasonable time with our drinks and the infamous biscuits. I ordered the sesame-soy salmon bowl, and it looked just the picture. It was a good portion of salmon, and the brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly. Even the spring mix and rice were tasty. While it's not the FANCY option it used to be, I can happily say it's a nice lunch spot.

    This is my second visit (08/24/25) after a bad one two months ago and they have redeemed themselves. First my waitress ,Teonia, was on point. She brought me everything I asked for and then some. Her service was kind and helpful. She asked me what I wanted and gave me time to make my selection. She checked on me throughout my meal and made sure everything was truly to my liking. I had sirloin and lobster tail (it was a little small but very tasty) with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I enjoyed my meal thoroughly. The manager, Alexa, asked me how my meal and experience were this evening. I told her it was great and told her how not so great it was a month or so ago. My table was clean and it was nice and peaceful even with a large party they just seated. I will give them another chance in the future. I hope they keep Teonia and Alexa at that location. They were what I am used to in the food service industry.

    DO NOT GO HERE!! Nasty and slow service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would! My recent visit to Red Lobster was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Let's start with our server, Natasha. She was extremely slow, unresponsive, and lacked any sense of urgency or attentiveness. We sat there for long stretches of time without refills, updates, or even basic check-ins. It honestly felt like she forgot about us half the time. The food? HORRIBLE AND UNSEASONED. It was warm -- not hot -- and the only reason we even stayed to eat it was because we didn't want to ruin the special occasion we were celebrating. The starter options were beyond disappointing, heavily lobster-based with little variety for anyone who doesn't want seafood overload -- and what we did try was honestly disgusting. The fried were warm and the grilled Shrimp wasn't seasoned. The sweet chili shrimp was the only option that's basic yet generic tasting. We were in this restaurant for THREE HOURS -- not because we wanted to be -- but because that's how slow everything was moving. To make matters worse, the bathroom was absolutely revolting. The stench of mold mixed with some weird sweet water smell was gag-worthy. For a restaurant of this chain's reputation, that is completely unacceptable. The manager? Unprofessional and not assertive at all. She didn't even introduction herself. It was clear our server, Natasha, was overwhelmed and should have had help, but management was nowhere to be found in properly supporting their staff. The seating situation was also terrible. The overall environment was uncomfortable -- and to top it all off, there was literally a lamp hanging from the ceiling by a wire. Not secured. Not fixed. Just hanging. Absolutely ridiculous. Between the poor service, subpar food, disgusting bathroom, and overall disappointing atmosphere -- I wouldn't recommend this Red Lobster location to my worst enemy. DO BETTER RED LOBSTER. This was embarrassing!!!

    Fully staffed and still intentionally slow. I would like to just forwarn any independent delivery drivers to accept not even one order from this restaurant. Host will direct you to end of the bar for pickup and then you're on your own at that point...over 5 employees will walk past you without acknowledgement as well as the bartender will dodge your presence like your the actual flu. After about 22 min while supposedly background staff being reminded by hostess an additional time 10 min prior... there's a subtle attempt by what seems to be a manager...atp you're over it, after invisible and not even informed if the order has been even started yet. Oops and don't forget that even if support cancels your order because of the restaurants' negligence... you are still penalized. Anyway, either way... get bar rescue or something.. I've found closure in knowing that the staff is just incompetent and incapable of balancing multitasking, politeness, efficiency and solely just doing their job, you know..like they confirm with them during training and orientation. But oh well, I'm just one human inconvenienced by an entire staff and only one was necessary to make a difference and they still failed. NO DELIVERIES FOR CONCORD RED LOBSTER, I'm sure they agree as well. I Wasn't rude and never got a word out beyond the hostess...except when the tardy manager approached and I said only "one sec" because I was otp with support...and in that one sec, he faded away into the Abyss of the kitchen that he had just barely magically emerged from.

    Pretty empty Inside, felt kinda gloomy. I noticed price increase in most menu items, hey inflation right? Order and waited for our food. Famous biscuit didn't taste the same, aint hitting no more,was under cooked and bland, 2/3 seasoning and butter removed to save cost lol. Lobster,scallops,crab, and shrimps still all had same consistency i expected. At least no waiting and fast serving is plus.

However, the manager did remove the item from my ticket. Every one else enjoyed their meals and had no major complaints. Not sure I'd be back anytime soon though.

And their tip machine doubles the recommended amount so for my $9 mimosa it generates a +$3 tip at 18 % but it should have been under $2. Just wanted to point that out too. I won't be back.

They have a serious number of TVs for a sports bar so I'm sure if you are a football fan, you'll be able to watch your game, or better yet, a NASCAR race once the season starts back in February. Overall, decent bar food with plenty of TVs for sports spectators.

Even the doctor that delivered my kids didn't ask for a tip. Is there an emoji of a tumbleweed blowing across a vast empty plain?
